チェックイン後すぐにお風呂を頂きましたが、お風呂の床が不快なのと、浴槽に髪の毛が沈んでいました

近江町市場にも片町にも近くて良かった😊

キャリーバッグのロッカーがなかったのでちょっと不便だった。 スーペリアポッドなら部屋の中に置けるので荷物を近くに置きたい人はスーペリアポッドおすすめします。

Struttura ben organizzata e in ottimo stato. Noi eravamo in 16 (8 uomini e 8 donne) un viaggio organizzato. Ho prenotato io la struttura per tutti e abbiamo voluto fare l'esperienza di dormire nei pod. E' stata un'esperienza apprezzata da tutti e la struttura è veramente ottima e dispone di questi pod di modeste dimensioni. Assolutamente consigliato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere i punti di interesse della città.

Directly next to all major spots of the town. Had a nice lounge area to relax and connect with other people. A lot of space to store away your luggage.

It was annoying that you had to switch between different elevators to get to the showers and baths.

C'è una spa compresa nel prezzo fantastica, vic8no alla stazione dei treni ed a metà strada per visitare sia la zona vecchia della città sia la parte del castello e del parco. Molto vicino al mercato del pesce. Posto fantastico. Bellissimi letti

立地と女性専用のカプセルというお手軽さ

頻回に利用させてもらっています。施設の設備もスタッフもいいし、リピーターですが、フロアの臭いが独特な酸っぱさ。 あと、大浴場も好きなんですが、利用ごとに脱衣所のカビ臭さが増していて、地下なので仕方ないとしても大丈夫かなと心配になります。　良くないというか、心配です。

タオルとバスタオルが１日一枚づつ交換して、くれました

部屋のマットレスが硬くて寝心地が悪く、寝返りも打ちにくく、あまり寝付けずに、挙句の果てに、身体が痛くなります。 ワンランクしない限り、最低ですね。 ホテルとしては、最下位ですね。😞 残念です。

コスパ良かったです。 部屋の天井の高さがあって、広々としていて快適でした。

15時30分頃に大浴場を利用しました(大浴場の利用開始は15時～と記載あり。)が、水風呂とお湯のどちらも髪の毛がまぁまぁな量沈んでて、ちょっと気になりました。(利用開始30分後だから、利用した人はほぼいなかったと思うのですが、あんなに髪の毛が沈んでるのはちょっとなぁと思ってしまいました。)

片町が近い

天井が高くて、圧迫感が無かったです！

今回、4泊5日で泊まったのですが、ダニが居り清掃の方に申しましたら、気持ち良く消毒して頂きました！🙂

離近江町市場、金沢城、兼六園、香林坊都近,車站需要走十幾分鐘，飯店後方蠻安靜的,適合散步

房間內無廁所及洗澡地方,但有大浴場,天冷去泡湯非常舒服

中心部に位置しているのでどこに行くのにも歩いて行けたので利便が良い

エアコンが24時間ついてて寒かった。洗面台がトイレに３個しかないので朝は混んで中々使えない

I loved the premium pod. A bit more spacious!

Toilets where in the same room as make up room, you had to go to the basement for a shower, I felt a bit shame in the morning with my messy hair etc.

近隣のホテルは割高になってましたがオトクに宿泊出来て良かったです。初めてのカプセルホテルみたいな感じでしたが、共同浴場も朝まで入れて良かっです＼(^o^)／貴重品ボックスもありカバンも入り鍵かけて出れるのが良いですね☺️

部屋は、ブラインド仕切りで出入りが激しくて気になり眠れなかった。

大浴場がひろめだった

イビキ歯ぎしりが極大レベルの客がいて、その客がフロアのまんなかあたりに配置されていたため、他客が寝れずに怒りだして部屋の壁を蹴っていました。私自身はフロア端に配置されていたのでイビキ歯ぎしりに起こされはしなかったのですが、他客が壁を蹴る音と振動でおこされて(深夜二時ごろ)チェックアウトするまで眠れなかったです。フロアまんなかにイビキ歯ぎしり極大客が配置されるとサイアクだなと思いました

The rooms were so comfy. I really liked the sauna and onsen. The staff was so nice, they were so helpful. All the facilities were so clean.

スタッフが親切。お水やお茶が無料で飲める事。チェックインが遅くまでスタッフがいる安心感。バスタオルやタオルが付いていること。ラウンジが使いやすかったこと。バス停前で移動は便利。

部屋の掃除が行き届いていなかった。ベッドの頭の上に小さな5-10センチのスペースがあるが埃が溜まっていた。 ベッドが硬すぎて深く眠れなかった。 お風呂場の湯船に長い髪の毛が束で沈んでいて入る気になれなかった。 7階のお手洗いの洗面スペースか３つしかなくて、宿泊客が多い朝と夜は一杯でした。そして客のマナーが悪いのか説明が足らない為か、茶色い水が排水されないまま放置されていたり、清潔感が感じられなかった。

女性専用の階があり、静かで良かった モーニングブレッドが美味しかった。

モーニングコーヒー1杯無料のサービスがあっても良かった。

金沢駅からも歩け近江市場に近く　フロントも対応良く 部屋も明るく清潔で　お風呂も朝まで利用でき全て最高でした。料金もリーズナブルで また宿泊したいです。 女性フロア完備で安心でした

女性洗面所の床にゴミが散乱してました。 ずっとベッド前で荷物整理の音がうるさ過ぎ不快でした。 ただ利用者のマナーか悪いだけですね

チェックインで何組もいるのに一人しか対応していないので待たされた。 大浴場とシャワー室がB1にあるが２階でエレベーターを乗り換えないと行けないのが面倒。 アメニティ類が一部有料。

残念ながら隣がうるさくしてた事ぐらいです。

プレミアムルームのフロアにある、トイレ兼パウダールームが快適でした。

カプセルホテルより広くゆっくり寝られました

同じ名前のホテルがありタクシーに乗ると100%駅前の方に連れて行かれます。何か対策して欲しいです。2回目です。夜にチェックインして間違えていると本当に困ります。

①セキュリティで仕方ないと思いますがお手洗いの出入りにカードが必要で少しストレスでした。②携帯のアラーム音を消す設定にしたつもりでしたが音が鳴ってしまい ご迷惑を掛けてしまいました。③敷布団が無くマットレスにシーツで寝心地が悪かったです。しかし、値段に相当だと思います。④冷蔵庫が通電していると思って飲料水をいれてたんですが朝になってコンセントが刺さって無かったことに気付きました。

部屋はとても広くて、WiFiとエアコンあとテレビもありましたし、全部は10／10でした。

全部はおっけでした。

駅からアクセスが良く、施設が新しく清潔でした。ポッドに泊まったのは初めてでしたが、快適に過ごせました。 試験のために泊まりました。また、来年来ることになりそうですが、お世話になるかもしれません。 その際にはよろしくお願いします🙏

ラウンジ、ポッドなど温度が自分には暑かったです

共用のラウンジがよかった。徐々に満席になっていったので、待ってるひとへ席を譲ったが。食事するひと、PCを使う人、備え付けのゲームに興じるひとなど、いい環境だと思った。相変わらず大浴場、共用トイレ・洗面所が清潔なのが嬉しい。

思っていたより過ごしやすかった。

シャワールームのマットの替えが置いてなかったので、びちょびちょに濡れていた。

二回目の宿泊。全く不満はありません。来年また金沢に行く予定がありますが、利用します。

I had a great stay at Torifito Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I also appreciated the complete amenities, which made my stay comfortable and convenient.

The only minor downside was that the bed was a bit firm for my preference. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The bed was very hard, almost like sleeping on om the floor, so i couldn't really get comfortable. If the bed was better, it would be a 10.

Le petit déjeuner est très limité ( 1 plateau de petits sandwichs). La même chose proposée tous les jours...Pas de fruits, de yaourts, ou de céréales et le café est payant! Pas de choix, pas de variété. Il va falloir changer ce principe car d'autres hôtels ont de bien meilleurs prestations " petits déjeuners"!

表の印象と個人の休む空間にギャップがある。セキュリティボックスを光沢（全光沢）のブラックにした為、薄明かりの中で持ち物を探すのに不便、せめてセキュリティボックスの黒光沢部分と者を置く部分はカラートーンに差をつけて欲しい。テレビモニターを消音にしている点は良いが、わざわざイヤフォーんを買わせるのなら、最初から値段に入れて欲しかった。歯ブラシ５５円は悪くないが、紙袋にするのはエコ芝居です。却って不便。

出門就是公車站，機能方便，4人房空間超大

安い。 スタッフの対応が良い。 トータル、綺麗で快適。 近くに一晩400円で車を止めれるところがあるので、 助かる。 場所もコンビニがセブンとファミマ、バス停が近いので良い。 近江町市場に歩いて行ける 基本、宿泊者静か。

何回か泊まっているが、その日により当たり外れがある。 今回は、部屋のロッカーのところが黒いピカピカな素材のため、埃が目立ち何日掃除してないのか？布団は大丈夫か？と思った。 お風呂は、今まできれいだったけど、7月12.13に泊まった時、ずっと、風呂の中に長い髪の毛が浮遊していた。 絆創膏のとれたものが夜、浴槽の端っこに置いてあり、 次の日の夜にもあったので、掃除済みなはずなのに、おかしいなと思った。もしかしたら、綺麗に見えるだけで、全体の掃除はできていないと感じた。お風呂もお湯を抜いて掃除すれば、絆創膏はみつけれるはずなのに、毎回掃除をしているのか不安になった。 また風呂場の脱衣所にゴキブリホイホイが設置されていて、これは、人から見えない位置においた方が良いと思う。ゴキブリ出るのかと心配になった。 犬も宿泊可能らしく、時々犬を連れた方がいるので、 犬苦手な人は困るかもしれない。 衛生面の観点より　フロントやエレベーターを分けて欲しい。 あと、毎回ネットで予約しているが、情報が反映されてないらしく、毎回住所を書いたり名前を書いたりめんどくさいので、一度書いたものを入力しておいて欲しい。

The room was comfortable, and had its own TV with World cup matches streamed!!! The best part was that the front was selling the 1 day bus tickets, thanks so much for these! By mistake i let the sign that i was in the room after I left, and they kindly put on a paper that would I need a new towel I could exchange this note for it at the front desk. They also offered paid kimono rental, which looked nice. The hotsprings and sauna were amazing, I was surprised this great service was included in such an affordable acommodation!

I did not get a good night rest because of the AC. Apparently its either super cold or super hot- and since a customer asked to bring the temperature up, it was so hot that I couldnt sleep until I asked for it to be changed at around 3 am. other than that, it was great! It was sad to hear that their take out breakfast does not allow vegetarian arrangements.

Las cápsulas son excelentes por el precio, tienes básicamente una mini habitación, no tienes a nadie encima de ti. El sento estaba bien equipado y era ideal para descansar después de hacer turismo. El área común también estaba muy bien.

Bona ubicació i serveis. Hi ha un spa a la planta baixa per relaxar-se després de caminar tot el dia.

Sempre hi ha llum al passadís i es filtra a les càpsules, vaig dormir amb antifaç.

Es un poco raro tener que bajar y cambiar de ascensor para llegar a las duchas. Para 2 noches no fue molestia.

Capsule moderne, spaziose e pulite. Utili i cassettoni sotto il letto per riporre in sicurezza i propri effetti personali. Posizione comoda e ben collegata alla stazione, con fermata dell’autobus proprio davanti alla struttura. Molto apprezzata la zona spa con sauna e onsen, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare la città. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

It was a very clean, quiet and friendly place. I was in a superior pod which was pretty spacious. I can very much recommend staying here.

Don't rely on the washer/dryer, it may be occupied all time. There are coin laundries nearby, so no problem.

It was very clean and quiet. Facilities (onsen, shower ect) are great and spotless! Bed is big enough, and you almost don’t hear anything around.

The big down point for me was the AC. Honestly, room floors are hot, almost impossible to close your room while you sleep because of that, it gets suffocating. The AC inside the pod is barely efficient. I’ve asked the staff to lower the central AC, they politely told me yes, but Im sure nothing was/can be changed.

Très bien situé, propre, pratique et conforme aux photos. Personnel ultra gentil. Les « cabines premium» sont spacieuses , l’onsen est très bien tenu. Le salon pour se détendre ou bien manger ( possibilité de se réchauffer des plats) est très agréable
