I would not recommend staying here. The hotel is located very far from the city center. The room itself was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. It definitely didn’t match the photos or my expectations. The worst part, however, was how they handled my booking. Before I arrived, I was told that if my plans changed, I would be able to get a refund for the unused nights. Unfortunately, my trip had to be cut short, so I stayed only 3 days out of my 2-week reservation. The staff assured me they would process the refund, but they never did. It’s been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received anything. Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, misleading promises, and an unclean hotel. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Everything else. I should check room better before I pay for 3 nights. On first night I notice dirty sheets, hole after someone smoke in that room and mold in bathroom. After first night I move out ASAP to different place. Staff took my phone number to contact about some refund and never get any response from them. Sending message on booking to property them with no replay.

I do not recommend this hotel. The reality was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The room was dirty, the bed sheets had visible stains, and every table and surface was covered with marks and dirt. There was a stove in the room, but no cookware or kitchen utensils, making it impossible to use. I had paid for a two-week stay, but I only stayed for three days because of unexpected circumstances. I contacted the property, explained the situation, and asked for a refund for the unused nights. They refused to return any of my money. There was no understanding, no flexibility, and no attempt to help. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel did not match its advertised photos, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and the customer service was even worse. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to other travelers.

The bed was ok

The tv was not working and the receptionist reported the were aware of that. No action taken, just apologies. The kitchen was totally empty, nothing at all but 2 tea cups. If you chose that accommodation because you wonder to cook something in the room, forget it. They were even unable to provide knives. Just two pots (not properly cleaned) were supplied for breakfast. In the toilet nothing supplied but a small soap, small shampoo (toilet paper was available). I had to ask the receptionist for a hand soap as it was absent

Sạch sẽ gần trung tâm, phòng sáng có cả bếp mặc dù chỉ có 2 ng nha, view thành phố nữa. Mình đặt 1 đêm 312k chưa thuế. Ở dài sẽ còn rẻ hơn

Lễ tân nam hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, có điện thoại bàn trong phòng để liên hệ lễ tân, mình gọi cái là bạn ấy chạy lên hỗ trợ mình liền, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, phù hợp giá tiền, mình đi 6-7 người đặt 4 phòng rất hợp lý

Phòng có view chill lắmmm nhe chời, sạch sẽ, mát mẻ, nhân viên cũng dth. Giá zay là rẻ lắm trong khu này lun ròi.

Lần đầu tiên trải nghiệm ở đây , sạch sẽ nhân viên thân thiện , mọi thứ đều ổn , gần trung tâm triễn lãm khá tiện

Mình thích không gian ở đây , có việc công tác nên đặt thử , mình có thử xem vài chỗ mình ưng đây thoải mái dễ chịu . Nhân viên take care chuyên nghiệp , chị dọn phòng vui tính . Sẽ quay lại ủng hộ khách sạn có dịp nhé

For the price the hotel was exceptionally beautiful. Not to mention the location was great and easy to get to many restraunts and bars.

So called breakfast is just a dirty noddle cart which offers "PHO" only, you don't wanna to eat anything after you take an eye on the place.

1, The staff there just part time and offers 0 service cause totally can't communication. 2, dirty room & bed with totaly unwork WIFI, 3, terrible breakfast.

Chỗ ở vừa xa vừa cũ vừa dơ đặt phòng đã tới nơi thì đưa phòng khác xong kêu vì lý do chưa cọc nên đưa phòng đó cho người khác rồi đưa lại cái phòng như cái nhà kho cho mình ở còn thang máy thì hỏng 11h khuya phải đi tìm chỗ nghĩ khác

Khách sạn không cung cấp máy sấy tóc cho khách, ngay cả một thiết bị cơ bản như vậy cũng không có, điều này khiến tôi thực sự không thể hiểu nổi.

The Staff is very good, except the manager who was glitching. Top floor rooms full of humidity destroyed floors, it rained the whole room was flooded with water..he relocated us in a smaller room one bed for 2 persons. Barely got a refund for not even half a day

Cooking facilities but nothing to cook with. But maybe because appartment to be fair. Not the cleanest room ever. Water retained in the bathroom and wouldn’t drain away.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay before or after your flight. Staff was also very nice and kind. Excellent standard for an overnight stay.

The hotel Emerald Luxury has very good potential because it has very comfortable beds and is nicely furnished, with a refrigerator, microwave and kitchen.

Unfortunately the water was cold when I needed to take a shower and I had to wait until this morning after 11am to take my shower. Also, the refrigerator was dripping water from the freezer all night on a big tray so it wasn't working. And there were no pots or silverware to actually use the kitchen available.

The place had been great long time ago. The staff is uninterested about the job. We had a room above the reception. In the night we were wskingbup cause the reception Bell was ringing for long and no one was at the desk from the staff. During the day some one was smoking at the hall so the Smoke went to the rooms. The ac has been turning off randomly after fev minutes. The worst thing is we booked it for the Kitchen, but there was nothing besides the stove. No utensils. No spoon or plate even.

The location is amazing, this was ny second stay in Ho Chi Minh city and the location was wayy better than the first one, very peaceful vibe and a lot of restaurants and cafes at 10 mins walking distance

The AC of our room was not working, there was a foul smell of cigarettes in the room and the washroom seat was stinking.

Lần đầu tiên tôi đặt khách sạn giá cao mà rất tệ như vậy ... giấy vệ sinh, giấy ăn không có sẵn , khăn lau rách khi tôi yêu cầu một chiếc khăn lau chân để khi bước ra khỏi phòng tắm thì được một nhân viên Nam đưa cho một chiếc khăn xô (kiểu khăn xô của trẻ sơ sinh ) và thiếu , máy sấy tóc không có sẵn , buổi tối khuya muộn mà rất ồn ... nói chung là rất không hài lòng và sẽ không có lần sau nữa

Thái độ nhân viên lòi lõm mặc dù ở đây rất nhiều lần . Bạn nữ nói giọng bắc . Coi thường khách hàng . Phụ thu kêu chuyển khoản vào tk cá nhân chứ ko vô tài khoản chính
