Hotel situato in una vivace via dello shopping, comodo sia per i bus sia per la metropolitana. La colazione è buona e varia. Il personale è formale, ma sempre gentile e disponibile.

Le camere vicine alla lavanderia possono essere rumorose, soprattutto la sera, a causa degli ospiti che utilizzano la lavatrice fino a tarda notte. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema alla reception e, per la notte successiva, ci hanno gentilmente cambiato camera (Grazie!)

El hotel está situado en una de las calles más comerciales, rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. Muy cerca del metro también. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cómodas y limpias. La recepción es muy moderna y con una zona de mesas y sofás donde puedes sentarte a tomar algo, e incluso cenar. El servicio de desayuno es muy completo, con cocinero que prepara platos en el momento, y la variedad es muy amplia. Tiene servicio de lavandería, lo cual es muy apropiado cuando estás de vacaciones por varias semanas. En resumen, nos gustó mucho y repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

La hora del check-in es innegociable. Llegamos antes de tiempo y nos tuvimos que esperar hasta que dieron exactamente las 14:00. Pero nada grave.Bu

Very good location.

Room has no views and it’s very small.

The hotel location is very strategic, it has a direct connection to the subway. They also provide the coin laundry inside the hotel at 2nd and 3rd floor. They also provide ice machine which was nice to deal with Kyoto's summer. Another thing is this hotel also provides free coffee and sake. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

La ubicación es buenísima y la relación calidad precio me pareció increíble. La atención del personal es muy buena con un nivel de ingles superior a lo que encontré en el resto del viaje. Que dispongan de maquina de café y chocolate gratis no era algo que valorase antes de mi viaje pero la verdad es que cambio mi idea ya que lo utilizamos muchísimo.

Por poner algo negativo, que las lavadoras (4) estaban muy saturadas y nos costo un par de días encontrar una disponible a un horario razonable. Se necesitarían al menos otras 4

Absolut fantastisch! Perfekte Lage mit allem in Reichweite, wunderschönes Hotel, super sauber, freundliches Personal und Zimmer super ausgestattet. Meiner Meinung nach eher ein 4-5 Sterne Hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. The beds were really comfortable and for the first time on out trip, we didn‘t struggle with the AC. Entrance to sunway is next to hotel. Shopping, cafés and so on are in walking distance.

Perfect location for exploring Kyoto, Gion, the market. Beautiful hotel. The free Sake in the afternoon was a nice touch.

El hotel es muy lindo, la recepción espectacular tienen café gratis y las habitaciones super cómodas y limpias, no se escucha ningún ruido y la zona es la mejor, muy céntrica cercanía de todo y estaciones de tren y bus muy cerca, con un don Quijote muy cerca, restaurantes y centros comerciales.

La habitación era cómoda y con una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Cumplió nuestras necesidades de alojamiento de manera más que correcta.

La habitación que nos dieron era un poco más pequeña que la de la última vez pero nada que afectase realmente a la comodidad y los servicios del alojamiento y el hotel.

La ubicación es perfecta a un paso de la zona más turística pero tranquilo. El desayuno está bien, quizas mejoraría el café de la maquina pero por ponerle un toque malo.

De ligging is perfect. Centraal gelegen aan een drukke straat, maar er is helemaal geen geluidshinder. De kamers zijn voldoende ruim en all faciliteiten aanwezig. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Camere di hotel più spaziose rispetto alla media, ottima colazione molto buona e variegata, il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, ottima anche la pulizia.

L'unica inconveniente è stato per quanto riguarda la lavatrice in quanto sono poche e non fanno un grandissimo lavoro, quindi se contate di fare una lunga permanenza è potrebbe essere un problema.

Le lit est très petit et pas de smocking area a moins de 4 min de l'hôtel... c'est difficile lorsqu'on est fumeur, mais c'est le jeu quand on est au Japon aussi.

Non ci hanno dato la camera che avevamo prenotato. Avevamo prenotato una camera tripla superior con 3 letti singoli e ci hanno dato invece 2 letti singoli e un divano letto abbastanza scomodo. Quando l’abbiamo segnalato ci hanno cambiato la camera, ma siamo riusciti a fare solo 1 notte nella nuova camera.

The best feature of this hotel is that the dining area remains open throughout the day, giving guests a comfortable common space to sit together, have a cup of coffee, chat, or enjoy food purchased outside. I didn’t personally use the microwave, but I saw quite a few guests using it to heat up their food. This is exactly the kind of feature I look for in this type of hotel: even though the guest rooms are relatively small, there is still a nice shared space where people can relax and spend time together when needed. That was definitely the highlight of my stay, and I would happily choose this hotel chain again when traveling in Japan, regardless of the city.

If the room could be a little more spacious, that would be great. However, considering the hotel is located in the heart of Kyoto, I completely understand the limited room size. The second area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. I would prefer to see a little more variety, particularly some additional Western-style breakfast options to better accommodate international guests.

The Hotel was chosen mainly for its location and it did not disapoint. The biggest plus is the direct entrance to the underground passway from the Hotel that leads to many good places and big Metro stations with comfortable temperatures, especially in hot or very cold days.

Molt ben situat al mig de l'avinguda més central. Net . Personal de recepció molt amable, atent i agradable. Neteja perfecte. Modern. Habitacions grans. La noia de la recepció ens va acompanyar fins al taxi que ens havia fe recollir, amabilitat màxima. Perfecte!!!

Maggiore attenzione a stanze grandi per famiglie (in quattro ci sono state assegnate 2 doppie).

Breakfast was a bit more expensive compared to Tokyo and Osaka but it was good. Self service coffee machine was a blessing. Free amenities were nice. Newer decor and overall one of our favorite stays due to location and ambiance. Would stay again.

Bel hotel, propre, confortable et bien situé. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel charmant et professionnel.

Vi havde booket et værelse til 3, hvor den ene var 12 år. På det lille værelse var der kun en mindre dobbeltseng, så vi kunne umuligt sove alle 3 i den. Det betød, at vi faktisk checkede ud med det samme, da vi havde fundet et andet 5 stjernet hotel til samme pris, med rigeligt plads.

El hotel se veía moderno y con todos los servicios. La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento, me ayudaron a enviar las maletas por servicio Yamato t-q-bin a mi siguiente destino. El baño de la habitación era muy grande y estaba separado del w.c. lo cual es de agradecer. No escuché ruidos de otras habitaciones, era todo silencioso y cómodo. La cama era muy cómoda.

Solicité si era posible cambiar la cama doble por dos individuales pero no atendieron a la solicitud. La habitación no era muy grande pero en Japón es algo habitual. El servicio de lavandería y secadora me pareció un poco caro, y con pocas máquinas disponibles.

Pas du tout recommandé pour une famille avec 2enfants de 16 et 12 ans. L hotel considere que l ado de 12 ans peut dormir dans le même lit que ses parents. Au moment du check in, nous nous sommes rendus compte que nous avions une chambre avec seulement 3 lits simples. La quatrième personne a du dormir sur le sol ou prendre une deuxième chambre en payant un gros surplus.

My twin room was great, 23 sq m. Enough space for suitcases. The lifts were always available, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were great, always smiling and very helpful. Room with views over the Main Street, was good to see how busy or quiet it was below. Great free sake downstairs every evening, along with very good complimentary coffee 24/7. Location perfect. If I visit Japan again, I will stay here again. Thank you all, the staff.
