1階に観光マップが充実していて、旅の拠点として最高でした。お部屋も清潔で居心地良かったです。1階で洗濯機を利用できるので有り難かったです。洗剤はフロントで購入できました。

Me gustó mucho la cama, era muy cómoda y la Habitación estaba bien en general Y la zona de fumadores era cómoda, techada y con asiento

La cortina del baño tenía un poco de moho por humedad Y entraba frio por la ventilación de la pared

La habitación estaba bien, el único inconveniente fue que no se podía abrir la ventana de la habitación. Hemos estado en varias ubicaciones de esta cadena y en todas se podía abrir la ventana. Nos sorprendió que aquí no.

The room was small and poorly ventilated. You could smell the sewage coming from the bathroom if you turned off the air conditioning.

エアコンがバタバタ音がして気になった。 駅前、とうたっているけど、駅からけっこう歩いたので、駅前というのがちょっと騙された感があった。 フロントに電話したかったのですがでんわは無かった。

El aislamiento de la ventana podría mejorar. Se oye el semáforo de la calle. Y la cortina también puede mejorar. Entra luz del sol. Se puede poner el cabecero en el lado opuesto?

2階に２泊した。問題点は唯一、風呂場が臭かったこと。そとから帰って扉を開けると、なんとなくどぶ臭い臭いが。２泊とも同じ。これはいただけなかった。臭いの元は排水溝か？

宿泊費が安かった 好感を持てるスタッフさんだった

勘違いしたのかツインだと思ってたのにセミダブルで大人2人では狭かった これからは十分確認します

可もなく不可もなく。寝るだけなら十分。 スタッフの方は大変丁寧な方達だった。

ホテルの近くに低価格のコインパーキングがあり助かりました。金沢駅まで徒歩で行ける距離ですが静かで過ごしやすかったです。

部屋は狭かったですが、とても清潔でした ユニットバスの排水も問題ありませんでした 部屋に電子レンジがあったのは驚きました 加湿機能付き空気清浄機もありました 不足だと思った点は •綿棒があって欲しかった •お茶やコーヒーなど飲み物のサービスがない •湯沸かしポットはあるものの、カップやスプーンがない ( 頼めばあったのかもしれませんが ) 仕方なく洗面所にあった歯磨き用のカップで歯ブラシのえでかき回しました 少し駅から歩きますが大通りに面しているので 夜でも怖い思いはしませんでした

立地も良く、ストレスなく過ごせました。

駅から少し距離があり、近くにコンビニや飲食できるお店があまり多くないのですが、まあ便利です。

もう一度、泊まりたくはないかな〜朝食が無く、ホテルの 周辺でも食べる店が無く、困りました。 調べたら、たの地区での御ホテルには朝食付きも有るようなので、もう一度、宿泊して見ます。

For the price we got a very nice hotel room with plenty of amenities. It was small but clean and the staff were friendly, it was a bit hard to communicate because of the language barrier but that is to be expected. The location was also really great, 15 minute walk from Kanazawa station so overall great place!

The room was very small, just a bed, desk and a small bathroom, but it was very clean.

駅から遠い 駅前店で書いてほしくない

La chambre n était pas prête à 15h, j ai attendu jusqu’à 16h. Il y avait des sacs et autres choses dans le couloir, l endroit n était pas prêt pour recevoir des clients.

チェックイン可能と書いてある時間に清掃が完了しない可能性があると言われた。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはしてくれない。全体的にサービスレベルが低い。

浴室のシャワーカーテンがカビか酷かった

場所も良かったしパーキングも近くにあり、清潔で格安で良かったです。 一つだけ言うとしたらお風呂のカーテンを洗うか変えた方が良いです。 言う事はそれだけです。 あとは良かったです。

夜12時あたり、ベットで休んでいたら、急にガチャリと鍵があいて、知らない方が部屋に入ろうとしてこられました。えっ！怖い！と声を出したらごめんなさい間違えました！とおっしゃり出ていかれました。部屋はカードキーでしたが、カードって他の部屋と同じなんですか？ビックリしすぎてとても恐怖でした。

バスルームのカーテンのカビが残念でした

一番気になったのはシャワーカーテンのカビです。トイレ側からでは気づかなかったのですが、浴槽側にかなり広範囲に黒カビが発生していました。交換するレベルだと思います。 あと空気清浄機もホコリだらけだったので利用をやめました。 系列ホテルはこれまでも利用したことがありましたが、ここは次は使いたくないです。

ツインルームを一人で使用。 良かった点は、広くてとても満足。価格が安い。駅から近い。 悪い点は、空調口に埃が溜まっていた。一人なのにタオルや寝巻、アメニティ、カップまで4人分あり、無駄。受付の人の愛想が悪い。ネクタイが緩んでいた。

禁煙と喫煙の部屋が分かれていないのか、禁煙ルームを頼んだが、喫煙の部屋で部屋がタバコ臭かった。清掃が不十分で、ベッドの下にタバコが落ちていたり、忘れ物の靴下などがあった。 最大限のサービスが行き届いていないという印象。

全体的に普通の一般的なホテルです。 部屋が少しほこりっぽいところが残念でした。

如果由金澤站步行前往會有點距離，帶大型行李的話可能稍有不便。

I was very conveniently located near the train/bus station and close to stores and restaurants.

I would prefer a walk-in shower as I am short and have problems with my knees so getting into the deep bathtub was a problem.

Location is excellent . Very close to kanazawa station and Lawson, 7/11 & laundromat .

Extremely small bed . It says double bed but I wud say it's 1 & 1/2 half . We had a very hard time , with a 2 year old .

NOTHING.

Many things didn't go well... first of all the writing EKIMAE (in front of hotel in japanese lenguage) is misleading for the tourist/traveler as it is NOT in front of the station but a 12 minute walk away. but it's not the most serious thing. NOWHERE WHEN SOMEONE DO THE BOOKING IS IT WRITTEN THAT YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE AND THAT the reception is closed from 10.00pm to 1.00pm. the traveler who arrives on average in the morning to VISIT Kanazawa is forced to find a surprise... having to return to the station and leave his luggage in the lockers AND PAY FOR IT. plus on Saturday and Sunday the room costs 6 times as much as a normal day and in all this you don't have reception or service. there is no breakfast, you have no coffee, you have no water upon arrival. you have to pay for everything. if you write HOTEL I expect a HOTEL. instead they are rooms (tiny... but I'll get to that shortly) with poor service. the fact that you cannot leave your luggage in this place and that there is no reception open 24 hours a day is unacceptable. Travelers stay away from this property. we get to the room... 2 of us booked a room with a double bed, the bed was 1 and a half square and I could barely fit in it alone, and I have a normal body structure and height. after several attempts the staff gave me another room with 2 beds, slightly larger than the previous one. the fact that these inefficiencies are not reported is absurd for a structure at those prices in a very touristy place like Kanazawa. upon arrival the corridor was in a pitiful condition, dirty, like the lift and the lobby. carts outside the doors and towels everywhere. to access the room (taken in the afternoon) you had to slalom. I was disappointed and disconcerted by this "hotel" which has no very important information for travellers. I've never given bad reviews in Japan, it's the first time. we will never return to this "NON HOTEL" chain.

部屋が狭いかなぁ?

Very convenient to Kanazawa Station and other points of interest. Very clean with a lot of new items. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed, even spoke English!

Everything was good. The only thing is that the reception is closed until 13:00, so you can’t leave your luggage. In overall it’s good relation price quality.

This hotel does not meet the japanese definition of ekimae ("in front of the station") - it is more like a 10-minute walk away. The requirement to check-in before 10pm is also inconvenient for a business hotel.

412号室に泊まりました。浴室のカーテンの裏側、カビが生えていて臭かった！！カーテン、ちゃんと清掃していないのでは？また、窓がスクリーンカーテンで、使いずらかった！

金沢にお邪魔の際はまたとまります。

他のホテルと比べるのは不躾かもしれませんが、受付がとても簡素でこれで良いのか不安になりました。

リーズナブルに泊まれてありがたいです。このお値段なら満足です。

フロントが午後10時で終わってしまい、コインランドリーの洗剤を購入出来なかった。
