Beachfront Enclosure Bay - Waiheke Unlimited

Lovely view. Beach closer than I expected.

Outdoor furniture needs replacing. Some renovations needed.

The property was in a beautiful spot. We had amazing views out to the sea… a little path down the side of the house led you to the beach…the house was spotless and had everything you needed. Comfortable rooms and ample bathrooms for the 7 of us. Communication with the property was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Thanks we will definitely be back.

They didn’t tell me a house was being built right next door and it’s a shared driveway with a fast driving down hill neighbour driver. Beware!… The nail guns started at 830am and went on all day until 4pm ish. Had I known this I would not have booked it. I paid premium for this property, planned it for over 7 months, looking forward to peace, tranquility and relaxation.. unfortunately I didn’t get to feel all of these.. I had to leave the property every day for peace. I couldn’t hear the birdsong over the nail guns. Tbf you should tell people that this is happening and give them the choice to book or not book. Had I known, at this price, I would definitely not have booked. Look at your advert then tell me what I got instead..almost fraud tbh. I think some sort of refund should be expected here.

Gorgeous views, very comfortable and spacious.

Didn’t have any fly spray to spray mosquitos. Would be good if a portacot was available.

Would have been good to have a shop/ dairy nearby. But definitely not a massive deal.

The property has a great view and it is such a short walk to the beach. The area has a feeling of tranquility. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, quiet and private. Home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are incredible. We had a couple of minor issues due to the storm on our first day- staff were responsive and helpful.

Amazing location, great view. Perfect for a group holiday. Could taxi there easily.

Lots of bugs that bite. Struggled to keep them out.! Steep driveway 😅

Mosquitoes- bring spray and long sleeves but don’t let them put you off they were few and far between - just check the bedroom before you go to sleep

The view speaks for itself.

bedrooms were a little cramped with poor ventilation. Of course you could open the windows and doors and there's a beautiful breeze accept the back room... but then you had the mozzies and they were ferocious. ceiling fans or pedestal fans at the least would have made a great difference.
