An absolutely lovely place to stay—it feels like a true paradise with its beautiful sea, clean sand, and clear blue skies! The pool is a major highlight, sitting right at the heart of the hotel with an amazingly beautiful landscape. The food and drinks are also delicious. This place is perfect for anyone looking to refresh their mind and escape the busy city life.The location is ideal, offering easy access to the airport, the city center, and all major tourist attractions. The only area that needs improvement is the staff training. While the team members are incredibly lovely and kind, they sometimes lack professionalism. Thankfully, the management team is highly helpful, approachable, and quick to resolve any issues.

The Four Seasons Tunis is a beautiful property with nice rooms and facilities, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the experience fell short of what we expected from a Four Seasons in a few areas. Service was inconsistent at times, including a surprisingly long wait times. The food was good overall, but not exceptional or at the five-star level we expected given the property and pricing. After an unexpected change to our travel plans, we also asked whether we could use some of the hotel facilities for a few hours after checkout while waiting for our evening flight. Although we understood there could be restrictions, we were disappointed that no flexibility could be offered to recent guests. A beautiful hotel with a lot going for it, but the overall service and dining experience kept it from feeling like a true five-star Four Seasons experience for us.

I’ll go through everything point by point. As far as the beach is concerned, for a hotel of Four Seasons level, it is honestly rather disappointing. The beach does not feel particularly well maintained, it is somewhat dirty in places, and there is quite a lot of litter in the sand. It gives the impression that it is not cleaned as thoroughly or as regularly as one would expect from a hotel of this standard. In addition, the beach itself is quite small and there are very few sun loungers. I counted fewer than 30 for what is a fairly large hotel. For a property of this size and standard, that is clearly not enough. Considering how hot Tunisia is in August, it is perfectly natural to want to come to the beach early in the morning. I arrived at around 7:00 a.m. and could not find either towels or prepared sun loungers. The beach area only started being set up at around 8:00 a.m. In my opinion, at a five-star resort, the beach should be fully ready for guests much earlier. Another significant drawback is the lack of a proper shower on the beach. There is only a small shower for rinsing your feet, with no proper way to wash the sea salt off your body. I actually saw people filling cups with water and pouring it over themselves. For a Four Seasons property, this is, to put it mildly, quite surprising. There is also no restroom directly on the beach. In the morning, I had difficulty finding an accessible restroom and eventually had to walk back toward the hotel, as the restrooms near the pool were still closed at that time. For the beach area of a five-star resort, this is a considerable inconvenience. As for breakfast, the service left a very poor impression. We ordered coffee and cappuccino three times from three different members of staff, including the manager. In the end, we waited around 15 minutes, and the drinks were only brought after we had to remind them once again quite firmly. The clearing of tables is also poorly organized. Many tables remain covered with used dishes for far too long, with staff making little effort to clear them promptly. This is simply not what one expects from the Four Seasons brand. That said, I also want to be fair and mention the positives. Overall, the hotel itself is pleasant, the rooms are nice and clean, and we have no complaints whatsoever regarding housekeeping. However, the condition and infrastructure of the beach, its preparation in the morning, the lack of a proper shower and easily accessible restroom, as well as the service during breakfast, all require significant improvement. When you choose Four Seasons and pay accordingly, you expect a certain standard not only from the room, but from every aspect of the stay. Unfortunately, in the areas mentioned above, this property falls noticeably short of the level one would expect from a five-star Four Seasons hotel.

We stayed at this property from 23 July to 2 August. Overall the experience was excellent and this is a beautiful property well situated. On arrival I was offered a discounted upgrade to a sea view suite which I took. I had to move to a quieter suite after the first night as the bar/restaurant by the pool stays open until 2am and was noisy. The move was handled exceptionally by Ameni who took care of it seamlessly. Some particular highlights for us were the pool and the brilliant staff there who really do go out of their way to make the service feel very special. We also very much enjoyed the Creek restaurant and its excellent food and wine and again the service by the staff there was really personal and special. Our room was immaculate and housekeeping did a great job of ensuring that everything was fresh and clean each day - they are unsung heroes. Overall a very lovely and restful stay. However, we will not be returning to Tunisia until the airport gets an upgrade. On arrival and departure it was a truly awful experience in very hot temperatures. Very long queues at immigration in and out and no fast track for business. We had to wait another hour for our bags to arrive. The whole experience at the airport was awful and we very nearly missed our return flight due to a last minute gate changed that wasn’t communicated and the staff were awful - service with a snarl. I feel bad mentioning this in a review of this lovely hotel but I do think people need to know that the airport is awful as it is part of the whole trip. I’m surprised the Tunisian government or tourist boards don’t do something about this given the amount tourism must contribute to the economy.

Un séjour exceptionnel. L’emplacement est magnifique et l’hôtel est superbe. La grande majorité du personnel est remarquable : professionnel, souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne une partie du personnel du restaurant au petit-déjeuner, dont l’accueil et le service étaient en dessous du niveau d’excellence attendu d’un Four Seasons à exclure fériél ( elles est superbes ). En revanche, tous les autres collaborateurs ont été exemplaires. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

To be honest, we never really felt recognized as guests during our stay. One of the things I have always loved about staying at Four Seasons hotels, especially Four Seasons Maldives and Four Seasons Koh Samui, is how personal the service feels. The staff remember your name, greet you with a smile, and make you feel like they are genuinely happy to see you. Those little moments are what make a stay memorable. Unfortunately, we didn't experience that here. Most of the time, staff would walk past us without saying hello or even smiling. Even after seeing the same people day after day, it still felt like we were strangers. We never felt that personal connection or genuine warmth that I normally associate with the Four Seasons brand. It would have meant a lot if someone had simply greeted us by name, asked how our day was going, remembered a small preference, or checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay or needed anything. Those are small gestures, but they make guests feel welcome and cared for. Instead, our experience felt very impersonal. We never expected anything over the top-we just expected the warm, thoughtful hospitality that Four Seasons is known for. FYI: The hotel never responded to our complaints and it has been two weeks since we submitted our complaints.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Tunis was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful property itself to the incredible level of service provided by every member of the team. The service standards at this hotel are truly what you expect from a Four Seasons. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and genuine. The concierge team was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Housekeeping was excellent, the breakfast team was wonderful, and every department we interacted with consistently provided exceptional service. As a family traveling with young children, one of the highlights of our stay was the Kids Club. Chayma was absolutely incredible with our children. She immediately connected with them and became their friend during our stay. Our kids genuinely looked forward to going to the Kids Club and spending time with her, which says everything about the care and attention she provided. She was kind, patient, engaging, and made them feel comfortable and welcomed. She also babysat our children one evening, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such wonderful hands. We would also like to recognize the breakfast team, especially Cherif, who was always welcoming, attentive, and kind. The breakfast managers did an excellent job creating a warm and personalized experience every morning. There was also a female breakfast manager who was wonderful and consistently made sure guests were well taken care of. The food at the hotel was outstanding. We enjoyed meals at both Blue and Azur, and both restaurants delivered excellent food, beautiful settings, and great service. Every meal was a memorable part of our stay. What truly makes Four Seasons Tunis special is the people. The property is beautiful, but it is the staff who make the experience unforgettable. Every person we encountered made us feel valued and welcomed, and the level of hospitality was exceptional. We would highly recommend Four Seasons Tunis to families and travelers looking for a true luxury experience. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we cannot wait to return.

For a Four Seasons, details are missing: common areas left unclean (carpets in the hallways, eg), no napkins for cocktail drinks, food very basic, lots of trash on beach, old electrical outlets in rooms.

Just some local females in the lobby made it uncomfortable each night they showed up and tried to stay over. I felt bad and as if I had to be nice, hotel security should only allow in if they are dining or staying on the property.

We had a very short stay at the Four Seasons Tunis, but it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We ran into a few transfer issues during our trip, and the team handled them flawlessly, taking all the stress off our shoulders. The reception staff were so lovely and accommodating, but truly, everyone we encountered was amazing, personal, and genuinely welcoming. To top it all off, the location is absolutely stunning. We cannot recommend this property and its incredible team enough!

I stayed at the Four Seasons in Tunis with my daughter and her fiancé when I came to Tunisia to meet him and his family, who are from Sousse. I'd never stayed at a Four Seasons before so I was very excited about the experience, and it did not disappoint. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding: the rooms themselves were gorgeous, comfortable, and well thought out, with many of the small touches that distinguish an exceptional hotel--fresh local pastries and fruit waiting in our rooms when we arrived (including the absolute best dates I've ever tasted), a power adapter, tea and coffee service with a good selection, well-stocked minibar, robes, etc. The breakfast service was very good, featuring a widely varied buffet and several delicious a la carte options, and we spent some portion of each evening in the lobby bar enjoying drinks and, on our first night, dinner. What really stands out about the Four Seasons, though, is their staff--every person we encountered was friendly, professional, courteous, and clearly invested in giving us the best possible experience. Merem at the front desk was absolutely lovely and gave us a warm, professional, friendly and funny introduction to the hotel; Yussef in the bar was always attentive, fun to chat with, and promptly helpful with all our requests. Reem and Nabila kept my beautiful room neat and clean and stocked with everything I might need, Issam took wonderful care of us at the pool, and Lubna in the spa gave me an incredible much-needed massage. On our last morning at the hotel, we were served at breakfast by a young woman who seemed to be new at the job--she was being shown around by another server--I believe her name was Ferval, and she was such a delight, we had a lovely experience with her. After we left Tunis, my daughter and her fiancé and I stayed a few nights in Sousse and then in Tozeur, and wherever we went, we lamented not being at the Four Seasons anymore. because nothing else measured up (though we did very much enjoy our little b&b in Tozeur). I hope all of the staff members we encountered on our visit are well appreciated by the hotel, because they truly made our visit the wonderful experience it ended up. I've stayed in many expensive hotels and I can say with certainty that beautiful accommodations cannot make up for poor service. Highly recommend.

Great hotel and comfortable rooms

We had a great stay at the Tunis Four Seasons. The room and hotel were beautiful, and the kindness and generosity from the staff was exceptional! The breakfast buffet was delicious and we enjoyed the selection and quality of the restaurants for dinner. Every member of staff ensured we had a great stay and gave us good recommendations for our outings in Tunis, Carthage, and Sidi Bou Said. We would definitely recommend and would love to explore more Four Seasons hotels around the world after our first stay at this one in Tunis.

The only thing we noticed was that, at times, the table service at breakfast could be a bit slow i.e they would forget coffee orders or take a long time but this certainly didn’t affect our stay and the staff would always apologise for the wait! Just something that perhaps could be improved a bit :)

Je souhaite partager mon ressenti de manière constructive, car j’ai été déçue par plusieurs points durant mon séjour. Lors du petit-déjeuner, il arrivait régulièrement que les tables ne soient pas nettoyées avant l’arrivée des clients, ou qu’il manque des serviettes et des couverts. Cela donne malheureusement l’impression d’un personnel peu formé, ce qui est surprenant pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Nous avons également remarqué la présence de nombreux managers, surtout lorsqu’un client formule une réclamation. En revanche, le reste du temps, l’organisation semble manquer de supervision et de coordination. Le rôle du management paraît davantage centré sur la gestion immédiate des plaintes que sur l’accompagnement des équipes au quotidien. Voyageant beaucoup, il est naturel pour nous de comparer les expériences. Et malheureusement, depuis plusieurs années, nous ressentons une baisse de la qualité de service en Tunisie. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que ce pays possède des atouts extraordinaires : de magnifiques plages, des hôtels splendides et une richesse humaine et culturelle unique. Cependant, certains hôtels sont aujourd’hui laissés à l’abandon et de nombreuses plages souffrent d’un manque d’entretien, avec la présence de déchets plastiques, paquets de cigarettes et autres détritus. Cela donne le sentiment que la propreté et la préservation des lieux ne sont plus une priorité, alors qu’elles sont essentielles pour les visiteurs comme pour les habitants. J’écris tout cela non pas pour critiquer gratuitement, mais parce que j’ai encore de l’espoir. La Tunisie est un pays magnifique qui mérite de retrouver l’excellence et le professionnalisme qui faisaient autrefois sa réputation. J’espère sincèrement qu’une prise de conscience collective permettra d’améliorer les choses pour les générations futures. Il y a bien sûr des sujets plus graves dans la vie, mais lorsqu’on ne dit plus rien, les situations finissent souvent par se dégrader davantage.

L’établissement nous a accueilli d’une façon exceptionnelle du début à la fin nous avons également fêter notre mariage dans leur établissement qui était exceptionnel tout le personnel au petit soin que dire en fait à part tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Mention spécial à Inès el abed pour toutes l’organisation parfaite.👏👏👏 Le repas et les boissons gérer d’une main de maître par Ahmed Ben haj amor et ilyes jouini. Un grand merci à Nesrine abbes pour son accueil chaleureux et être au petit soin pour nous. Tous simplent un grand merci à toutes les équipes mais la sécurité les voituriers. La prise en charge de la réclamation a été satisfaisante, et la cuisine est excellente.

L’accueil a été tout simplement inadmissible, en particulier à la réception. Le responsable s’est distingué par une attitude désinvolte, froide et profondément non professionnelle. Son comportement a été non seulement inapproprié, mais également irrespectueux, ne montrant aucun sens du service ni de considération envers des clients pourtant attendus. Nous avons été laissés à attendre 25 minutes devant la porte de l’hôtel, malgré une réservation confirmée et le fait que votre établissement était informé qu’il s’agissait du jour de notre mariage. Une telle négligence est inacceptable. À notre arrivée à la réception, l’accès à la chambre nous a été refusé de manière arbitraire et sans aucune explication claire, sous prétexte d’un paiement non effectué à l’avance — une condition qui ne nous a jamais été communiquée. Le réceptionniste, à l’image de son responsable, s’est montré incapable de gérer la situation avec professionnalisme, sans apporter la moindre solution ni faire preuve d’empathie. Ce manque total de sens du service et cette attitude hautaine sont indignes d’un établissement hôtelier. Je tiens néanmoins à remercier chaleureusement Ameni, dont l’intervention le lendemain a permis d’apaiser la situation. Son professionnalisme, son écoute et sa qualité d’accueil contrastent fortement avec l’expérience vécue la veille.

Chambre magnifique, très propre et spacieuse avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Très belles attentions pour la Saint-Valentin (gâteau, fruits, décoration), très appréciées. Piscine excellente et service en chambre rapide avec des plats arrivés bien chauds.

Peu d’options pour dîner le soir de la Saint-Valentin dans l’hôtel. Un seul restaurant ouvert avec un menu unique imposé. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus de choix ou une carte alternative ce soir-là.

Been here in Feb 2026, resort was almost empty meaning the usual outstanding service at four seasons resorts was even better. Got a nice free room upgrade. Kids club fully operating even if my kid was the only there - staff was there for him; tried two restaurants, both delicious. The gym was good as standard for the brand. Lovely staff and beautifully furnished as always. Definitely a very nice stay!

The Four Seasons Hotel location was ideal for the 20 minute drive from the airport, Sidi Bou Said and the Carthage ruins. The hotel was an oasis of quiet from the busy area of Tunis. Security guards check all vehicles entering and bags and purses were put through security as well. The three of us had never visited Tunisia so I contacted the concierge at the hotel for assistance. I was very fortunate to be in contact with Khouloud ben Chaabane who was excellent in arranging airport pickup and also with 3 days of a private driver named Mehdi. Khouloud and I texted many times planning our itinerary for each day. Our Mercedes car was very comfortable and reasonably priced. We were upgraded from a garden view room to an ocean view with a balcony. The view was exceptional. Our room was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom had its own temperature control, huge tub, separate shower, and 2 sinks. Two of our breakfast buffets were complimentary. Zeineb and Ghofrane who were the breakfast hostesses were so personable. The cook who prepared the omelets was so friendly each day. The buffet was fantastic with hot and cold food to choose from. We ate at the restaurant that featured Italian food and felt the food was average. Service was a bit slow. Would not recommend the lobby bar for dining. We placed our dinner order with the female server and after our rather mediocre meal, we waited one hour for our bill. Our plates had been taken away so it was clear we were done. The manager came by and asked how we were doing and we said we had been waiting a long time for the bill. He left and we still waited. Finally, we waved him over and asked if we could please have our bill. No apology but we did receive the bill. Overall, the Four Seasons stay was wonderful and would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointing New Year’s brunch. The food variety was shockingly poor and felt no better than a hotel lunch on a regular weekday. There was nothing festive or premium to justify the inflated New Year’s pricing. The kids’ corner lacked activity and creativity and was clearly an afterthought. Overall, this experience does not meet the standard expected of a Four Seasons hotel and felt more like a cash-grab than a luxury celebration. Absolutely not worth the money and not something I would repeat.

We attended the New Year’s brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Tunis as a family and were genuinely underwhelmed. The selection of food was very limited and lacked any sense of occasion. It felt like an ordinary lunch service of a 3 stars hotel rather than a special New Year’s event at a luxury hotel, which made the premium pricing hard to justify. Unfortunately, the service did not compensate for this. Basic details were overlooked: the wine was not properly chilled, and we had to ask the waiter twice before a simple strawberry juice was finally brought for our children. The children’s area was poorly organized, reduced to an improvised 20 m² space in front of the elevators with pottery as the only activity, showing minimal effort to engage kids. At the same time, smoke from the grill station spread across the dining area and affected the tables, further degrading the overall experience.

Staff is friendly and accommodating, making every adjustment to your room experiences to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. My family and I stayed in one of their suites with a large outside terrace. The room was super clean and spacious, particularly the bathroom area, which had a toilet separate from the dual sink, shower and bathtub area. We also had a large living room that can easily accommodate a rollout cot bed. There was also a full separate bath and shower off of the living room area. Breakfast had many options, ranging from local foods to more standard fare such as eggs made to order, French toast, waffles, bacon, etc. There are also fresh juices and fruits. We had a small issue with the showerhead being stuck, and a slightly dirty floor mat for the bed, which were immediately changed out. Wait staff at bar and restaurants are super friendly and want do everything to make sure your experience is the best it can be. The spa area was perhaps most enjoyable. Space is very clean, quite large and comfortable. I visited the Jacuzzi three times in three days And each time I was the only one using it. The larger pool area is very relaxing and spacious. There were a few other families also enjoying the pool, but there is plenty of space for privacy for all. We will definitely return, and highly recommend.

Eveything was great! I would’ve stayed longer but my friend was getting married at another place in Tunisia. Staff were great and they were super supportive when I was ill.

We have been to the four seasons Tunisia before in 2023 and we had a great experience as a family . this time it was bad experience for my parents .. the only improvement is the breakfast

They did not treat my parents nicely.. the room was not a good view as we booked .. the amenities in the room were less .. the staff were not nice .. even when my mom called hairdresser to book an appointment she told her ok then when she knew it is only blow dry she told her the booking is full .. We are really disappointed.. we booked the stay for my parents to relax but it was no good experience.. even communication through booking is not good .. This is four seasons we have been there in many countries not sure why it doesn’t meet the same standards here

Stayed at this luxury hotel for single night. Everything worked well during our stay, from the room that was spotless with very comfy bed and very nice bathroom, to the very friendly and helpful staff, to the restaurants we used for lunch and breakfast. Property is stunning, so we could do very nice walk down the back and through the garden. Hope to stay here again soon.

Moi qui suis un habitué de four seasons cela n’est pas la hauteur Rien du tout est sale le matériel et équipement très bon marché le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur

Dans l’entrée ça sent bon mais des les étage ça sent le vieux ça sent la canalisation c’est sale partout , quand on paye pour un séjour à four seasons comme on le fait dans les autre ville on s’attend à dix fois meilleur mais la on dirait c’est un hôtel qui vaut rien du tout

Les parties communes un peu froides , le dîner au bar pas à la hauteur de l’établissement

tout était parfait pour ces quelques jours d'escapade au soleil! Hotel superbe, petits déjeuners excellents avec de nombreux choix et personnels très attentifs!

جمال المبنى / تعامل الموظفين / المنظر الخارجي

رائحة المكان مع الأسف غير جيده ، يحتاج الى فواحات تنشر في المبنى برائحه متميزه للبلد مثل الياسمين ، كما أن خدمة الغرف تحتاج الى نظافه أكثر وتوفير مستلزمات الحمام .. كل شي نلح عليهم عشان يوفرونه / لازم معك سياره لأنه بعيد عنه
