實際入住後，覺得很多部分有落差感

冲調咖啡的店員很有愛而且漂亮。提供貼心的關顧。令我們順利去到另ㄧ處地方。英文也很好。我們還拍照留念了。

溪頭停車雖然不方便，但是這間位置方便，離妖怪村走路10分鐘可到，第一停車場也不遠，如果外面三個路邊停車位停滿。 早餐蠻精緻的早午餐系列。 晚上贈送一杯紅酒調酒。 房間乾淨，舒適。沒有牙刷牙膏，記得自備。 房間有暖氣，床和枕頭不錯，好睡。可惜對男生來說，床長度有點勉強。 陽台旁邊有一間茶行，可能在烘煮茶葉，晚上在陽台間歇性吵雜。但是關門聲音比較小，隔音不錯。 期盼民宿內可以賣些泡麵餅乾，畢竟7-11全家有點距離，晚上可以食用。 這次謝謝你們招待，有機會還會入住的七天四季。

感覺是有在用心經營的文青旅店，衛浴設備很好，水量也很夠，但是美中不足的是廁所和房間是沒有牆面隔間，浴缸也只有屏風隔著，很沒有安全感…

早餐非常地好吃，但唯一的缺點就是浴室跟房間沒有隔間，洗澡會讓房間濕氣很重，雖說有除濕機，但還是需要花點時間除濕。

整體來說真的都很棒，唯一有點不自在的是住到子母房，會聽到隔壁電視及腳步聲，也擔心自己是否會影響到隔壁房而躡手躡腳，有機會還是會入住，但希望能先告知房型☺

非常推薦此住宿，親切友善的服務，乾淨的環境，美味的餐點 硬要挑毛病的話就是房間燈光較暗，但晚上睡覺又太亮，房間可加強光照，窗簾或許可換兩層式的較能遮光

很好的服務，超強很好的早餐，可惜房間窗戶採光不足。

訂房與入住時沒告知房與房之間有門隔著，隔壁房聲音大聲點會影響別人入住心情，雖然告知後有電話告知請音量降低，但效果有限 選擇這邊是為了放鬆休息，反而無法放鬆

all staff are super nice and helpful. ( THANK YOU btw ) Breakfast are wonderful. Room is neat and the bed is comfortable. What we enjoy the most is the attitude of the girls (staff) as they all seems to enjoy and respect their work. We would like to visit again with my family in the future :)

食物很好吃,浴室跟房間雖然只有簾子相隔卻一點也不潮濕，房間風格簡單有格調 有機會會再回訪

自費晚餐又貴又吃不飽，還要買泡麵來吃，真生氣又無奈，早餐附送也吃不好也吃不飽！是對該民宿建議改善的意見～

七天四季的空間設計在溪頭顯得獨樹一格，七月一日房型空間雖小，但巧妙的安排讓房間住起來十分舒適，入夜後開了暖氣，在山中也不會感到寒冷，唯枕頭對我而言稍微高了一點。 餐點口味擺盤皆十分到位，選擇項目也不少，我們在這裡享用了晚餐與早餐，餐間搭配了好喝的長陸野貓頭鷹啤酒和冷泡茶，也十分美味。 喜歡貓咪的話就待在一樓餐廳，隨時隨地都有三隻店貓相伴；步行至溪頭森林遊樂區也只要幾分鐘，下午健行後直接返回休息很方便。 這次入住是周日，希望下次有機會在Season Bar小酌一下。

很用心的民宿，設計很美，床很舒適，早午餐超棒，還偶而有可愛的小貓作伴，留下美好的回憶了！

連續住兩天 房間就基本清潔都沒有 連垃圾滿了也沒有倒

雖然很有設計感，但浴廁無門 上廁所無安全感，及濕氣太重，電風扇粉塵很厚，椅子破損，讓人感覺有點差，但床睡起來舒服，餐點好吃。

是文青風的設計，早餐很不錯，晚上在地下一樓還招待酒精飲料一杯。停車可以停附近走路2分鐘的孟宗竹旅館前的公有停車格。有一點不太明白的是，我到達check in的時間是14:49，對完證件時離入住時間還剩10分鐘以內，不知是否房間還沒整理好，他們直到3點整才給我入房。

Travelers please be aware this b&b does not have elevator. Nor will anyone help you with your luggage. We asked if we can be switched to a lower floor room since we had big luggages and were told they only prepare the rooms that were booked. So we had to carry the big luggage to the 3rd floor. Although it was a quiet week day night with many empty rooms, they refused to make any effort to make it more convenient for their customers. Our reservation says "breakfast included", but we later learned that we only have certain amount of allowance to use for breakfast. We would need to pay extra if we exceed that allowance. On top of that, they charge you a "service fee" for anything extra. We were never charged a service fee anywhere in Taiwan. This is not a common practice in Taiwan. We don't mind paying for service fee as long as good service was provided. But the truth is the service was pretty bad, and they forced you to pay this service fee. The lobby area were supposed to be a cafe where you can read and eat/drink. We wanted to have some tea in the common area and were told no, you can only have tea in your room. This was before 7pm, all the lights in the cafe was shut off. The front desk lady unwillingly turned on some lights for us, and kept on mentioning that they close the cafe area early at night, making us felt that she just want us to leave so she can call it an early night. We do not feel welcomed at all and don't recommend this place.

景觀不錯、食物好吃，不過住五樓的話，爬樓梯有點辛苦！ 環境真的很好！值得推薦！有機會的話我會再光臨！

環境舒適優美,餐點也非常美味

Hotel is boutique style. The room was comfortable but smelt a little damp. This was probably caused by the fact that the well equipped shower room / toilet was open plan and a clue to the issue was a de-humidifier in the room. Bed was comfortable but did not have a window (there was an opaque glass panel). If you want an evening meal, that needs to be selected on arrival, likewise breakfast has to be ordered the previous evening. Major plus - staff were VERY helpful, arranging our onward travel, getting a queue number for the bus and taking us to the nearby bus station to ensure we got on the correct bus - FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!! Hotel is a five minute walk from Xitou Park - so much to see, wildlife and walks including a 180 metre sky walk through the tree tops.

這次住宿沒留意到飯店貓會跑來跑去，用餐或住房都跟著，對於怕貓的人，下次就不會再入住，可惜的是若喜歡這樣氛圍佈置，但住起來就會有負擔，另外廁所沒門，真的只適合情侶和夫妻來住呀，會覺得可惜！

地點很好，離妖怪村與溪頭森林遊樂區步行即可到達。悠閒的早午餐，份量精緻，焦糖咖啡與蜜紅茶很好喝。

我是入住12月房，民宿的小管家、備餐都很用心，房間外的景緻秀麗讓人心矌神怡，有機會會再度入住，並住住其他房間。

房間大，乾淨， 酒店職員態度良好，不過可能溪頭比較濕度高， 開了冷氣和風扇後， 都覺得有一點濕濕的感覺~ 不過早餐真的值得一讚!!

這次的居住經驗很好 從人員的接待 到餐廳擺設布置.餐點 還有房間的設計 都讓人很放鬆跟舒適 再來民宿內的貓咪 真的非常親人可愛 為這次的住宿增添不少趣味 非常推薦大家:)

風格時尚，餐點優質

早餐餐點非常棒! 我兒子吃光光，早餐附的咖啡也很有水準 住宿雖然隔壁房間有小孩哭了30分鐘不停(聲音很近…)，但飯店有幫忙即時處理，很棒的服務!服務人員非常專業! 我會再來的!

This is the most wonderful B&B in the little mountain town of Xitou. The building does not have a parking facility, but the staff reserved parking for me on the street right outside the entrance prior to my arrival. Every part of this B&B is tastefully furnished, exactly what you see in the photos. In the evening, we received a delightful visit in our room from one of the three cats working there as customer service ambassadors. My wife and I had a great time. We would not hesitate to stay there again the next time we are in Xitou.

入住3月2日房，房間風格為懷舊工業風，獨立浴缸很有特色，衛浴僅使用簾子來分隔。需自備牙刷！早餐可選擇套餐，非常美味！

民宿整體裝潢蠻有設計感，房間(雙人房)以及一樓咖啡廳環境很舒適，讓人放鬆，還有附設小酒吧，唯一的缺點是隔音不太好。

一樓為餐廳，二樓以上為客房，地下室還有小酒吧，房客有免費調酒與早餐都很好吃，房間設計的很溫馨，但旅客要可以接受開放式浴室的設計～幾乎沒缺點～很棒～

wonderful breakfast , nice bed , nice owner , nice stuff . just the shower and toliet next to each other, kind of poor design .

復古風裝潢，服務人員及貓貓都很友善，早餐很精緻美味。

有很多貓貓的旅店，貓奴一定會瘋狂！ 早餐很棒很好吃！ 旅行最怕遇到洗澡水問題，但旅店水量很大這點超棒！ 唯獨床和枕頭不是太好睡，有些可惜

The location here is good and the breakfast here is also delicious , highly recommended to stay here for xitou's trip.

剛入住時，其空間不錯，而且其洗澡的熱水很大，洗起來時真舒服，而且馬桶有加熱功能真是貼心，住起來時舒服。

房間角落有毛玻璃，走廊的燈會照進房間，也擔心門外有人看進來

早餐非常好吃！非常推薦，這次沒有吃到晚餐，相信應該也很有水準。 住宿部份整體還算舒適（應該是附近最有氣質的空間），可惜的是挑選的房型對外窗僅有一個（且不能打開）有些悶，廁所浴室是沒有門的，要入住的旅客要留意。

環境不錯，食物也相當美味。 不過隔音不太好，下午入住時，隔壁的有人在說話都聽的蠻清楚的，走路聲也頗大。 下次入住可能會選5F，比較不會被吵到。 但整體還ok囉

員工親切有禮!住六月房，房間與照片零誤差，舒適且乾淨，感覺得出民宿主人的用心!廁所使用免治馬桶，坐墊溫溫的在冬天很舒服。附近有免費停車位，可以走路到溪頭森林公園。民宿有代售溪頭森林公園優待票。

房間很有設計感，床也舒適讓人一覺到天亮！裡面餐點也很好吃，店員也很親切還有很多可愛貓咪陪伴！位置也離妖怪村很近晚上可以散步過去！
