Jeonju International Hostel

Excellent location being only 250 metres from the railway station and the bus stop (no. 119 route bus) to go to the Hanok Village. Small fridge in the room. Small table and chair (more comfortable than the bed.) Ensuite bathroom. Owner carried my suitcase up the stairs. Small common room area on the top floor.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. It was like sleeping on reinforced concrete. Not only was the mattress hard but I could feel every piece of reinforcement in it.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, le gérant à fait mon linge gratuite et a changé les serviettes de bain tous les jours le long de mon séjour, je recommande fortement cet hotel

Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil et très arrangeant. Bien qu'il y ait eu un problème avec Booking qui nous a permis de réserver une chambre plus disponible, il nous a permis de changer vers un autre type de chambre encore disponible sans pour autant nous faire payer plus cher. L'emplacement est idéal à côté de la gare, sans que ce soit bruyant pour autant. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Perfect location (next to Jeonju train station and there’s great food nearby) and the owner is very kind.

The mattress was a bit lumpy and very firm, and the blanket was thin and a bit scratchy, which made it difficult for me to sleep - but everything else was perfect.

일년전에. 왔었는데 전반적인 내부수리를 하여 쾌적하고 지내기 좋았다. 친절하여 더욱 좋았다. 역이 가까워 기차타고 내리기 좋았다.

Остановились всего на два дня и одну ночь, но было очень удобно, хозяин был очень добр, общителен. Мне понравилась чистота комнаты, даже окна были в прекрасном состоянии (обычно в других местах состояние окон оставляет лучшего, но не здесь). Завтрак был разнообразным и довольно вкусным. Кроме обычного молока также было безлактозное, ещё было клубничное варенье, которое хозяева готовят сами.

One of the nicest stays I've had in all my travels. I really felt as though I was being looked after and that I made a true connection. I look forward to coming back here one day.

-위치는 창문 열면 바로 앞 건물이 전주역입니다. 물론 골목이 달라서 큰길에서 숙소 골목으로 들어와야되긴 하지만요. 열차 이용자라면 강추. 역 앞에 버스도 많이 다녀서 오래 기다리지 않고 전주 곳곳으로 한 번에 갈 수 있었습니다. -2시쯤에 방문했는데 사장님이 얼리체크인 도와주셨어요. 감사합니다. -숙소가 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어서 좋았습니다. -만화방에서 밤을 새서 여기서의 기타 숙박 경험은 잘 모르겠어요.

-전주역 주변이 공사 중이라, 숙소 들어오는 골목이 어수선합니다. -수압이 조금 약해요. -티비가 오래됐고, OTT가 없다는 점(물론 가격 생각하면 이건 전혀 문제가 안돼요). -창문이 방음이 잘 안돼서 도로쪽의 소음이 들렸습니다. -방에서 오래된 시설 특유의 냄새가 조금 났어요.

Die Besitzer waren supernett. Ich konnte mein Gepäck abstellen und habe ein leckeres Frühstück bekommen. Gerne wieder!

Mr. Kim is a particularly attentive and friendly host. He takes the time to chat with his guests and shares some great restaurant recommendations. The room is comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

J ai adoré mon séjour chez le couple , il était adorable et au petit soin. Très sympathique et j ai passé un moment inoubliable avec le patron qui a passé la soirée de mon anniversaire à discuter. Ils sont incroyable et d’une gentillesse qui m’a fort toucher . Je le recommande vivement.

L’hôtel est juste à côté de la gare KTX ce qui est idéale pour un cour séjour. Vous êtes quelques peu loin du centre mais la rue passante est très bien desservit. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est top. Très bon séjour.

Located adjacent to the train station this hostel is convenient for early morning train departures or late arrivals. It is an easy bus ride to both the Hanok village and great walks. I was invited to a complementary breakfast on my first morning there where I found the host, Mr. Kim, to be genuinely interested in his guests making this more like a home stay than a hostel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Nothing, really. It is not luxury but simply excellent value for the money with a special mention for the kind host.

What a wonderful weekend i had in Jeonju, the hotel is perfect, clean, confortable, breakfast is really good and a precious moment to share with the owner and other guests. Location is good too, u can reach every interest point in the city with the bus stop next to the hotel And the hotel is next to the train station which make it really easy to access. Owners speak really good english, give a lot of good advices about activities, locations, life in korea They are really caring about you and make you feel like home. I wish I would’ve spend more time here, but they already make my weekend a perfect one, and something I will always remember from my time in Korea Thanks a lot for everything ! Ps : last mention about the Price, its probably the best price / quality hotel and service you can find

the location is amazing if you have to take the train out of jeonju. the bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly spacious given the price point. it was nice and quiet too.

there’s no lift but this wasn’t a big problem! the host helped to carry luggage up the stairs

혼자 산행을 위해 머물렀던 숙소. 너무도 친절한 사장님과 깨끗한 시설등이 무척 만족스러웠읍니다. 다시 혼자 간다면 주저없이 이 숙소를 선택할려고 합니다.

I stayed here over 설날 with two friends. I felt bad that we were making the owner work on the holiday, but Mr. Kim was extremely nice. He even prepared us some 잡채 and chatted with us. This is a very nice, small hostel right next to the train station. It is not a party hostel. It's not flashy at all, but exceeded my expectations in comfort. If I'm ever back in Jeonju, this is where I'll stay.

Das Zimmer und Bad waren toll. Herr Kimm war sehr freundlich und machte mit mir mit seinem Auto einen Ausflug in die Berge zu einer Tempelanlage.

Il personale è disponibile ed accogliente, si trova vicino alla stazione e quindi abbastanza distante dal centro storico. Il posto è semplice e ben collegato, ideale per chi vuole viaggiare ed avere una camera più che soddisfacente.

First I would to thanks Mr Kim the owner. He is the kindness Hôtel owner I ever met. He works so hard to keep his comfy and make sure I did not need anything. You want something he know. On a rainy day, he invited to see how his wife and his family in laws make. Kimchi. Of course I recommend his place. It is near by Jeonju station.

Mr Kim is an excellent host! Kind and helpful, gives you space if that's what you need or has a conversation with you about Anything - very knowledgeable on many subjects and topics. The breakfast was excellent, we really felt looked after throughout our stay. The room was spacious enough, clean and well maintained. Thank you for the lovely stay!

¡TODO! Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue excepcional. La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de la estación de tren, de las paradas de autobús y con aparcamientos gratuitos, lo que hace todo mucho más cómodo. La habitación estaba impecable: muy limpia, con todo lo necesario, una cama comodísima y el detalle maravilloso del suelo térmico, que se agradece muchísimo después de un día largo. Da gusto cuando un alojamiento cuida los pequeños detalles. La estancia fue muy agradable, tranquila y acogedora. Pero lo que más queremos destacar es la atención del señor que nos recibió: amabilísimo, cercano y atento en todo momento. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así cuando se viaja. Y el desayuno… buenísimo. Fresco y preparado con cariño. De esos desayunos que te hacen empezar el día con una sonrisa.

Les personnes qui s'occupent de cet établissement sont très gentilles !!! On a pu avoir une longue discussion pendant notre petit déjeuné avec le propriétaire. Il nous a recommandé des endroits dans la ville. Le petit déjeuné était bon et rapide. Le propriétaire nous a aussi laisser déposer nos affaires avant le check-in et les a gardé après le check-out.

Friendly awesome hostel

The owner Mr. Kim was a fantastic host with a lot of interesting stories and recommendations. The room was nice and the beds quite hard, which worked for me. Breakfast was simple but good. The location was very convenient since its next to the train station but a bit further away from the sights. But busses and taxies took care of that. All in all, very happy with Jeonju international hostel.

Le monsieur qui tient l'hôtel est très gentil et serviable. Il vous donne toutes les informations nécessaires pour votre séjour. Il m'a donné un conseil pour ma prochaine étape de voyage. Je recommande très fortement. Les transports sont juste à côté, notamment la gare de Jeonju.

Hostel is well connected to all parts of the city. Very clean and tidy. The room has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. It was the best hostel i ever stayed in. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Always available to help. Mr. Kim provides a lot of useful information about the city, including some hidden gems. I enjoyed my stay very much. Will definitely come back here.

The place is super easy to get to Hanok Village and bus station and located next to Jeonju station. The owner Kenny Kim is superb helpful with his local knowledge and thanks to his wife Mrs Kim they served a reasonably satisfactory breakfast. This is my second time staying here. The host Mr. Kim is very kind and friendly. He did my laundry for free and made breakfast earlier than usual time due to my early train.

This place is amazing because of the host. Kenny does everything possible to make you feel comfortable. His breakfast are amazing and we had the chance to share with other guests and hosts while we eat. Kenny even took us to the bus stop when we left!

You could not find better hosts anywhere else. Mr. Kenny and his wife really made us feel welcome. It felt like we were visiting family. We where provided excellent service and breakfast (the breakfast room/common area have fantastic view, great start of the day). We were also offered ample tips and reccomendations on everything from restaurants, attractions and daytrips. They provided us with bus schedules and everything. And we didn't even need to ask. It was as though they knew what we needed even before we did. Highly recommend a stay here.
