Immaculately clean, amazing and helpful staff. Well located in a quiet lane in the centre of the action. Loved the free laundry. The room was thoughtfully appointed and the balcony was a bonus! Staff even packed us a brekkie for the early flight. Thoroughly recommend!

Perfect location,very comfortable, all clean and brand new sheets and towels. They did our laundry and were very careful with everything. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Exactly as described: a spacious, clean room with air conditioning and spotless bed linen and towels. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. The property is located on a small side street, so it is shielded from direct street noise. It is within easy walking distance of all the major sights in Saigon. I also used the free laundry service, which worked perfectly.

La habitación era cómoda y estaba muy bien. El alojamiento está dentro de un callejón, algo que se agradece porque permite desconectar bastante del bullicio de Ho Chi Minh. El personal fue muy amable y tuvo varios detalles con nosotros durante la estancia. Además, nos permitieron hacer el check-out más tarde y guardar las maletas, algo que nos facilitó mucho el último día.

Al principio puede resultar un poco confuso llegar hasta la habitación, ya que hay que combinar ascensor y escaleras entre diferentes plantas, pero una vez lo haces la primera vez se entiende perfectamente y no supone ningún problema.

Loved this place! They were very caring and had lovely staff. Left a foot spa for us after a busy day and really care for their guests. Lovely breakfast.

La habitación, siendo una triple, no era demasiado amplia, y para estar varios días quizás se pueda echar de menos algo de espacio.

Alles!! Die Lage ist für Saigon fantastisch, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Toll war auch, dass es kostenlos war die Wäsche waschen zu können. Tolle Dachterrasse auf der das Frühstück serviert wird und ganz liebes Personal

The staff, especially the people serving breakfast were cheerful and friendly. The breakfast menu was limited but delicious, with homemade yoghurt and pineapple jam for a homely touch. The rooms are older but the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Handy to convenience stores and restaurants.

The fridge was tiny and didn't keep drinks very cold. And no bottled water supplied.

旅店很貼心，離開前一晚準備的傳統的泡腳桶給我，我去機場的路上還幫我打包早餐，有些東西不能吃，他們還幫我打包2份，而且地點離鬧區叫車都很近！

放火的噴水器會一直閃，不習慣的晚上睡覺時要記得戴上眼罩來旅行

It did feel a bit crammed in some areas, but I believe they did a good job and making-do with the space.

Room - junior suite with balcony, location - quiet and yet a short walk to museums and the lake, the markets, cafes, a nice inner city park (all 20-30 minutes), attentive and kind staff - Fiona especially, laundry, extra touches like a welcome with a cold drink, the sweets in the room, the footbath on the last night, support for the women craft artists in Huang, the relaxed atmosphere.

La struttura è molto pulita, in una zona super centrale di Saigon ma comunque in una via non caotica. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato, ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci torneremmo senza pensarci

All staff was really lovely, receptionists but also the people serving breakfasts. Free laundry was a life saver for me. A free foot spa was such a nice gesture. Breakfasts were very simple but good enough

Unfortunately there was a traditional funeral service hold next door so there was very laud music several hours a day in the morning and evening which was quiet disturbing as it took all 3 days of my stay and in total 10 days. It's something that the hotel can't control but the staff was very apologetic, offered me to move to their sister hotel last night and also arrange a free taxi to the airport for me as a sincere apology

Fijne kamer op een prima locatie in de stad. Ontbijt is deels a la carte (pannenkoek & ei) en deels buffet. We konden na het uitchecken nog douchen, wat erg prettig was! Ruime kamer en prima bed.

Douche en wc zitten nogal dicht bij elkaar in de badkamer, de wc wordt (door een douchegordijn) niet nat, maar de hele vloer rondom de wc & badkamer wel. Wifi werkte niet echt goed.

De nombreux points forts : une excellente localisation, un personnel au petit soin, le free laundry qui est très important, le petit-déjeuner délicieux et fait minute! la chambre est aussi très propre, toujours bien rangée chaque jour par le personnel.

Muy buena ubicación, siendo perfecto para comenzar una ruta turística por toda la ciudad. Los recepcionistas fueron muy atentos y muy amables. La habitación está genial muy limpia y muy renovada. En el desayuno te hacía tortilla, huevo, frito o crepes, entre otros, al momento.

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und erfüllten Ihren Zweck. Es war ruhig, man war trotzdem schnell im Geschehen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, besonders das Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich.

Établissement propre, bien situé et confortable. Une équipe accueillante et dynamique (mention spéciale pour Fiona qui est une formidable réceptionniste).

The staff are so wonderful and kind! The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. The hotels in such a central location but I slept so peacefully as it’s down a side alley so away from noise. The free laundry was such a kind extra and I loved they left a little foot bath out for me one day! Such a sweet little place :)

Amazing location! Down a quiet lane off one of the main streets. So much to do in the area, easy to get to/from the airport and the staff were so welcoming. They left us a pomelo foot spa at our door one night which was such a thoughtful lovely gesture. We will definitely be back thank you so much! 🥰

Centrally located. Free laundry with a 3 night stay is convenient.

The room and the hotel, compared to the photos provided and our other hotels in Vietnam, were a little lacklustre. We were woken up by some heavy machinery demolishing a house opposite the hotel. Not the best view and also unpleasant to wake up for it - especially after a 2am arrival. It is not the hotel's fault, but there is also no acknowledgement for it. The breakfast, while the staff is really nice, is very basic, again, compared to other Vietnamese hotels. Pretty dark room - again, the pictures are a bit idealized.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It feels so homely and the staff are always warm and welcoming. The AC was great. The room was really nice, with the shower above as well as the regular one. The cleaners were noticeably fantastic, so thorough every single time. The free laundry is also so great, and brought back the same day. We loved the breakfast and had a crepe each day as well as fruit. Homemade yoghurt also great. They also put me and my friend opposite each other despite getting different room types which was so thoughtful. Just a really really fantastic experience. I would definitely come back.

Not the hotel’s fault at all but just a warning- there is an awful lot of noise, you definitely need earplugs although they have them at the front desk which I really appreciated.

If you are looking for a cost effective, very clean place that’s central to everything in and around District 1, this is it. Walking distance to the major sights and heaps of local eateries. Staff are awesome, hotel and rooms are great, breakfast has everything you need. Stayed 3 nights after flying in and have 3 more nights before we depart.

Seriously, for the price, there’s nothing that even comes close to a compliment or even an improvement recommendation.
