もう出来上がったもので仕方ないですが　部屋にコンセントが有れば良いかと　部屋の配置出来たら　間だ最低でも1部屋開けてくれると嬉しい　隣の壁に当たるとお互い音が気になる　清掃が大変ですが　それがサービスと思います　大抵他のホテルは余裕が有れば　部屋は間だを開けてくれていると感じますが？

Les capsules ainsi que les équipements sont très propres. Pour une première expérience, c’était très bien!

ロケーションが良く、近辺に飲食店やパーキングが沢山有り良かった

トイレットの数が少ないかな？ 館内は素足なので部屋バキの使い捨てスリッパ等が有れば良かったかな？

I did feel disturbed while sleeping in the capsule but maybe that was more a me problem than the actual accomodation.

The capsule was slightly too small for me (but that is part of the experience) and the mattress was quite thin, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.

フロントスタッフが、いつも愛想なさすぎる。 椅子に座ったまま足を組み、カギは無言で片手で、こちらの手にポトリです。 小学生でも出来る仕事、お気楽だわ。

朝から荷物預かりがあると書いていたが、フロントに誰もおらず、荷物預かりのお客様への電話をかけても誰も出なくて、荷物を持ち歩く羽目になった。

とても清潔感があったし、シャワーもたくさんあって、アメニティもたくさんあった。宿泊料金もリーズナブルで、朝食にスタバの千円券が付いてて嬉しかった。初めてカプセルホテルを利用したが、閉塞感もなく、快適でした。

スーツケースを預かるサービスがあったらさらに良かったと思いました。

première experience en hotel capsule. tout est tres bien organisé et géré, on recoit un kit pour la nuit, les capsules sont propres et le lit est fait, c'est tres appréciable. la salle commune / cuisine est un peu petite et pas super bien éuipée pour manger le soir mais on a recu un bon de 1000 yens pour aller déjeuner au starbuck le matin c'était une jolie surprise.

ma famille qui aime le noir pour dormir a été un peu génée par la lumière des parties communes qui reste allumée, celà ne m'a pas dérangée pour ma part.

No hi ha climatització als banys de les habitacions (aire acondicionat) i per tant fa calor. Hi havia pols dins de la càpsula. El personal no parla anglès. El check-out diuen que és fins a les 3 de la tarda però a partir de les 11 ja no pots fer servir la càpsula ni la zona de dutxes i bany, ni ha ningú a la recepció per poder recuperar la maleta o accedir a la taquilla.

宿泊前に荷物を預かってもらおうと伺ったけれど誰もおらず電話してくださいと書いてあったので何度もかけたけれど全く出なかった事と女性専用フロアに外国人男性客が普通に入ってきてた事　３度見した

Temperatur in der Kapsel im Herrenschlaftrakt unerträglich heiß. Matratze bei Damen und Herren sehr, sehr hart. Schlafen nicht möglich.

少し寝てる間、暑かったですね。

It was my first experience in a capsule hotel and from what I've seen it is probably one of the better ones. Facilities are clean, staff is friendly, the capsule itself is somewhat spacious. Even though there's many capsules in one room, it doesn't feel crowded and you can have a little bit of privacy if you roll down the curtain.

The beds were simply way too hard for me personally. Sure, some do not mind but it's a thin mattress on a metal frame and after every night I felt stiff. Additionally, there is no real window to look out of, not in the capsule, not in the sleeping are or bathrooms. After some time it can feel a bit depressing being in there if you usually enjoy the sunlight.

タオルと部屋着が用意されていたこと、共用でアメニティが揃っていたこと、リネン類も清潔であったこと、個人ロッカーも用意されていたこと

スリッパがなかったのに シャワールーム手前の洗面エリアの床に髪の毛などがたくさん落ちていてちょっと嫌でした。 宿泊客自身で掃除できるよう床用ワイパーなどあれば良いと思いました。

お湯じゃない水をラウンジにあってほしかった 傘スタンドはお客さん雑に使っててちょっと気にした、使いやすいようにしてほしかった

Если все хостелы мира были бы такими, я выбирала бы только хостелы)) В номере было чисто, светло и свежо. Есть отдельные шкафчики, где можно оставить вещи и закрыть на ключь. Так же в номере есть стиральная машина и сушилка за дополнительную оплату.

Great location - very close to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen

Kitchen not useable at all, bar a microwave. ‘Breakfast included’ is actually just a Starbucks gift voucher, and only given if you ask for it! Beds are very uncomfortable too, and there’s a cleaning period everyday where you HAVE to be out of the hotel from 1100-1500. The cleaners also took a lot of our stuff from our capsules and thankfully we asked if there was a lost and found and managed to get our stuff there. Very strange!

性价比无敌高！对于一个人的旅行，预算又不高，又担心安全的！这个旅店会打消你的顾虑的。男女分区，刷卡进门，老安全了！

The location, cleanliness, value and staff are really good.

The foam mattress in the pod is way too thin. I really don't mind a hard bed but to me this was like sleeping on the floor.

Personally, the best thing about it was the location. It was within a 15-minute walk of Kanazawa Castle, within 20 minutes of Kenrokuen Garden, and within 5 minutes of Omicho Market. Higashi Chaya District was also nearby, so I was able to visit a lot of places. The toilets and showers are in a shared area, but they are in separate rooms, so those who are concerned about privacy can rest assured. They also felt clean, which was great. The hotel is closed for cleaning between 11 am and 3 pm, but that's understandable as it's necessary to maintain cleanliness. Since I was only staying one night, it didn't bother me.

The location is excellent. I could walk to the train station and the castle. A 7-11 was just down the street. I also liked the price. I liked that the sleeping space was women only.

The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. If this hotel would just upgrade the mattresses and add a few comfortable chairs in the lounge area, it would improve their rating and guest satisfaction a lot! It would also be good if there was someplace quiet where people could talk on the phone. (No talking in the capsules.)

位置很棒，有電梯.住宿便宜整體來說CP值很高.

1.每天早上11點前都ㄧ定要離開方便工作人員清掃，下午三點再從新辦理入住，對連續住宿的旅客有點不大方便. 2.Check in 後ㄧ律要將鞋子放鞋櫃，需利用鞋櫃鑰匙換膠囊房的鑰匙和置物櫃的鑰匙.只要離開都需和工作人員換鑰匙這點很不方便.

Very clean hostel, easy luggage storage, lockers for your bags and a great location.

I found the beds very hard, wasn’t the comfiest sleep! You have to give your room key in every time you leave/ swap it with your shoe locker key. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the front desk was always manned, it might have just been bad luck but multiple times when I wanted to leave I couldn’t get my shoes as there was no one of front desk. Which I found quite annoying!
