L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre était très propre et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux copieux et varié avec vue panoramique sur la ville. L’hôtel est à 10 minutes à pieds du musé d’ethnographie.

Many restaurants around, closed to my family members. Convenient for airport route.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff is very helpful and kind, the breakfast at this hotel was great.

Dear accommodation, on the last day when leaving the hotel I was charged for two small water bottles which are normally free and replenished daily by the staff, I recommend buying your own water if you don't want to unnecessarily pay triple the price for a bottle!

All good. Room was clean and tidy, bed comfy.

Our room did not have a window so it was rather dark all the time - the description on booking didnt say it’s gonna be a windowless room

The staff were friendly and central location and handy.

The bed was too hard, and only got one pillow.

The bed wasn’t amazing. Pillows and mattress were both very stiff which created a bad back

Nice room, nice staff, different breakfast althought they just put everything on the bugfet right before breakfast was over.

Too little food for vegetarians, room has no window (which can be good because of the noise due to the big road I guess)

My room smelled and was right next to construction and was loud , I wanted a refund and they wouldn’t give me money back , ended up finding some where better and cleaner

Had been there twice for my vacation . Everything is greater than I expected. The hotel is sparkling. It’s near by the airport , very convenient. The staffs perfect and professional.

High class service, good hotel. Looks old fashioned but i guess that is the style. Location is ok, could be better. But I liked my stay!

the room did not have any window, which I did not know and do not like at all. when I told the receptionist and asked to change room, she did not want (except if I paid more), and was not being honest, pretending it was written on booking. I double checked and it is NOT specified clearly room without any window. the room seemed smaller as 25 square meters. It did not meet my expectations at all.

I did not like it. I had booked only one night, but needed to stay 3 nights in Hanoi. I changed and went to another hotel, where the staff was lovely.

A little far from the touristy area but worth it. Our room was amazing staff was very kind.

The staff treats you like royalty, the beds are super comfortable, and elevator is fast. the hotel restaurant is great for breakfast and other meals. All the people is AMAZING, they made our stay unforgettable, they were really helpful in everything and they surprised us with their hospitality! Thank you for your Kind and Generous Hospitality !!!

입국당일 공항픽업을 사전에 예약을 했으나 나오지 않았고 출국시 호텔공항택시비를 택시기사에 줬으나 나중에 남아 있는 사람에게 이중청구하였음

공항영접을 안나와서 30분이상이나 기다리게 만들고 출국시 일행이 택시비를 줬는데도 안받았다고 다시 청구를 하여서 돈을 돌려달라고 요구를 하는등 불편을 격었음

They constantly checked on us and looked after us. From the moment we walked into the hotel for check in till we hopped onto the hotel shuttle to go back to the airport, our stay and every moment spent in the hotel was exceptionally amazing. We travelled alot around the world and stayed at lots of different hotels and Royal St Hotel surely provided the top service. 100% recommend to all our friends and families and whoever is hesitating and we would 100% be back to Royal St hotel the next time we come to Hanoi.

Its far from the Old quarter but the staff are really friendly and the included breakfast is exvellent.

コスパがよく、部屋も快適。ただ、空港送迎を事前に依頼していたにもかかわらず送迎が来ていなかったことが残念でした。

タクシーの手配も直ぐに呼んで貰えてとても助かりました。ホテルマンも優しく丁寧で気遣い最高です。また泊まりたいです。
