Everything! The place had everything you needed including fantastic views. The staff were amazing and welcoming. All the amenities and local activities were made apparent at check in. Breakfast was varied and accompanied with fresh eggs cooked to your liking. We loved the ability to use the fridge and microwave for our meals because Switzerland is quite expensive to eat out in. Kettle in the room with tea and coffee supplied. The rooms were so cleaned. Genuinely impressed with the lack of dust. Balcony was a big plus and we enjoyed sitting on it while looking at the mountains surrounding Saas-Fee. The location was fantastic, close to the bus station and next to Coop and a bakery around the corner. We also were blessed that they had availability to help us do a load of laundry despite us coming during a food festival.

Couldn't really fault the place. Mum thought the mattress was soft but I found it fine. I think that's just preference.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Dwa markety obok hotelu i blisko parking. Bardzo mila i pomocna obsługa. Zaopiekowali się nami jak rodziną. Pokój bardzo wygodny z balkonem i pięknym widokiem na góry. W pokoju zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Na prośbę zostało mi przygotowane na wcześniejszą godzinę. Mila rodzinna atmosfera.

Convenient location across the street from Coop grocery and 3 minute walk from Saas-Fee bus station. Quiet, clean room. A shared refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware and dining room are available for guests. Friendly, helpful English speaking staff.

Super freundliches Personal. Frühstück einmalig!!!!! Kaffee jeden Tag zum Frühstück 4 Tassen. Wenn wieder Saas-Fee dann definitiv wieder hier!!!

Hervorragedes Frühstücksbuffet. Super Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Möglichkeit im Frühstücksraum sich selbst zu versorgen, war genial.

Freundlicher Empfang durch Inhaber persönlich, gutes Frühstück mit freundlicher Bedienung. Wir konnten das Gepäck vorzeitig deponieren und am letzten Tag länger dort lassen, ganz ohne Umstände.

Location and view from our room was amazing. Very comfortable for a family of 4 including 2 young kids. Great advice on where to go in the area from the host. Really good breakfast and toys available in the common area. Thank you Les Amis team!

L'hôtel était idéalement situé, plutôt proche du parking/de la gare routière, et à 2 pas de tout commerce Chambre moderne, fonctionnelle et spacieuse, avec un grand balcon L'accueil était formidable, avec plein de bons conseils de la part des propriétaire au sujet des randonnées par exemple Très bon petit déjeuner avec oeufs cuisinés à la demande La réservation à l'hôtel offrait la gratuité de la plupart des remontées mécaniques de la station

Le balcon donnait sur un terrain vague, donc pas la plus belle vue sur Saas Fee, mais sinon tout était parfait

De locatie en het vriendelijke behulpzame personeel en eigenaren.

De kamer was erg klein en gedateerd. Het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid, weinig variatie en we misten de verse broodjes, melk en croissantjes. Er werd wel elke dag een ei voor je gebakken of gekookt. De bedden waren voor ons aan de harde kant (maar dat is persoonlijk).

Zimmer war top. Matrazen waren sehr bequem und der Balkon war super. Die Lage war auch top.

Sympathischer Kleinbetrieb, persönlich geführt. Eine gute Sommerdestination wenn es im Tal sehr heiss ist. Gratis Lifte als Vorteil, leider im Sommer kein Bustransport im Ort.

Das Frühstück war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die "Honesty Bar" ist eine sehr gute Idee.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und die Betten sind recht durchgelegen, was es etwas unkomfortabel macht.

This is a very nice small hotel in Saas Fee with great management. Stephan and Karla at reception are so very kind and attentive. They are happy to give you advice on activities in the area and they are both very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the coop supermarket and a few steps from the parking lot. Breakfast is adequate and the room is clean and quiet. I loved the possibility of using their fridge to store cold drinks and to make use of plates and cutlery to eat my own meals.

Some of the facilities are on the smaller side, for instance, the bathroom is VERY small. The pillows could also use an upgrade. Besides that, a very nice stay in this hotel.

Les Amis is a super hotel. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious - especially the eggs, cooked as you like. The honesty bar is such a good idea. Also, the location is excellent - a short walk from the car back and also a few steps from the Central Bus Stop that takes you to the main lifts. All in all perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Saas-Fee. The location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything the village has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again!

Simple yet correct breakfast. Instant made eggs in any shape you'd like. Hotel policy is to allow guests to picnic in the hotel restaurant, there is a fridge and a microwave, and even dishes and cutlery are provided for the picnics. Considering you are next door to migros and coop this is a very well welcome initiative. Both Stephan and Carla are magnificent and kind hosts, I can only wish that all hosts in Valais would be like them ! Will return without a blink of an eye.

Everything is good. A minor nuisance could be that you do hear a bit of the noise from the hall outside the room, but I dont think there is anything to be done... That's just the way this small mountain hotel is built. Keep the good work Carla and Stephan !

Die Lage ist ideal und zentral, ein paar Gehminuten vom Busbahnhof und nicht so weit weg von den Bergbahnen. Vis à vis hat es einen Coop und ein Migrolino, in der Nähe sind weitere Geschäfte wie Bäckerei oder Sportgeschäfte. Die Bushaltestelle für den shuttle ist auch wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Verschiedene Restaurants befinden sich auch in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Carla und Stephan sind total unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet allerlei und genug, alles war sehr fein. Wasser und Tee stehen der ganzen Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Es war alles sehr gut und schön. Einziger kleiner negativer Punkt für uns waren die schmale Betten, da wir von zu Hause aus grosse Betten gewohnt sind.
