Extrêmement compliqué d’obtenir sa chambre si on arrive pas aux horaires de réceptions.

Personalet venlige , hjælpsomme og smilene. Morgenmaden rigtig god og veltillavet. Hyggelig lille by nogle skridt derfra, med forretninger, med forretninger , hvor man hurtig kom til at føle sig velkommen.

Hotel uscita autostrada comodo con parcheggio, buon prezzo, di può raggiungere il centro anche a piedi volendo sui 2 km. Centro molto bello. Camera hotel essenziale ( no phon) doccia bagnoschiuma tv aria condizionata, camere per 4 con letto a castello. Abbiamo preso con colazione compresa ma era veramente scarsa e con poca scelta con la signora chd controllava cosa prendevi , sala molto piccola non vale il prezzo. Nous avons été déjà surpris de l’odeur des serviettes de toilette le lit n’avait pas de drap coton sur le matelas

J'ai fait une réservation via hôtel.com Impossible de récupérer la clé de la chambre j'ai dû attendre une trentaine de minutes et on m'a demandé de payer une centaine d'euros en plus alors que j'avais déjà tout payé. Dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de lumière, il y avait de l'électricité pour charger le téléphone mais pas pour être éclairé. Le personnel est au courant de ce problème mais l'hôtel n'a pas précisé ce problème via hotel.com

El check out es a las 12:00, pero nos despertaron tocando la puerta a las 9:00am para recordarnos del check out. Inodoro en mal funcionamiento, y el baño muy sucio.

Pas de chance lit habite par insectes mordants... Cela arrive parfois et c est indépendant de la proprete générale... J ai signale le fait le matin, l a receptionniste avait quelques doute ma peau non. J espere qu ils auront traité depuis...

Rien à redire sur la propreté. Petit déjeuner correct. Aucun bruit la nuit. Petit bemol, les matelas étaient un peu dur et il n y a pas d'ascenseur.

Hotel de baixa qualidade. Tudo automatizado e de qualidade ruim. Não vale o que cobra. Deveria cobrar 25 euros, no máximo, pelo tipo de hotel que eles criaram. Chegamos noite, por volta de 20hs, e não havia um ser humano trabalhando no hotel. De manhã havia dois jovens muito simpáticos, é verdade. Mas na noite anterior, uma voz pelo comunicador dava instruções para abrir, com tom irritado do outro lado da linha. Talvez porque eu não falo francês e perguntei em inglês). O quatro minúsculo: mal cabia a cama (não sei como eles construíram um banheiro no cantinho - devia ter 1 metro quadrado. Cama dura, lençol e cobertas que passavam pouca segurança sobre limpeza. Café da manhã muito simples (mas aí ainda vai, pelo que se propõe: um hotel de viajantes rápidos). No geral, fica a nítida impressão de que os proprietários fizeram ali um caça níqueis: economizam com falta de pessoal para atender, nos espaços na qualidade do material, conforto, mas cobram cerca de 90 euros por noite. NÃO VALE O QUE COBRAM

Chambre très propre, literie confortable, petit-déj très correct et personnel sympathique à l'accueil.

I would rate this property average. The property has what it needs but nothing extra. It is quite a walk to the main part of town, but it is doable. There are not many options nearby for dining. Overall, it was easy to check in/out and I felt safe staying at the property.

Everything was good except one employee who were in charge for 1st day. I understand there is a rule for the hotel. However, even if she verified that I alreday paid for entire my hotel fee and learned it remains only taxes, she rejected to open the main gate for hotel. Yet the card reader machine didn't work for more than 10 minutes. I should have let the car outside just next to the road like that. I suggested to pay in cash but as this is not the hotel policy, she rejected again. It would be better if she took the money as a warranty and when the machine works correctly she can give it back. And for more surprise, I stayed 3 days and 4 nights, main gate was always opened except the day I arrived. So I think she was the problem. I don't know she acted like this because I am not European or she is slow naturally but it wasn't pleasant experiences 😮‍💨 Other than that, my stays were so good.

La chambre est minuscule, la climatisation pas fonctionelle. Pas d'ascenseur. Nombre de places de parking limité.Odeur affreuse de moisi dans tout l'hôtel . Il y a d'ailleurs des traces importantes de moisissures dans la salle de bain. En somme pas bien

Service minimum, accueil froid, chambre petite avec un confort limité à l'essentiel. Je ne souhaite vraiment pas renouveler cette expérience.

Unsanitary conditions. The hallway smelled like fermented trash, the bathroom ceiling was moldy and smelled horribly. There is no elevator. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Stay away!!!!

Hôtel très bien situé à côté d’une gare routière. Le centre ville est à 10 minutes en bus. Hôtel calme, très convenable et confortable.

Petite chambre chauffé avec un chauffage d’appoint car mal isolé le sol est très froid. Je n’ai pas pu dormir car un bruit assourdissant provenant dine machine à l’extérieur ( chambre 27) Nombre de serviette insuffisant ! Admission via l’automate d’enregistrement ne fonctionne pas car réservation via expédia !! Process à revoir.

Check in was very easy. The room was clean when I arrived with two towels. However, surfaces such as the desk and bathroom were dusty. I really enjoyed that cleaning services came in everyday to make the bed and bring in fresh towels. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay there again if I returned.

Etablissement à fuir, propreté douteuse (présence de nuisibles) et activités nocturnes incompatibles avec le repos.

Good value for money. Room is clean and house keeping daily which is rare these days… Very near the bus terminal so access to city centre is very convenient and cheap…There’s machines where you can order take out meals ranging from simple pizza and sandwiches to a more elaborate menu and be sent to the hotel.. there was even Halal options which is very much welcome… there’s drinks and snack machine and also a microwave oven at the reception… very efficient service.

Personnel accueillant dans l'ensemble, hôtel bien situé à côté de la station Kryton à Aix, pratique pour un transit. Ambiance calme. Petit déjeuner passable. Pas de commerces à proximité. Chambre un peu petite mais de bonnes literies.

Wenn man wissen wie es ist in einem Gefängnis zu sein, würde ich das B&B empfehlen.

Self check in with problems because the gate was closed. And no parking place until you find out how to get in. Wich ment you were in the way for other trafficants. The gate, the entrance and the room entrance was with code you got when you checked in. Therefore we just left with out checking out because we didnt think it was nessesary?? The room was dirty, but no noice at all eventhougt the highway was right outside. The automate for snack and coffee was out of service. The price was way to high for your money value.

Este hotel está muy cercano a la terminal de autobuses Tritón en Aix-en-Provence, lo que hace muy conveniente si estás viajando por este medio. Está bastante alejado del centro de la ciudad, por lo que si no te gusta caminar no lo recomiendo, aproximadamente 35 min. El lugar está bien, limpio, confortable, aire acondicionado, con todo lo necesario para pasar la noche bien. Ofrece desayuno adicional bastante bien.

Hôtel agréable malgré un problème de l'automate, ce qui m'a valu une attente de 3h dans le froid. mais dans l'ensemble bon hôtel, accueillant.

séjour agréable seul bemole l'arrivée il faut s'enregistrer avant d'avoir accès au parking donc stationnement sur la route a grande affluence (danger) le parking étant TOUJOURS fermé

Probleme avec la borne exterieure pour le code de la chambre... lits jumeaux tres etroits et courts...proprete ok..

De nombreuses erreurs sur le site de hôtel.com. L'hôtel n'est pas du tout en centre ville. Erreur d'adresse sur le plan qui ne nous conduit pas du tout à cet hôtel. D'un côté l'autoroute, de l'autre un énorme chantier: construction d'une route et d'un pont, travaux dès 7h30 le matin! Juste devant la fenêtre de notre chambre.

Bon séjour en général. Procédure covid19 respectée. Établissement calme et propre

Devido al covid19 está todo automatizado, nadie te atiende. El checkin con maquina y todo con contraseñas. Está limpio y es una zona tranquila con parking gratuito. No hay nevera.

Chambre très petite, réception presque fermée en tout temps, l’arrivee De fait de façon autonome sauf qu’on m’a chargé deux fois, j’ai dû me faire rembourser. Près du terminus d’autobus qui mène directement au centre de Aix en Provence!

Everything is in great condition except the property is less new than the other B&B locations. Well, it definitely compensated with other good things, including the staff and the value in the area. Still, very satisfying !

One needs to plan bus travel in advance to the hotel otherwise it is a 3 km walk from the centre, and on Sundays about one an hour and none in the evenings

Biggest complaint is that the hotel claimed to be in walking distance to everything. The Center was a 10 minute drive through construction. I would not recommend walking. It was just off the Autovon, but do not go without a car.

While the reception are and room were clean, the less said about the carpeted stairs and hallways the better. They were filthy stunk, particularly the stairs which gave off a sickening odour

a good/compact place to rest. note that there is no lift. had to pay a deposit for hair dryer. it is a 30min walk away from the town, but i appreciate it is near the bus terminal- perfect as i came to aix via bus.

Overall pretty good. Best Wi-Fi speeds from all hotels. Noisy air con. Area could be quieter from a traffic viewpoint. Bit of a walk from the station but doable. Carrefour city 15 min walk away. Would stay again.

We could not find this hotel for the life of us, we asked about 20 people, even bus drivers and noone knew where it was..perhaps putting directions on the website would help others:) Other then that, great comfy clean place to stay.
