Nusk Al Madinah Hotel

I like their hospitality. The hotel was so clean. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks

Cozy and elegant rooms with palace rooms style are perfect for those looking for a luxurious stay. The intricate details and luxurious furnishings create a regal atmosphere. Guests can relax in style and comfort, surrounded by opulent decor. The palace rooms style adds a touch of grandeur to the overall ambiance. Staying in these rooms will make you feel like royalty.

This place is really the worst especially since we saw photos on booking .com and the rooms looked large and clean. For travelers from US, IT IS NOT 4 STAR AT ALL. We asked for room service around 630 pm and waited for someone to show up until midnight but nobody showed up. The tiny bathroom tiles are chipped... Please don't waste your hard earned money here 😞

Hotel don't have a double room they make scam with people i book double room with king bed but they give me different room with two single bed

Don’t stay this hotel better to stay 50 riyal room or any building . But dont west your money Dirty beds . Carpet very old& sticky bed too small . Bathroom very dirty ,WC seat are yellow . And no care for anything you will not find any management to solve your issue .

Worst hotel in my life which is claiming as a 4- star hotel, but they are 2- star in reality. Dirty filthy room no cleanliness at all. Washroom also congested and dirty. Wash basin broken . No iron , no good internet, no body knows English, no one at reception anytime. No one picks phone at reception, worst experience.

Such a pathetic hotel. Bathrooms are stinky. There is water clogged in the sink and the toilet is so dirty. Reception are rarely available and if you luckily find them they are least bothered to entertain you. The rooms are so tight spaced. Breakfast buffet is the worst nothing good to eat. Elevators are so small. Never recommend this hotel.

I will change three times my room. One have bad smell from bathroom gutter. Other have people nokking door. No extra towels no dental kit and charge like 10 stars.

booked this hotel for my family and I booked Quad room which inappreciable. We can feel Mattress springs and all Mattresses are sagged to one side, even we can’t sleep properly. The manager of the hotel was rude. He don’t want to listen anything. Reception staff hang the call while if I am complaining about anything. They mentioned this is 4 stars hotel but I can’t give them more than 2 stars. Staff never came to clean the room. I ask the guy for Toilet roll and he said only 1 roll is allowed. I stay for 5 days and Bedding is changed once which I call the guy and request it. No tea cups, No sugar and no tea bags was in the room. Worst experience and I will never booked again.

We visited with a large group of 85 in Feb 24. Room size was spacious, comfortable beds. Breakfast was not great, catered from Arabs. They served nuggets and chips for breakfast! only boiled egg option. If you are going from a western country take a selection of cereals if travelling with kids. In the 4 days we stayed all of our group did not get their rooms or towels cleaned. When I asked a staff member to clean my room I got offered. I then went to reception a few hours later and was told somebody would clean in the morning this never happened. Staff just ignored me. The coffee shop is expensive latte around £4.00 for a small cup and rude staff. I felt the staff get trained to ignore guests and be rude towards them, as apart from the last hour on the last day that was the only time waiting staff and reception staff seemed a little bit polite! Location was the best part however there are other 4 stars within close proximity so will try them next time.

Close to haram

Room was ok, customer service was really bad, Most of the time there were no one available at the main desk. the Bathroom was terrible i was not able to stand and take shower. it was just a small triangle i am just normal but for someone healthy he/she will not fit at all and i really mean not at all.

Location is the only key good point. Facility looks less than 2 stars in quality.

No Good There is a Bed Bugs

Room is very small, 4 beds in tiny room,

A group of 70 rooms were booked. I have been coming for years. Told to buy my own paper, tea bags, 1 room card between 4 ppl. Not cleaning rooms. Complained was told to go to another hotel if I’m not happy.

Furniture & fixtures very old system. Bathroom fixtures not satisfied

It is a terrible place to stay when you have other choices. Cons: First day we enter room, bathroom lock is broken and the room is right next door to elevators that created a lot of noise. Rooms were very very small and we were packed like sardines. No room to move around if you have a few bags with you. When asked for towel or extra pillow, they did not have it. Pro: it is very neat Madinah. People working to transport your luggage were very helpful.

Check in guy was arrogant and rude. Dirty restroom and smells like medical facility. Terrible service except bell boy!!

The hotel is very dirty. The service is very bad when you arrive. They still tell you the room is not available so be careful, never bookke this hotel.

Clean and close to everything

Great

Everything

Good Clean Hotel

Room was smelly, refrigerator was not working, no intercom was working and when i used Muslim shower lts break.i told the receptionist he said he will change the room give me 2 hours, when i went again after two hours that person was not there and other receptionist knows nothing.

First off, they were not very accommodating. when we arrived, they told us our rooms will not be ready until 3 pm. Ok no problem, we can wait, we returned after 3 , the room was still not ready/available. They had several groups checking in/out (I could not tell but the lobby was full of people with no place to walk or sit) I finally decided to cut my losses and told them to cancel my reservation. went and checked in at a different hotel. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

Hotel it self is ok. But staff is so helping that It balance everything they are so helpful that make me rate it 5/5.

Overall experience was nice and comfortable. Cleaniless is good. Best part : Hotel is close to Haram and small Baqala below hotel and Bufia is infront of hotel from 6 am till midnight. Hotel also contain small coffee and juice shop inside for limited hours. Also Saptco Bus point is infront of hotel along taxi stand as well. Also variety of local restaurants across the road on back of hotel appox 1 km distance, near Bilal mosque. Weak point : No internet was provided in 2 days stay, and you can find similar complaints in the previous reviews of different people as well. 2 single bed room is very small and very small wash room, although condition of both room and washroom is acceptable. No breakfast. No water bottles provided in room. Staff is good and cooperative. Location is good.

Staff is not friendly and the response is very late ... Wi-Fi is only a name ... No connection at all and I complained several times and no response ... Very bad experience. Picture for unsafe electric cable.

I stayed three days in this hotel but no one came any single day for cleaning. They did not provide any bathroom supplies at all after giving on first day. Reception staff in evening shift didn't know a little bit english as a result I had to find other serving staff to interprete. Only three elevators were in operation which were very small as a result during praying time you had to wait. They claim three star hotel but I think it is even not two star. I will not recommend this hotel based on their charges.

Riviera Nusk Al-Marina Very small room, but then price charged was the lowest as well - what you pay is what you get - “so the rooms are pretty small in size” is really not a complaint. In pictures it seem to be large size rooms. Washroom was really in bad shape, with the dirty sink clogged, and with partial supplies/toiletries available. Had to call hotel-plumber that came in right away. Wall paper was coming of the walls/scrapped at places Iron stand was without an iron Room safe was found locked with no instructions available Floor carpet with dark patterns looked a bit dirty when examined closely Area without carpet required clearly visible dirt and grime to be scrapped from corners. Room’s phone found dead on arrival. Receptionist would barely speak working speak English. Luckily a Porter with better English, when available, would help as an interpreter. Hello customer service! Not the best experience, I had. Yet, the staff is good, polite and pretty helpful. Just wanted to mention these points for the benefit of other future visitors - hate to call it a complaint, while being a visitor/guest at Madina.

Very close to Roza e Rasul saws. All good except towels were torn and not replaced at all. Water bottles in room were also not provided after the first checkin. Overall liked it for it cleanliness and location. The saptco bus service to Mecca is right next door. A good budget hotel.

Nice hotel very near to masjid nabawi good hotel over all

Before selecting Nusk I had read a few reviews about Nusk. I went with low expectations. Of course rooms are small, bathrooms were small but there were lots of good things which out-ways the small bad things. Breakfast was superb, staff was marvelous, location was best. Overall very happy with the stay.

Worst hotel I had ever stayed in

Parking just for staff 😓 Staff is excellent Cleaning man also excellent

Nothing to like bathroom so dirty no wifi working at all

Wifi was horrible. Breakfast was average.

Room wasn’t cleaned 3 days in a row Asked repeatedly but no response very uncomfortable mattress Short supply of towels Breakfast buffet was ok Late checkout at 4pm which was very kind of them Smoking on premises

Staff is friendly; location is very good: close to mosque and shopping; clean hotel; rooms are smaller than they appear on pictures; mattress us comfortable; bathroom was way tooo small ( 18” x 18 “), no space to take a decent shower. Breakfast is ok , but not very appetizing.

I liked thst fact that the hotel was very nearby Haram Shariff.. / Mosque..

Very close to the masjid. There is also a shopping area right outside.

Broken bed not good, dirty bathroom with leak. Breakfast need improvement

Very close to Roza Sharif. Good clean environment. Close to Pakistani restaurants. Saptco VIP bus station on the block.

BREAKFAST VERY GOOD. ROOM VERY CLEAN. STAFF VERY COURTEOUS.

Eerey thing is excellent except the shower is so small . It is an comfortable. Thanks

VERY CLOSE TO MASJID HARAM. BREAKFAST IS GOOD, HELPFUL STAFF.

very close to Haram specially to gate no 5 but far for females. Nice breakfast. Close to dates market.

The place is close to Haram and breakfast was decent. Check in and out process was okay (one key card per person). Chauffer service was also good. However there is no room service and no room clean up.

Location was excellent, very close to Haram and a convenient location for markets and food Service wasn't so good. They had restricted timings, the reception doesn't speak anything but arabic. Housekeeping doesn't come unless you call and request multie times. Wifi is the biggest issue here. The wifi does not even connect in the room and it only works in the lobby. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and different menu each day. Hope this helps for future guests ! Thanks

Not Recommended at all. Breakfast is poor, washroom is worst

The only advantage is only hotel near to Haram, cleaniness of bed not upto mark, breakfast is very disappointed

Should not be recommended at all, every thing was incorrect, sad to say that, to me it hurts your reputation as hotel. Com

Hotel is amazing and very close to Haram .staff was courteous and friendly and helpful. Will recommend others to stay .Buffet was good . Food was good and varieties of dishes of various choices .Lot of food .only one suggestion is to add a toaster to worm up the bread . Overall wonderful stay . Will also stay in future - Rate is very good .Thanks

Its a beautiful hotel which has clearly just been refurbished. Lovely rooms .. but dont expect your room to be cleaned or toiletries to be topped up

The mattress was hard. When asked to have a better matteress housekeeping laughed and walked away. Shower leaked out into the bathroom. Had to pay additional cost (tax) once we arrived.

Wi-Fi will not work in your rooms at all only in reception, which is deceiving when questioned the receptionist the guy was so rude. The room I had was dirty bed cloths was not changed, the telephones for room service didn't work. I asked to get refund as I was not happy with the hotel and hospitality then they was like look we will change new cloths for you Wi-Fi will work in 1 hour which it never did. When asked after two hours about Wi-Fi they was like by tomorow it will work. When the next day came I realised it still don't work and give up asking them, I was there 7 nights it never worked the whole time I asked for bottled water they was like u have to pay. If you complain about problem.s you have they becoome so rude and angry and laugh in your face maybe because you are not Arab. I Do not recommend this at all. I was told I have to pay the hotel 2,150 saudi riyal at the time of booking but when I got there they charges me 107.5 saudi riyal on top.

The Hotel is close to the mosque however you still have to walk around a lot, there are no places to eat around there, you would have to walk for 20 minutes before you find anywhere to eat, its completely opposite the shopping and eating area. The staff are not helpful at all, very rude staff. they do not understand English either, I had troubles checking in as they did not understand me. There are not heating in the room as it was very cold and I had my baby with me, the room was very cold when I called the staff to help me with the heating they put the air con on as they do not have heating or understand what I was saying. On departure, I wanted to take some breakfast away with me like cakes etc as I had an early flight, the staff were rude and did not want me to take anything with me so I just left without having any breakfast. Overall very bad hotel and would not recommend to anyone.
