Reviewed Sep 10, 2026L’hôtel est très bien situé à Interlaken, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement et de profiter des alentours. L’emplacement est clairement le principal point positif de notre séjour.
Nous avons été très déçus du rapport qualité-prix. Plus de 250 € pour une nuit, sans petit-déjeuner inclus, sans véritable accueil physique et sans parking réellement adapté, nous semble beaucoup trop élevé, même en tenant compte des prix pratiqués en Suisse. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient également beaucoup plus petites que ce que laissaient penser les photos, et le ventilateur mis à disposition dans la chambre était rempli de poussière, ce qui donne une mauvaise impression concernant l’entretien.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Thankfully was located in Unterseen part of Interlarken away from the more crowded areas. The comunal kitchen was good and used once. Beds and linen very comfortable. Bathroom rather cramped but clean and ok. Wifi Worked. The bar downstairs was good with freindly staff. Decor is nice and didn't really need a TV. Useful luggage room upon arrival.
Only one bedside table and light switch and that table had a slatted top, which isn't ideal for a glass.

חדרים מאד קטנים וצפופים, חדרי רחצה מאד צפופים, רעש מהפאב שנמצא במפלס הכביש . הזמנו שלושה חדרים כאשר באחד החדרים המיטה היתה שבורה , קיבלנו חדר חליפי אחרי דיונים אבל החדר לא היה נקי כך שנאלצנו להתפצל וזוג אחד עבר מלון.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Bellissimo appartamento ben arredato così come l'intera palazzina, letto comodo, intera cucina a disposizione degli ospiti al piano terra, eravamo al primo piano con finestra.
Non è stato facile trovare l'entrata, su booking è indicato 8 Spielmatte, ma l'ingresso è da Aerestrasse. Self check in comunque facile.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026החוויה שלנו הייתה מאכזבת מאוד, ולצערי אנחנו לא ממליצים על המקום בכלל. כבר בהתחלה, בעקבות מקרה דחוף, ניסינו ליצור קשר עם בעל הדירה כדי לבטל את ההזמנה, אבל לא קיבלנו התייחסות רצינית או רצון לעזור. כשהגענו מאוחר, גילינו חדר קטן מאוד, מקלחת קטנה וצפופה וריח לא נעים וחזק. אין מעלית, המקום חשוך מאוד וכמעט שאין תאורה. בנוסף, אין חניה במקום. גם התמונות באתר ממש לא משקפות את המציאות. כשנכנסנו למטבח היה ריח לא נעים, והמטבח עצמו היה מאכזב מאוד. לצערנו, הדירוג הגבוה ב-Booking ממש לא תואם את החוויה שלנו. מרגיש שהמקום מוצג בצורה הרבה יותר טובה ממה שהוא בא

Extrêmement bruyant, salle de bain minuscule. La chambre s’appelle “Charming room”, mais elle n’en a que le nom. Votre nuit sera tout sauf charmante. Nous sommes bien conscients que la forte demande à Interlaken peut pousser les hôteliers à l’excès, mais dans ce cas on atteint les sommets d’abus. Rapport qualité/prix très faible. Nous ne pouvons pas recommander cet endroit.

Klima yoktu ve sıcaktan mahvolduk. Vantilatörler asla yeterli gelmedi. Zaten vantilatör sesinden uyuyamadık. Üst katta yürüyenlerin ayak sesleri evin içinden geliyor gibiydi. Tavan üstümüze uçacak sandık. İlk defa bür avrupa tatilimde kendimi güvende hissetmedim. O kadar eski bir binaki temizlik o kadar eski yerde zaten mümkün değil. Geceliğine yaklaşıl 500 euro verdiğim bir odada klima olmaması kabul edilebilir değil. Asla resimlerdeki gibi bakımlı bir yer değil.

Asansör olmadan eşyaları 4 kata çıkarmak bizi çok zorladı . Maalesef odada karıncalar vardı . Ayrıca klima olmaması da bizi zorladı .

There were ants crawling all over the room when we arrived including over the coffee table and bathroom! We immediately reported this and thankfully it was promptly dealt with, after that, there seemed to be less ants.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The location is amazing, and the cafe that they own is also very reasonable and yummy. The building is clean, and there is a kitchen.
Location is good, was a little hard to find. I went into the No8 pub and was given no help that the door was around the corner. The pub owner seemed annoyed as if she gets the question all the time - so I struggled a bit to find the hotel door itself, and it was late. So face the NO8 pub and then go right around the corner to find entrance. I booked 2 standard rooms. 1 room was great with enough room for 2 people (I think it was room #21). Room #1 is not really big enough for 2 people. You have very little room to walk at the end of the bed and with 2 suitcases it is cramped. No place to really unpack so you are living out of those suitcases. I was told I booked the smaller room so there was nothing that could be done. However, I booked 2 standard rooms and one was great. So just don't go in with lots of room expectations if you book room #1. I think for a single person it is perfect.

المكان غير الصور تماما سويت تشك ان من مبني وقالي اطلع مبني آخر قديم متهالك لا تستيطع النوم به وحمام مغلق. تم إبلاغه انه لم يتناسب معي وبانتظار ارجاع فلوسي بوكنق يضمن لنا التعامل مع مزودين صور تطابق الواقع بانتظار ردهم

Old house diye yan binada bir oda idi. Bize gelen talimatlarda 4 kat çıkacaksınız dedi asansör yok dendi ama yan binada olup 1.katta olduğundan bahsedilmedi. Biz o sıcakta 3 kat taşıdık valizleri baktık ki 4.kat diye bir şey yok. Meğer yan binada 1.katta otelle alakası olmayan bir yermiş. Yine o sıcakta merdivenlerden valizleri aşağı taşıdık. Çok küçüktü , eski bir oda. Alt katta inşaat ve berber var sanırım. Kendimizi güvende hissedemedik. Ana bina güvenli duruyordu ama old house binası için aynı şeyi söyleyemem. Banyoda havlu asacak askı yok, buzdolabı yok, klima yok. Beklentimizin altında oldu konaklama. Konumu çok iyi. Rezervasyon yaparken ana binada olduğundan emin olunursa daha iyi olabilir. Valizleri erken teslim edebilmek güzeldi.

Please dont book in summer if you cant tolerate heat. No AC and elevator. So if you have quite a bit of luggage and are used to air conditioning, you can book Aparthotel next to this. No affiliation with either properties.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Great Location. The shared kitchen with Fridge, stove and microwave was handy useful. The staff was quick to respond via phone and messages. Overall a pleasant experience.
No Air conditioning could be negative if you are visiting in summer as the temperatures could go in 90s F. We visited during the summer when the temp reached 85+ F and really feel the need for AC during the day time. However the property was mindful enough to provide us the electric FAN which came in Handy. Bathroom was bit too small.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Location was very convenient, 5 min walk to Interlaken West station and 10 min walk to the central park. Housekeeping staff cleaned the room everyday during our 5 night stay. Very friendly staff at their own Spatz bar located a couple of buildings away.
There was no wardrobe in the room. Room size is a bit small. Bed size is very small and a little inconvenient. Apart from this everything else was very good.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The location and the vibes are top tings about this hotel , I loved that they had a shared kitchen with almost full equipped to cook any cuisine. Free coffee was great . Easy and self check in , even though they have no daily cleaning policy , considering our long staying without asking they replaced our towels and made our bed bath everyday other day. We also got a free guest travel card and free luggage storage on the day of check out. The rooms are quite small but nothing that we can’t manage. Overall great place and the bar downstairs cute and dainty
