L’accueil était très mauvais , on m’a très mal accueilli et mal parlé !!! En gros on m’a dit de me la fermer !!! Car je n’étais pas d’accord de laisser mon passeport en garantie car j’ai dis que le passeport était personnel et qu’elle n’avait pas droit de nous demander notre passeport surtout pour un hôtel pareil. La dame M’a dit que c’était la garantie pour la clef de la chambre …. Honnêtement la chambre avait des draps et coussins très sales , les prises se trouvaient à la tête du lit au niveau des oreillers…. Mais ce qui m’a le plus déçu c’est vraiment l’accueil de la patronne je pense que c’était elle!!! Elle est très impolie et agressive ! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel ! Payer un peu plus cher mais soyez respecté ! Ça n’a pas de prix 😉

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026The room was better than we expected! We had our own balcony and plenty of room. Staff were nice and welcoming! They even offered housekeeping. It is a basic stay but not bad at all :) location is ideal too
1000 baht for a deposit feels way too much for the property and meant we had less money to spend for our trip. Also, didn’t like that the door from the street upstairs outside the rooms was left open all day and all night. Made us feel a little unsafe and not sure that it needed to be open all night.

Il faut simplement se dire que les chambres ne sont pas de derniers cris. Salle de bain et toilette vieillots. Odeurs de remonter d’égout dans la salle de bain. Le lit extrêmement dur. Mais tout cela n’empêche en rien la tranquillité de l’endroit. On paye pas non plus des milles et des cents pour se permettre de critiquer. On paye un service et on l’a !

It was not clean, so I told the reception to change it. They told you to pay less or cancel your room if you don't like it. Then she changed the sheets and blanket, but again, it was dirty. I stayed two nights, but the room was never cleaned.

Sehr fleckige Bettwäsche und zum Teil auch löcherick, wackelnder Toilettensitz, extrem schmutziger Steinboden, Steinhartes Bett & einen Balkon mit direkter Aussicht an eine Fassade und an die gegenüberliegenden Klimaanlagen, die die heiße Luft direkt auf unseren Balkon gepustet haben.

Vannet fra dusjen stinket kloakk og måtte renne i 5 minutter før det var mulig å dusje i. Låsen på døren på rommet var helt ødelagt og vi fikk ikke låst døren så den sto åpen hele oppholdet. Fant ikke utav dette før siste kvelde og da var det ingen på jobb i resepsjonen. Sengene var i tillegg kjempe harde.

Rude behaviour. We knew basis the rating that this is a mediocre hotel but because of the location we went ahead. However, it turned out to be the worst experience. Extremely unsupportive staff. Would not recommend this to anyone. You can select a hotel far away, don't worry the entire island is walk friendly.
