Everything is good, but due to location is too centralised, very noisy even during mid night & super early morning. We all can not sleep well.

Everything was perfect. Host was excellent. Only thins is maybe can consider sound proofing the unit because the since the location is at the centre of town, hence can hear the traffic even during night time

- riesige Ferienwohnung - bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre für kleine Familien v.a. nach längerer Reise in dem ansonsten unschönen Mersing - Einrichtung neuwertig mit tollem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle etc. - quadratisch, praktisch, gut - Schöner Blick auf den Fluß - Super Lage zur Jetty und Busbahnhof

- Einrichtung etwas lieblos ohne Bilder etc., kahle Wände - lautes großes Restaurant nebenan (bis in die Nacht hinein) - da hat natürlich die Ferienwohnung keinen Einfluß - WhatsApp-Kontakt gut - kurzer persönlicher Kontakt wäre nett gewesen

The location is perfect if you plan to go to Tioman or if you do islands hopping. There are many shops, cofee places, a KFC, Pizza hut and local restaurants at walking distance. We have tried the indian MYL restaurant down few steps away and their chease naan are super great. The communication with the owner deserves a 5 stars! Very fast and clear and extremly helpfull. We have received pictures on how to acces the key and this was very helpfull. He supported us with the parking for the car, very helpfull when you are in a foreigner country😁much appreciated the support! Thank you

Everything was great. You have the view on the river and this comes with a bit of noise when the boats are leaving. We where not disturbed by this, we head ear plugs.

Praktische Unterkunft, die perfekt für die Zwischenübernachtung für Tioman ist.

A great flat to stay before the ferry. Town, as many ports, is industrial - but had its charms. Briliant place for 1 night

The town itself not a place to stay long

The flat is lockated perfectly inbetween the city centre, the ferry harbour and the bus terminal. Everybody was happy with this great location; we would book it again for sure! The communication with the landlord was perfect and cooperative any time.

There is nothing to complain about!

In relatively good location and clean. Convenient for food.

Had difficulty opening the front gate and was not told there was a latch behind the gate we had to open. Too much noise through the night from the 24 hr mamak restaurant next door. Lots of bike noise from patrons coming and going.

Convenient for Ferry and Bus station. Excellent AC. Clean bathroom and kitchen.

The bed sheets are 100% synthetic and not that comfortable. Cotton in a hot climate would be nice! I was unsure they were clean, but the owner assured me they were.

Highly recommended. The owner is very nice and responsive. The TV can be bigger. Other than that, all are perfect. Suit for big family . Can stay for 10 pax and living room just nice for bonding.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable, cozy, strategic location, clean. The picture is the same as in the Web.

Cons: there is a restaurant downstairs open nearly 20 hours a day, at mid night very noisy as the people talking outloud and motorcycles sound. The window near kitchen and toilet do not provide curtain. There is always have people hanging around and fishing can simply peek inside. No privacy

The " Mat Rempits" seemed to be revving their bikes until 2-3am

The mattress in the 3rd floor is too hard . And good if you can add the blind or curtains at the kitchen’s window (see through from the river side) The rest are superb 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Clean, good condition, good beds and AC, 7min to Jetty

Would be perfect with wasching machine, big mirror and curtains (mostly blinds) - especially for the window in the floor.

The perfect location in Mersing if you plan to go on ferry to beautiful islands. Very close to Mersing jetty, a lot of shops, cafe nearby.

The bedroom windows jetty side might be a bit noisy. Not owner's fault, but there is one crowded café/ bar down the street.
