Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Staff molto gentile e disponibile e posizione ottima sia per vicinanza alla metro (1 minuto a piedi da Pasteur) sia per offerta di posti dove mangiare la sera. La zona non mi è sembrata pericolosa, verso le 23:00 è ancora frequentata da ragazzi che cenano nei vari ristoranti. Materassi comodi.
Pulizia sicuramente da migliorare, struttura estremamente scarna. Capisco si tratti di un ostello ma ogni ospite dovrebbe avere almeno a disposizione spazio per appendere asciuagamani o spazio in bagno per appoggiare i vestiti mentre ci si cambia e una mensoletta accanto al letto. Le strutture dei letti a castello sono molto instabili, se l'ospite del letto superiore si muove, balla l'intera struttura.

Que te cobren la ropa de cama cuando no lo pone cuando haces la reserva , solo te avisan que tienes que pagar tasas y impuestos, bastante sucio el baño y los inquilinos que tuve, de eso el hostal no es su culpa por desgracia, he ido varias veces y está la peor sin duda

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026I stayed here for one night in a room for six girls, and I had a very pleasant experience. A huge thank you to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The bed linen was fresh and clean, and I didn’t find any insects or bed bugs, which had been mentioned in some of the other reviews. The pillow was comfortable, and I really appreciated having a clean towel and being able to take a shower even after a late check-in. The Wi-Fi was also available, which was a huge plus! I was lucky with the other guests in my room as well — everyone was respectful and kept relatively quiet. Considering the price and the very convenient location, this place is a great option. It’s only about 20 minutes from Milano Centrale, which was very convenient for me. I would definitely choose this place again. A special thank you to Diego at the reception — thank you so much for helping me find my way around the city! Thanks to your help, I managed to catch my train on time. ❤️ Thank you to the whole team for such a kind and friendly welcome. Keep up the great work, and good luck!

i feel the whole place was like a scam, they intendedly made the price cheaper but when j was there, i was charged the bed sheet and pillow case fee and plus city tax, though in my order, it clearly stated i had paid. it was my last day in Milan, i had no intention to argue or whatever, i just paid. but adding all those unreasonable prices, the price would be the same to the much better one it booked a before coming here. i am also a hostel onwer, i look down ip these business owners having no interest to improve their quality but using tricks to get customers, it leaves u really bad experience .

La sábana de la cama en que dormí tenía una mancha de sangre al parecer y unos pelos. Tuve que poner la sábana limpia por la que pagué y dormir sobre ella, además el aire acondicionado que funcionó fuerte toda la noche me congestionó.

El recepcionista que me tocó, la verdad muy poco servicial, era como un trámite para el, ni ayudar con las maletas ni nada, y solo decir dónde están las cosas ni un acompañamiento para mostrar los lugares, y tuve que pagar 3 euros por día, cuando eso no estaba incluido, y cuando se lo dije me dijo que en la página decía eso, cosa que no es verdad, dice que si quiero puedo optar por la ropa de cama, pero no que es una obligación como el me dijo… en fin bastante mala onda

المطالبة بأداء ستة أورو إضافية عند الاستقبال تسمى ضريبة المدينة. عدم وجود صندوق شخصي للأمتعة به قفل، إن أردت واحدا به قفل عليك أداء 4 أورو إضافية، ما هذا الجشع. الأسرة تتحرك باستمرار خاصة التي توجد في الأعلى. المرحاض متسخ، وأدوات الحمام مهترئة، إضافة إلى صوت غريب ومزعج يصدر من تحت بالوعة الحمام. وعدم وجود ماء ساخن. الخلاصة أنها تجربة سيئة جدا لن أعود إلى هناك مجددا

Los trabajadores y limpiadores entraban a la habitacion todo el rato y te echaban varias veces de la habitacion para limpiar sin aviso y sin comprensión por tu tiempo. Estaba en un barrio bastante degradado y peligroso. Por el precio que valia no merece la pena.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026In general the hostel is really clean & has a nice kitchen too, the location is also superb. They let us leave our luggage at the hotel both before check in & after check out for free, that needs appreciation.
If you're choosing here cause it's cheep (I think it's the only reason people would choose here), keep in mind that they'll charge you an extra 6€ per night per person for the tax & bed linens!! So it wouldn't be that cheep after all. Also The beds are a bit noisy though, & there's no reception at the night so around 3am there was a lady banging on the only & shouting for an hour cause she locked herself out (& there was no reception to help her & they didn't answer the phones too) so she woke up every one at the middle of the night.

Muy cómoda la ubicación para tomar el metro e ir a los destinos principales como el duomo, el castello sforzezco, etc.
En el baño de la habitación donde me quedé algo perdía agua que hacía que por momentos el piso estuviera mojado y podíamos ensuciar la habitación así.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Stuff was friendly and willing to assist you, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Didn't use the kitchen or the laundry. The location was very close to the city center and the access was easy. You can also buy a lock for your locker for 4€ (if I'm not mistaken) but you can also bring yours. Unlike the bad reviews about bed bugs, my bed was fin and clean, and the other girls beds as well (I stayed in a 6-bed female dormitory room on the ground floor)

Poi fanno pulizie in 2 minuti Proprio ho visto il pagno quasi asciutto E la sporchizie tutte le macchie nere sul pavimento.Un disastro. Poi 2 uomini che se vede che abitano. Fanno fila subito ore 10 mettono le pentole per essere i primi fino all mezzogiorno e non puoi scaldare niente. Girano come pazzi appena intro alla sala de pranzo che ti mettono un nervioso.Non puoi mangiare tranquillamente. Poi arrivo del caldo E ha richesta de una sua cliente che abita EN camera chiudono l' accondizionatore e devi dormire con caldo Arrivo gente ubriaco o.pazzi. Brutto posto. NON LO RICOMIENDO A NESSUNO VERAMENTE. 3 notti orribile in camera Rimasta di passaggio per transferirme al LAZIO.INFERMIERA PROFESSIONALE. Avviso che non mi chiamate perché la recensione non la toglierò Reception un ragazzo Peruano altri Italiano sembre del Sud. Non tornato mai più.

BED BUGS!!! Sorry but if not the bed bug infestation, I would rate it as your typical a bit dirty, bit old hostel which is what you would expect I suppose. It's however super concerning that they've had bed bug infestation for months now and no one is doing anything about it. We've been bit to pieces, my sister had a prescription for steroid cream as she had bad allergic reaction. She got bitten sooo much! They promised a refund and denied it to booking.com. Portal is also aware of the problem but will not do anything about it. What a fu**** shambles... Stay at your own risk kids 😉

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Hostele ana metro hattı ile ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Duomo'dan direkt olarak tek hat ile ulaşabildiğimiz bir noktada. Ayrıca görselde eklediğim gibi küçük bir site içerisinde yer alıyor. Hosteli caddeden ayıran kilitli bir kapı var ve bu kapı yalnızca elinizdeki kartla açılıyor. Bu kendimizi çok daha güvende hissettirdi. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki görevliler de her zaman destekleyici ve anlayışlılardı. Teşekkürler...
6 kişinin kaldığı bir odada banyonun daha temiz olmasını beklerdim. 4 gece burada kaldık ve banyonun yeterince temizlendiğine şahit olmadım. Birkaç gün önce check out yapan kişilerin bile havluları hala oradaydı. Temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli davranılması çok daha iyi olur.

Parkeren op eigen terrein bijna onmogelijk doordat je in je eentje de poort niet open krijgt. Heel onduidelijk aangegeven waar t hostel zit: geen uithangbord, dus erg lastig in het drukke verkeer. Grote frustratie toen ik vroeg wilde vertrekken, maar ik eerst 36 vuilniszakken moest verplaatsen en een mega stapel karton: dit afval lag pal voor de poort dus ik kon niet uitrijden. Helaas geen nummer van iemand vh hostel om dit te helpen oplossen, dus ik moest t alleen doen!

Very dirty, bathroom is inside the room and you can hear everything to the room. There is 1 toilet and it’s together with shower, it is not enough for 6 people living in one room. There are no curtains as well on the beds, the bathroom was very dirty and mouldy

Nel pomeriggio prima dell'arrivo ho dimenticato di informare la struttura che ero venuto per fare delle terapie al menisco sx dove purtroppo ho una lesione. Vado di buon mattino in una struttura ben fornita a Villa Guardia.Faccio spesso tappa all'ostello. Ma questa volta ho dimenticato di informare la direzione che faccio fatica a salire sul letto a castello. Un bravissimo collega mi ha ceduto il posto e gli sono grato tantissimo. Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es war ein großer Schrank für mein Gepäck im Zimmer, Es gab eine Küche und einen großen Aufenthaltsraum. Es wird täglich geputzt. Es war nur 2min von der Metro entfernt.
Das Badezimmer hat keine Möglichkeit Handtücher etc. aufzuhängen und ist sehr alt.

You pay extra for linen, but at least in my case there were stains. Door didn’t close because a drunk guy had throw himself against the door a few days prior, and they were unable to repair it quickly. Terrible overhead lighting, no sockets or lights close to the beds. Milan is expensive but this is really not it.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Osoblje je ljubazno i pruža podršku - pravo ugostiteljstvo. Recepcionista koji nas je dočekao veoma ljubazan i želi da se osećamo prijatno. Sve je sareno i veselo. Kuhinja, trpezarija i soba za odmor su velike imaju knjige i razne igre. Soba za spavanje ima sve sto je potrebno. 6 stanica metroom od Milanske katedrale, veoma dobro povezano, metro stanica je manje od 100m od hostela. Svidelo nam se i dvoristance ispred. Bezbedno.
Imali smo problem sa naleženjem kompormisa sa jednom od gostiju iz sobe vezano za klimu a i jer nas je bilo vise. Osoblje je pomoglo.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026The staff were kind and really helpful, especially with my late check-in. The location is really good too and the room isn't too small, which was nice.
The toilet was broken and made loud noise, and the shower pressure wasn't good, which was annoying. Also, it was really hot inside the room and there were no blinds. Just be aware that there are a lot of mosquitos around the building because of the trees so bring a repellent with you if you're prone to mosquito bites.

Das Bad hat nach Schimmel gerochen und hatte auch schwarze Schimmelflecken an der Wand. Das einheimische Personal war extrem unfreundlich und sogar bedrohlich mir gegenüber.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026For its price, it was very decent. It had ac, hot water, bedsheets and towels provided, a kitchen, and a laundry room. It was always clean and the people were quiet and respectful. The mattress was more comfortable than you'd expect, and it was very close to the metro station and just 15 minutes from the centre.
It was a bit confusing to find at first, and I think someone stole some of my food from the communal fridge.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Great location, metro station is a minute away, Milano Centrale is a 15 minutes walk. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
No hot water late in the evening 🤬, it was loud early in the morning, staff enters the room in 10am to throw people away even though you're not checking out that day. They charge 3 EUR per day for towels and linen but didn't change them a single time.

L'hotel se trouve dans une enceinte avec grille accessible uniquement par badge ce qui offre une sécurité en plus notamment pour attacher son vélo dans l'enceinte. J'ai apprécié aussi le fait de pouvoir laisser ses bagages à la réception en sécurité pour les récupérer le soir en rentrant de la balade.
Malheureusement je suis tombé dans un dortoir avec un ronfleur, une personne irrespectueuse qui utilise son téléphone en mode sonnerie jusqu'à 1 h du matin et un autre qui se lève à 3h du matin pour faire une douche et retourner se coucher.

Non ho dormito tutta la notte perché sentivo prurito ovunque e ho trovato 2-3 insetti piccoli rossi sul mio letto, immagino cimici da letto visto che poi nel pomeriggio ho iniziato ad avere punti rossi su tutto il corso (allego foto solo del braccio ma ne ho anche sulle gambe e schiena) che mi stanno dando molto prurito fino a sanguinare e sono dovuta andare in farmacia a comprarmi una pomata. Dovreste rimborsare!!!

Nuestra habitación no se cerraba bien. Lo sabian y no le dieron importancia. Cualquiera podia entrar, no hacia falta ninguna tarjeta. El candado de la taquilla vale 4 euros.

Pogryzły nas w nocy pluskwy, brak kogokolwiek z recepcji i numeru kontaktowego. Ja mam potworną alergię, koleżanka siedziała pół nocy na schodach przed hostelem, jeszcze jedna dziewczyna w środku nocy zabrała swoje rzeczy i opuściła ten hostel. Brak możliwości regulowania klimatyzacji w nocy, tylko z poziomu recepcji, na której nikogo nie było. Jedyny pozytyw to, że zwrócili nam pieniądze, ale to nie o to chodzi jak się płaci za nocleg

There's a lot of room for improvement for this hostel, to start with clean sheets for example. If your flight is at night or any time before 8.30 you'll stay in the street until then and they don't go around it, so it's something essential to keep in mind.

Inqualificabile Non so come un posto così possa stare aperto in Italia, con la muffa nera in stanza, manco lo sforzo di provare a coprirla Mi puzzavano i vestiti di quel dormitorio seminterrato dopo aver soggiornato lì. Lenzuola a pagamento al caro prezzo di 3 euro per poi scoprire che in dotazione hai solo il sotto e non un lenzuolo per coprirti prima di mettere la coperta addosso che tutti usano senza nessuna norma igienica, ho usato il telo doccia tanto era lo schifo

A fully equipped kitchen at guests service was an absolute delight. Staff were very friendly n helpful too. Check out guy was kind, professional n efficient I would definitely recommend. A big thank you to Andrea n Sandro for their helpful manners.
Obliging clients to wake up n vacate the room at 10.00 am even though I had booked for 4 nights. So housekeeping could clean the room for new arrivals. However, the lady in charge was very kind n let me get ready in peace while they cleaned other rooms. Thank you for this kind n considerate gesture. It was highly appreciated.
