Prima kamer, goed bed, fijne douche en behulpzaam personeel. In- en uitcheck gemakkelijk en erg handig dat je gebruik kunt maken van bagagekluisjes. Slechts een paar minuutjes lopen naar de winkels en letterlijk tegenover het centraal station. Je krijgt ook nog een voucher voor een drankje.

The worst place we've ever been. The cleaner just invented a story just to get a tip out of us.

We didn't like the service and the way we've been treated by the personal. The mattress was very dirty underneath the sheets. One thing we're sure of that we never book again to this place.

Hele goede locatie, vlakbij het Centraal Station. Inchecken doe je online, er is geen receptie bij het hotel. Je krijgt een toegangscode voor de deur toegestuurd. Zeer comfortabel bed en ik had zelfs een koelkast in de kamer. Houd er alleen rekening mee, dat als je slecht ter been bent of met veel bagage reist: er is geen lift.

The staff at little duke were exceptional. We had a mixup with our booking and the team were extremely responsive and helpful to resolve the issue. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and we will stay here again in the future.

Die Unterkunft verdient die Bezeichnung "Hotel" NICHT! Es gibt KEIN PERSONAL. Online-Checkin ist nervig. Es gibt zwar eine freundliche Hotline, bei einem Aufenthalt in einem Hotel erwarte ich aber was anderes,- zumal der Preis jetzt auch kein Sonderangebot war. Das Zimmer tur Straße ist laut. Man kann mit einem Fahrzeug nicht vor das Haus fahren, was bedeutet, dass das Gepäck einen langen Weg bis zum Haus getragen werden muss. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, wohl aber seeeeehr steile Treppen. Sorry,- aber ich buchte einen Hotelaufenthalt, was ich bekam war eine Absteige.

Po pierwsze to lokalizacja hotelu. Blisko do centrum i co najważniejsze do centralnego dworca. Po drugie spokój panujący w obiekcie. Na pewno tam wrócę.

Víz forraló, kávéval és teával bekészítve, hűtő és bútorszéf is van a szobában. És BoJack Horseman is érdemel egy like-ot:) Minden nap takarítottak, kivitték a szemetet. Minden közlekedési lehetőség pár percre van (vonat, busz, Über). Éttermek, vásárlási lehetőség szintén a közelben pár percre.

Lekker knus. Ik had de kleinste kamer (10 m2) maar was precies genoeg voor in mijn eentje. Prima verblijf gehad voor die prijs en daardoor een leuk Efteling weekend beleeft!

Great location, close to the railway station. Didn’t receive an access code or any information by email in advance – online check-in doesn’t work like this! My room was a very small attic room; you couldn’t walk round the bed. Only one socket in the whole room, so water cooker could only be used when moved to the bathroom. The washbasin was the size of a toilet cistern. The air conditioning made an annoying noise, even when it was switched off. Very noisy. This room (no. 15 on the second floor) shouldn’t be let out as a normal hotel room. Absolutely no value for money!

Very near to railway station. So really good if you are travelling using train, speacially during odd hours. Checkin and check out is smooth.

De locatie was prettig voor het doel van ons verblijf.

De kamer kwam absoluut niet overeen met de foto's op de site. Dit viel erg tegen. Qua hygiëne vond ik het niet geweldig. De deken was warm en er lag geen dunnere deken waar we gebruik van konden maken. De airco maakt een nogal brommend geluid.

Het hotel zit op een goede locatie. Vlakbij het station en het centrum. En ondanks dat er geen receptie is zijn de medewerkers makkelijk te bereiken en wordt je goed geholpen ook al is het op afstand.

In de kamer hangen alleen overgordijnen. Inbetween gordijnen zou fijn zijn zodat je overdag geen inkijk hebt.

Location is absolutely perfect, and it's a lovely old building with a really interesting history. The cafe downstairs is friendly and obliging and do a mean coffee and cake - Den Bosch is city of cakes too.... There's not much you can do about the street noise, in fact I think it's important that a city is noisy.

A couple of things. I think it's smart to have blinds in big windows instead of thin curtains to keep the sun out, regardless of airco and in any case the window wouldn't shut fully, which negated the airco and, given the only thing across it was a metal bar, was a bit questionable. You could jump from that window! The thing that spoiled the stay for two normally very easy going travellers was the fact that the kettle (a small cheap one) seemed to trip the switch when boiling and left us without any power. Luckily it was midsummer so we could see to wash, , but it was all a bit frustrating. There were a LOT of power points in that room. But when we reported, the damned Runnr AI assistant could only repeat meaningless phrases like "our front desk is already on it and will update you as soon as possible" - well, they weren't! We heard two hours later from an actual human (I presume a human, texting) after we'd checked out. Not good. Please get a quality kettle that isn't going to spill water everywhere when it's boiling - even half full - and maybe see if the window can shut better, and get a human when needed. It's a shame as otherwise we'd have enjoyed our stay.

Best location I could hope for in Den Bosch, few minutes walk from the central station and the only grocery shop open after 7pm. Good value for money. Rooms are lovely yet a bit smaller than the photos. Self-check in is very quick and straight forward. Was worried about the lack of staff but comms on whatsapp were instant and helpful. Our A/C broke on our second day and we were immediately offered another (bigger) room plus a generous refund for our troubles. Shout out to the great and friendly cleaners who keep the space spotless!

Die Lage war erstklassig und die ganze Umgebung wirklich sehr schön und ordentlich. Trotz der Nähe das Hauptbahnhofs, war alles sehr freundlich und sicher. Das Parkhaus war direkt schräg über die Straße am Hauptbahnhof und alles war sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage konnte man bei den um die 30° sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr gut gebrauchen.

Trotz Beschwerde über Haare auf dem Boden und im Kühlschrank ist das Reinigungspersonal nicht noch einmal gekommen. Das finde ich für fast 200 € die Nacht nicht in Ordnung. Es gibt null Luxus und null Service. Der Self Checkin hat allerdings sehr gut geklappt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein aber darüber möchte ich mich nicht beschweren, denn es ist ein sehr altes Haus und mit den Gegebenheiten ist sehr gut gearbeitet worden. Insgesamt finde ich dafür, dass es keinen Service gibt und keine Extras sowohl kein Frühstück und keinen Aufenthaltsraum viel zu teuer! Wir hatten Glück, dass das Wetter gut war, aber bei schlechtem Wetter würde einem in diesem Hotel auf jeden Fall das Dach auf den Kopf fallen. Das Café direkt nebenan war auch sehr gut.

Нікому не раджу цій готель. Заселили нас тільки в 17.00. Це не готель, це хостел по ціні готелю. Номер маленький, тільки ліжко поміщається. Білизна і полотенце застірані, на підлозі якийсь старий коричневого кольору лінолеум. Сніданків немає. Нам сказали, що за 15 євро ми можемо поснідати в кафе на першому поверсі, але воно було повне іншими туристами не з готелю, сказали чекати годину. Паркінг міський біля вокзалу 20 євро. Ще й півночі якісь пʼяні кричали біля вокзалу. Взагалі, ті фото що представлені на сайті, не вірні, або зроблені в іншому їх готелі, або в такому ракурсі, що кімнати здаються кращі.

De ligging is perfect. Letterlijk de straat oversteken bij het station. Inchecken vond ik een beetje spannend maar verliep voorspoedig. Alles wees zich vanzelf.

De hygiëne van w.c. en badkamer was acceptabel maar kan zeker beter.

Verlichting op de kamer. boven tv helemaal geen spot. en maar 1 stoel op de kamer. WC pot voor de was tafel is niet prettig.

We had a fantastic stay at the Little Duke Hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and perfectly quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. Huge thanks to the staff for accommodating all our special requests and room preferences prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

De locatie zo aan het station is geweldig. Het bed was schoon en comfortabel. Je hebt zicht op een mooie straat.

De kamer en zeker de badkamer zijn erg klein. Als je de gordijnen open doet heeft de straat volledig zicht op jou. Je kunt voor 15 uur moeilijk alvast je bagage kwijt.

The location, very convenient to the station and a short walk from the centre of town and the market The town is lovely and there are some lovely restaurants in the town. I must say, the only thing about the property which was likeable was the location. The property is an appropriate term because Duke definitely isn’t a hotel-and that is disappointing for first time in the area! It felt like staying in a Hostel but for a price of a 3-star hotel!

Stating that we can leave luggage at the coffee lab felt odd because when we asked to leave luggage they came across as having nothing to do with you. We loved the coffee lab though! Since we also had to do admin work with checking in we cannot rate staff questions! Unfortunately this is not a property I could refer anyone staying!

Well positioned and close to the train and bus stations so that was good. The room had needed facilities and the balcony was a nice addition. Bedding was nice and everything was clean. The check in and out process was simple and efficient

The chat bot assistant was neither useful nor constructive. It went through steps to ask me for services and I requested an ironing board and iron which it did not understand. This went to a real person which then denied my request. As I was on business this was needed items. The internal mini room before my actual room had no acoustic padding so it was very loud when someone was leaving or exiting from another room.

Excellent location close to the railway station and the old town district. However if this is your first visit you should know there are two Duke hotels both in two different locations. I mention because there's no one at reception so it took me ages to work out why the check in terminal couldn't find my reservation. My room was on the second floor. Steep staircase, no elevator. It's located under the roof (attic). Although there's a double bed in my opinion the room has just enough space for one person. With a double bed you can't walk around either side of the bed. Other minor shortcomings. An electric kettle is provided but there's no electric plug to plug it in. I had to use the bathroom plug. A small spot LED light above the mirror in the bathroom would help shavers see what they're doing. The room rate €164 is outrageous

Van treincoupé naar hotelkamer was 5 minuten tijd. Dat was voor mij ideaal. Makkelijk inchecken ook :) Ik heb het iedereen aanbevolen; ik vond het echt ideaal en de kamer vond ik ook smaakvol ingericht! De prijs was erg goed voor de locatie/kwaliteit.

mijn bagage kon ik nergens stallen aangezien ik de kamer uit moest voor een bepaald tijdstip voor een congres. Daardoor was de plek waar ik mijn bagage kon laten nog niet open. Ook heel begrijpelijk, maar anders had ik hem graag ergens neergelegd.

Great location, clean room.

Small room with a big bed made it a struggle for storage, and to make it worthwhile using the high stool. Also, mattress was prone to sliding off the base. Needed a pole to be able to open the window. The shelf was only really big enough for what was already on it and not much else. Would make it a single room, smaller bed and better storage and more comfortable.

De locatie is top! Heel dichtbij het station. Naast het hotel zit een goede koffietent. Je kan zelf inchecken dus dat gaat heel snel. Het is een fijne kamer.

Option of early check in (although Coffee Lab was very accommodating about storing luggage), a better coffee machine in the room.

The location was perfect, near the station and the center. We had 4 single rooms. In two rooms the bathroom had a bad smell (10 and 12). In one room the mattress had a big hole (15) and the bathroom faucet did not work. The other beds were fine.

Location was perfect, Atmosphere is fine, room was basic but good. Value was great. I really liked that I could leave the luggage at a locker, felt very safe. The room was really clean. Noise level was not okay. You could hear the bnging of the closing doors and guests being really loud. In the morning same story, sounded like banging doors but it was just the cleaners (really friendly btw) I wanted to lock the door for a more safe feeling but I couldn't. Service was good, the self check in was user friendly and nice to be able to call a real person with questions. An extra lock on the door would be really convenient. Maybe some extra coffee/tea/milk/sugar/sweetner.

The hotel is situated on a very nice place and in a very nice building. And I think that is all positive I can mention about it. When I entered, the check in system did not work. When I made a phone call to get assistance, it took over 10 minutes before the call was answered. That did not feel very welcoming. My room was small, which is oké. The bed was very bad. The matras had a 'hole' in the middle, so I had a rough night. And in the morning my back was really sore and I did not feel rested at all. And that is such a shame, because the only thing I really needed was a welcoming place and a good bed.

De kamer was klein en niet naar behoren schoon. Daarnaast was de kamer erg gehorig, wat ons comfort aanzienlijk heeft verminderd. Gezien de prijs die wij voor de kamer hebben betaald, vinden wij dat de kwaliteit niet in verhouding stond. Met name het bed was een groot minpunt. De topper verschoof voortdurend en het matras vertoonde duidelijke kuilen, wat heeft geleid tot een slechte nachtrust.
