This hotel giacosa is without doubt in a perfect place in milan the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful they assisted with all your needs breakfast was great a wide range to chose from and the security in the lobby area extremely friendly and helpful rooms immaculate very comfortable plus air conditioning cleaned every day and the fridge was a great help 10 out of 10

Como mejora, el aire acondicionado no se puede subir, solo bajar, y si está encendido por la noche puede hacer un poquito de frío. Nosotros sin el aire estábamos perfectos pero si se ponía el aire, hacia demasiado frío.

Horrible neighborhood. The female staff were friendly, while the male staff were rather “meh” or even a little scary. The rooms were unbelievably hot. Unfortunately, you couldn’t leave the AC running during the day when you weren’t in the room because it only worked with the room key card inserted. On top of that, the AC vent was positioned directly above the head of the bed and blasted cold air straight at you. There was no way to change the direction either, as the vent was fixed.

Per quanto riguarda l'albergo nulla da dire. Lascia un po a desiderare il quartiere visto che il giorno del check out fuori c era una situazione poco tranquilla.

Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto, żadnych problemów z wodą, prysznicem, łóżka twardsze, ale my akurat takie lubimy, wielość punktów oświetleniowych w pokoju, nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń, doskonałe wi-fi. Lokalizacja 3 przystanki metrem z 1 przesiadką, od Statione Centrale+ kawałek pieszo.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The room had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and good towels. Everything else was in good condition. Breakfast is available for €9.

The main issue was the air conditioning. We could only turn it on or off and couldn't control the temperature, so at 22°C it was either too cold or too warm. We had to use extra blankets to stay comfortable. There was also no kettle, cups, or other facilities for making tea or coffee in the room. The location is about an 8-minute walk from the metro, so it isn't very close. There were also mostly Asian restaurants nearby.

Les pneus crevés de ma voiture dans le parking privé de l'hôtel. La climatisation non réglable qui rend la chambre très froide. L'isolation des fenêtres proche du néant malgré le double vitrage. Le quartier pas super. Les portes de douches rafistolées comme on peut. La suffisance et la non chalence des personnes à la réception. L'une des pires expériences que j'ai pu vivre.

I didnt feel good about the place or the location. It is a really old place, felt like everything is falling apart, it wasnt cheep so didnt expect that. Neghbourhood is bad as well, dirty, smelly and really loud in the night. Drunk people everywhere at 9am, not a pleasant thing when traveling with a child. Dont think i would be coming back

Helpful staff! We checked in here impromptu with our 2 young ones, at past midnight as a previously booked Appartment has let us down! We did not even have time to read through reviews prior to booking, but we ended pleasantly surprised! The guy at the reception that night did not hesitate to find us 2 rooms. The other staff were friendly as well and the security at entrance too! Rooms had functioning AC units and are clean with no presence of insects. Beds were comfy

There should be small bugs in the room. I stayed there for one night and ended up with four red, swollen bites on my body.

The rooms are modern and spacious and the bathroom is equally comfortable.

We could check in early. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

Itt was close to the city center and to the metro.

The Via Padova is almost a no go zone, but we did not have problem.

Era do lado de uma estação de metro e o ar-condicionado é muito bom para os dias de verão, pois a Itália é muito quente nesta época do ano. Bom chuveiro, bom banheiro, boa cama, teve frigobar no quarto também. Isso foi muito bom! É recepção é 24 horas, o que ajuda muito e todos ali falam inglês. Acabamos por não tomar o pequeno almoço, por uma questão pessoal, mas tinha bastante opções.

Tem a taxa de turismo que é preciso sempre ser paga e não informaram se precisaria ser dinheiro ou cartão. Outra coisa que vale dizer é que a região em que o hotel está, durante a noite, a zona não parece ser das mais amigáveis. Tem lanchonetes por perto, mas também não pode dar bobeira.

Se encuentra en una buena ubicación, pueden moverse en metro y llegan súper rápido, hay muchos lugares para comer cerca y son bueno precios ya que se encuentra lejos de la zona turística. En general me gustó, la habitación es muy amplia y tienen caja fuerte, es un plus.

Tuvimos unos problemas con el clima que no enfriaba la habitación y otro inconveniente con la ducha, pero el personal fue muy amable y buscó soluciones en ambos casos.

Lage war eher etwas abseits vom Getümmel. Man musste schon mind. 45 Minuten einplanen, bis man vom Hotel in der City / wieder zurück ist. Auch mit der Ubahn.

Not very clean, showers have growing mold all over. Bed smelled like sweat. Noisy street and closed windows didn't keep the noise out.

okolica nie jest zbyt przyjemna 🫠mieliśmy trochę niedogodnień ale byliśmy tam dwie noce więc jakoś to przetrwaliśmy. Klimatyzacja bardzo słabo chodzi jak na takie upały odpływy pozatykane

L'albergo è molto pulito e le camere sorprendentemente spaziose, belle, confortevoli, moderne e silenziose. Gadget di cortesia apprezzati come il docciaschiuma e lo shampoo in ecopack. Climatizzazione adeguata.

La struttura è ottima; l’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda l’accoglienza serale. In quella fascia oraria il personale è apparso un po’ frettoloso e distratto dalla televisione. Con un’attenzione più costante, il servizio sarebbe impeccabile.

The hotel itself is perfect. The personal is nice, the room was nice and we had a lot of space.

The location is not ok. It is close to the metro but the streets from there to the hotel was not ok. We didn’t feel safe in the neighbourhood and after the trip I checked that everyone recommended to avoid it at night. Well, we had to walk at night 2 times and yes, it was shady but we had no problems.

AC was centralized, set to 16°C and we couldn't change the temperature ao it was very cold during the night.

El frío que hace en recepción pero la habitación es un horno.

La habitación sin aire, lo notifiqué y solo me hace en señas que hace calor, la única amable fue la chica de la mañana. Lo tenía full y nunca enfrió, menos mal me quedé una sola noche.

La literie était inconfortable et l'isolation phonique inexistante. Plus grave encore : la chambre attribuée (n°30, 2ème étage) ne correspondait absolument pas à notre réservation "Chambre Double Deluxe avec Balcon" (14 m², vue mentionnée). À la place, nous avons hérité d'une petite chambre d'environ 9-10 m², sans balcon, avec vue sur l'arrière-cour—une catégorie qui n'est même pas proposée sur Booking. Malgré notre signalement, la direction s'est montrée totalement indifférente, se contentant de répondre que l'hôtel était complet. C'est inadmissible.
