It wasn’t clean when we enter, we had to contact the property. The washing machine was broken we had to call them again and the did repair it. There was a very strong smell from the air conditioner during the 5 day stay. Smelly toilet. The mattresses were making noise, the cushions are too old, the sheets were stained. They left washing detergent in a bottle with no description. The floor was dirty, very old looking space. The shower handle was moving all the time and it was not pleasure to have a shower. They left a sign that the hot water runs only for 30 minutes. After a long day 3 of us we had to have all showers and we had to rush. We do not recommend the 7 key apartment Kyoto!

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026The apartment is very central and in a lovely neighborhood. The building is very well maintained and the apartment has all the required items for a comfortable stay.
Half of the mattress in one of the two double beds was collapsed and uncomfortable to sleep in, but we were able to fit ok in the remaining space.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026卫生不是很好，通往阳台的门内侧有很多泥点，被子上有未知的毛发。 设施很廉价，漱口的杯子是轻飘飘的塑料的，海尔的冰箱晚上睡觉的时候一直响。 房间是101，晚上睡觉特别闷，我睡到半夜被闷醒了，把窗户和通往阳台的门打开才好了很多。 总之，这是一次比较令人失望的入住体验。

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026交通位置便利，距離四条車站（京都市營）不遠，附近也有公車50號、26號可以搭乘。 四人房的空間本次入住三人，空間大小舒適，可以將行李箱攤平，房間內有冰箱、電磁爐、烤箱、微波爐、洗衣機、小陽台，設備相當齊全且便利，房間的隔音好，不容易聽到隔壁房或是戶外的聲音。
兩張雙人床中，有其中一個床鋪可能因使用時間較久，床躺下去有下陷的情況。

Due to space limitations, the beds are placed close together. Therefore, there is only one way in and out, making movement somewhat difficult. Only keep this in mind if you have any mobility issues. In general, the beds are comfortable.

洗剤の匂いが強く気になったので無臭のものだとよかった。

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026교토가 숙박비가 어마어마한데 여긴 굉장히 가성비가 좋습니다 호스트도 친절하고 위치는 번화가(시조 가와라마치)와 조금 떨어져있지만 저희는 항상 걸어다녔을 정도로 도보로 이동이 가능한 정도입니다 화장실 청소상태도 굉장히 좋고 주방이 따로있고 식기도 준비되어있습니다 큰 냉장고도 있어서 편리합니다 그리고 4인이 쓰기 좋은 테이블도 있고 캐리어 펼 공간도 충분합니다
번화가와 도보로 이동하기에 조금 시간이 걸리는 점 말고는 모두 만족했습니다

La chambre disposait de tout les équipements dont nous pouvions avoir besoin, et le confort était super. La communication avec l’hôte c’est déroulé sans problème et nous avons très bien été guidé pour le Check-in. Je recommande vivement !

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Convenient location in Kawaramachi, around 5 mins walk to closest subway and 8-10 mins walk to the main commercial street/Nishiki market. Close enough to the commercial hub but it remains a quiet neighbourhood. Around 10 mins taxi ride to Kyoto Station. Comfortable beds and apartment in a quaint neighbourhood.
Pantry area was a little cramped, and limited plug points even for the kettle boiler.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Las instalaciones estaban muy prolijas y reflejaba lo que se ve en las fotos. La zona del baño lavadero era muy cómoda. Nos resultó muy útil que contará con mesas y sillas. Próxima a lugares de interés. Buena cantidad de comercios alrededor.
El espacio en el que se encontraban las camas resultaba incómodo para acceder. Resultó también muy molesto e invasivo el olor a cigarrillo que varias veces al dia ingresaba,.supongo que desde otro balcón del edificio. Si no fuera por tanto olor a cigarrillo nuestra estadía hubiera sido muy superior.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026距離四條地鐵地超近的，大丸百貨及商圈也很近，走出去大馬路邊就有公車站，不管要去東邊的清水寺及西邊的嵐山也十分方便。整體住宿感覺很安靜，一層只有2間，不大容易遇到其它住客，整體體驗很棒，該有的設施都有，冰箱、洗衣機、電磁爐、小烤箱、鍋碗刀筷一應具全，有很棒的住宿感。
惟一缺點，一開始找不到招牌遶了快5分鐘，因為它是放在內側牆壁上，不容易發現入口。

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Boa localização, próximo da estação de metrô. Apartamento equipado, com possibilidade de fazer o café da manhã no quarto. Máquina de lavar roupa disponível no quarto, com sabão disponível, e que também seca (apenas com vento, porém pendurando as roupas nos cabides elas amanhecem secas).
Tamanho do quarto pequeno para acomodar malas de 4 pessoas. Durante a estadia acabou o sabonete líquido para mãos e banho, porque o frasco não estava cheio, o que poderia ter sido observado e evitado. Poderia ter ganchos para pendurar roupas e bolsas na parede. A qualidade das pantufas não era boa, e acabaram rasgando durante a estadia (é solicitado que se retire os sapatos na entrada do quarto, o que acho muito correto).

Lighting could be brighter. Beds very big but takes up the length of the room so one has to climb in doggy style from the foot of the bed. Address is confusing to taxi drivers, one refused to take us from the other side of the Shijo station even though a member of our party was using a cane.

The washing machine water pipe was clogged and caused flooding until outside the bathroom. The host was quick to send someone to unclog the pipe, which we really appreciated. But there was always a disgusting odour that remained for days afterwards, which really affected our stay.
