The AC didn’t work and there was no windows to open, I received some phishing emails from outside booking about this reservation asking for deposit which makes me a bit worried about scams.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The location was very good, the room was spacious. It had some portable airco. It was rather quiet at night.
The room had a broken chair. I reported to them and they thanked me for sending them a video, but did nothing. They are more active regarding promoting other businesses than about making you enjoy your stay. The main shower was quite non functional. One of the rooms had a broken window knob. The room just needs some care an attention. They don't seem to care.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, in pieno centro, si raggiungono facilmente tutte le attrazioni principali di Bruxelles. La camera è spaziosa e ben fornita (eventuale stufa per il freddo, caffè di cortesia, sapone e shampoo). I letti sono molto comodi.
Rivedibile la pulizia generale della camera (pavimento). Doccia danneggiata, l’acqua usciva bene solamente dal doccino. Tenda da notte danneggiata, non era possibile né alzarla né abbassarla, avendo così la camera buia anche di giorno.

La nostra sistemazione al 3° piano era difficile da raggiungere soprattutto con i bagagli. Lo staff dovrebbe essere più tempestivo nel colloquio col cliente tramite Booking.com

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026I like the location of the property. It was walking distance to most of the places and to the shops and some of the historic buildings.
I think they should make people aware of the stairs at the property. The stairs were very steep and very narrow and if I wasn’t slim, I don’t think I would’ve managed to get up to my room. I know the propertiy is mot manned, but I didn’t see a sign of any breakfast unless that was held on another floor but couldn’t find any floors. I presume it would’ve been in the lobby where all the microwave and plates were .The television didn’t work, which was another letdown so a time when I was in the room, I was bored.

Le scale sono molto ripide e strette, molto scomode (e a tratti pericolose) con i bagagli. La totale assenza di staff e tutto delgato ai codici rende l'esperienza fredda. La sala comune è pratica, ma ibrida: c'era qualche avanzo di cereale e thè (questi apprezzati). O si decide di ogfrire cibo per la colazione e snacks, o è meglio non avere nulla perchè risulta sciatto.

L'aménagement de ces chambres semble récent et très réussi. Néanmoins il y a peut être un petit manque au niveau de l'entretien: un voilage manquant, l'autre déchiré. Des scotchs au Rez de chaussée pour maintenir un store sur la porte....

I gestori non hanno mai risposto alle mie richieste. Non c’era acqua calda e non hanno fatto nulla per ovviare al problema. Ho provato a parlare con una ragazza che faceva le pulizie (unica persona mai vista in struttura) ma non parlava inglese e, usando il traduttore, mi ha assicurato avrebbe contattato i gestori. Eppure l’acqua calda non c’è mai stata. In due giorni è veramente assurdo. Cucina comune sporca e senza tutto ciò che era descritto nelle altre recensioni: niente caffè, niente the, solo rimasugli di cereali stantii. Camere caldissime e condizionatore troppo rumoroso per essere utilizzato. Ventola costantemente accesa proprio sopra al letto il che disturba il sonno. Doccia priva di privacy perché divisa dalla camera da una tendina a frange.

Ho effettuato la prenotazione e saldato l'intero importo con largo anticipo. Il giorno prima del check-in, dopo diversi miei solleciti per avere le indicazioni di arrivo, la struttura mi contatta via WhatsApp comunicandomi che la camera non è disponibile a causa di un guasto al boiler. Da quel momento sono diventati completamente irreperibili, ignorando i miei tentativi di contatto e persino le chiamate d'emergenza del servizio clienti di Booking. Hanno risposto unicamente il giorno dell'arrivo, mentre mi trovavo in aeroporto, offrendo sistemazioni alternative fortemente decentrate e notevolmente più costose, rifiutandosi categoricamente di rientrare nel prezzo originario. Un comportamento inaccettabile che ha rischiato di rovinare il viaggio. Ho dovuto annullare tramite la piattaforma e riorganizzarmi autonomamente all'arrivo in città, trovando per fortuna una soluzione alternativa. Quanto meno mi è stato riconosciuto il rimborso integrale, ma la gestione è stata dilettantesca e scorretta. Struttura da evitare assolutamente.

il “condizionatore” non rinfrescava la camera neanche se lasciato acceso per tutta la notte. Le finestre non si aprivano del tutto quindi nelle notti della prima settimana di agosto mancava un po l’aria.

Mi apartamento era un primer piso y no funcionaba el agua caliente y la única solución que me dieron fue cambiarme al tercer piso . Las escaleras son de caracol y super empinadas , estrechas y peligrosas y mi mujer y yo superamos los 60 años . No recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida.

Chegamos a hospedagem e o ar condicionado não estava funcionado em plena onda de calor na Bélgica com termômetros marcando 35 graus. A cortina também estava quebrada e não funcionava. Entrei em contato com o administrador e ele simplesmente disse que não podia fazer nada para resolver meu problema. Tive que procurar hotéis de última hora, não achando para toda a estadia, sendo obrigado a trocar de hotel por mais de uma vez. Além disso, ocorriam eventos em Bruxelas e os preços estavam impraticáveis e com poucas ofertas disponíveis . Simplesmente decepcionado com o descaso do administrador, que sequer me respondeu pelo booking, apenas por WhatsApp

There was terrible heat, and the air conditioner was not working. We contacted the owner, but they did not come and did not fix it. Instead of a curtain, there is a cinema screen hanging there, which does not move and practically blocks the light and prevents fresh air from coming into the room. The heat was unbearable.

Não tem recepção, tudo automatizado, código para acessar hotel e quarto, e não ter elevador assustou um pouco, por conta do peso subir e set estreito, mais foi só um detalhe . No mais. Super indico e com certeza volto.

La struttura presenta delle imperfezioni negli oggetti della stanza. Inoltre, per accedere alla stanza, sono presenti delle scale molto strette pertanto non è molto adatta a persone con difficoltà motorie

O ar condicionado que eu coloquei na imagem faz um barulho terrível impossibilitando a gente de ter paz para dormir, eu passei 2 noites péssimas por causa do tanto de barulho, fora que ele NÃO GELA e para o verão da Europa isso é horrível! Então juntamos calor + barulho e foi a pior experiência que já tivemos. O chuveiro tinha água quente mas você tinha que tomar banho segurando a ducha porque a ducha do teto não caia água direito. A roupa de cama não estava limpa, tinha cheiro péssimo. Travesseiros ruins, toalhas ruins. Luminária de parede quebrada. A escada é um perigo, super estreita e faz umas voltas tipo caracol. Quem é grande ou está um pouco acima do peso tem dificuldades de subir. E para fechar o terror, fica num BECO ESCURO, eu morria de medo de chegar a noite, o edifício foi super difícil de achar por ser muito mal sinalizado e nem fica perco do centro.

Les marches pour accéder aux chambres sont très raides et conviennent à des petits pieds 😂 et l'espace est minime, ne pas prévoir de trop grosses valises... Difficulté à manier le chauffage et problème avec la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas : défectueuse selon le contact que l'on a eu avec booking IA.

Ho contattato prima la struttura che il numero era irraggiungibile e anche booking.. il codice d'ingresso mi sono arrivati in tardissimo serata del 12 maggii.Quindi mi sono dovuta io preoccupare dove soggiornare.. .il giorno dopo ho duvuto ricontattare booking e spero che mi rimborsano il tutto come mi è stato detto. Un avventura. Spero che non mi capiti.

Die Treppen sind sehr steil und hoch und auch mit noch einigermassen handlichen Koffern ist es zwar möglich aber sehr mühsam! Feuertechnisch sehr fragwürdig. TV ging nicht, war aber auch nicht so schlimm/ wichtig… Zerrissenes Bettlaken und Vorhänge würde ich ins Auge fassen und auswechseln, das Ambiente verliert an Charme, dass das Zimmer im 3. OG doch hat.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Im sure when this hotel was first opened all mod cons were available...it was clean with a very white bedding and comfortable bed. There is a coffee machine and kettle with tea , coffee and sugar..the towels were clean and there was liquid soap...the room itself is pleasent and is in a very good position near the metro.
I think the worst thing was the very steep stairs and we at 70plus had to cling onto the metal rail which was very shaky at the top..there is no fire escape ! however there was a fire bottle outside the door.I do feel sorry for the cleaner who has to climb up with bedding and cleaning tools. There is now no breakfast available..but we were able to use the microwave in the kitchen area...no central heating but electric fires...we had one silly ripped net curtain up at the window which needed two and the legs were missing off a tub chair which made it far too low to sit in..and the tv didnt work even though there were 3 remotes...we did ring the owner but gave up trying to get it to work...we wouldnt stay again sorry.

В санузле было плохо убрано и что-то протекало. В душе мало горячей воды. Узкая винтовая лестница, по которой тяжело подняться с большим чемоданом.
