The sink drain hole was rusty, the water didn't drain quickly enough. TV reception was poor. Couldn't watch any programme without interference. The entry door was very heavy to use. Restaurants are mostly Malay food or cuisine, thus there is a lack of choices.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Location close to Singapore. But rate is still cheap. Other place will be quite expensive ady. Got lift. Clean. Staff nice. When I head out, he will ask if I want room service. Got parking. It's the public car park rate. But night parking is free. Just need to come earlier so u have parking, or else u need to park a bit far. Got shops along the row like Watson, big pharmacy, mixue(?), dobi..
You pay what u get. I called the staff prior, My room no window. But I still book it cause this is the most valued stay by location and condition. just turn on air conditioning and ventilator u will be fine. Very comfortable for the rate. Still recommend it if u are budgeted but want a worry free stay. Thumbs up

Its rundown. There was a big crack between the wall n roof making me felt unsafe. This room shd not be used to accommodate guests. The toilet lid was broken, the white towels has changed color to almost brown.
