Everything but the staff go over and above

We liked everything about it. The staff were so amazing and kind. We got there early and they kept our bags while our rooms were being prepared. We loved the swimming pool! And all the food at this restaurant was great (breakfasts and Ala carte menu). We did amazing spa treatments! Big shout out to Sintya, who was really great and helpful!

We have no complaints!

Staff were great. Hotel was very peaceful and relaxing. Cocktails were delicious.

Hot water ran out everyday after a very short period. Multiple meals were cold when ordering through room service.

The hotel was clean and nice, and the location was pretty good.

The staff were excessively nice, which felt insincere, and they all spoke in an annoying, high-pitched tone. Upon departure, we were falsely accused of consuming items from the minibar. The pool needs renovation and a deep clean, and the lagoon room is definitely not worth it.

It was clean, excellent breakfast, fun to have darts, pool and table foot all, nice staff.

Just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle, and a 5 min walk to the beach, otherwise all good.

The karaoke and the pool had everything I needed to keep my daughter busy it was perfect definitely would come here again

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The layout of the pool was fantastic. Had couples massage and that was amazing

Everything was great, only thing I would say was the sizes of bar food was a little small. But besides that what an amazing experience.

Огромный минус: МАТРАСЫ. Ужасные. Спишь как на железных нарах. Повернуться нельзя, все скрипит, сразу просыпаешься. Не выспалась вообще. Спать там неделю не представляю как.

The hotel is really amazing and the stuff is very friendly, especially the Reception team Kaila,Dina and Iranda They were really helpful, always smiling and they get me very nice sweet. I really appreciate the service and the atmosphere of the hotel and the location was perfect. It’s five minute to the beach and restaurants. I recommend this hotel very much different. I will come back soon again.

Pas grand chose

Très décevant — photos trompeuses, propreté inadmissible et prestations à revoir Sincèrement, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Les photos présentées sur internet ne sont clairement plus représentatives de l’état actuel de l’établissement. Prenez les photos actuelles et ajoutez-y facilement une dizaine d’années… Voilà à quoi ressemble réellement l’hôtel aujourd’hui. La chambre a été notre plus grosse déception. Nous avions une chambre située directement face à la piscine et, dès notre arrivée, l’état de propreté laissait vraiment à désirer. Il y avait des traces de doigts sur les vitres, des cheveux dans la douche ainsi que dans les draps, des taches suspectes sur la literie et même un vieux mégot de cigarette sur le balcon. Le sol de la douche était particulièrement sale et huileux, comme s’il n’avait tout simplement pas été nettoyé après le passage du précédent client. Ce n’est pas une question d’attendre un standing 5 étoiles : la propreté est quand même le minimum attendu dans un hôtel. J’ai déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 2 étoiles en France qui étaient bien plus propres que celui-ci. Et concernant la baignoire, autre mauvaise surprise : uniquement de l’eau froide, donc complètement inutile. Impossible de prendre un bain. La douche, quant à elle, avait de l’eau chaude, mais les jets partaient dans tous les sens et étaient franchement désagréables. La piscine n’était pas beaucoup mieux. Il y avait énormément de feuilles et même des algues dans l’eau. Quand on voit l’état général de la chambre et de la piscine, on se demande réellement si l’entretien de l’établissement est fait correctement. Le petit-déjeuner est également à éviter. Nous avions choisi un menu comprenant soi-disant des pâtisseries. Au moment du petit-déjeuner, on nous explique finalement que les « pâtisseries » correspondent en réalité à du pain grillé… Rien à voir avec ce qui était annoncé. Après l’avoir signalé, on nous a finalement apporté un croissant.

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The hotel rooms were spacious, very clean and really comfortable beds! Big pool with swim up bar, karaoke and a whole sports bar with live sport playing daily. The whole stay felt very safe and welcoming. Loved it all

Viešbutis nėra blogas, viešnagė buvo nebloga. Pusryčiams patiekiamas neblogas maistas. Baseinas yra šalia terasos, todėl iš kambario labai patogu jį pasiekti. Viešbutis tinkamas ramiam poilsiui.

Baseino darbo laikas – labiausiai nuvylė tai, kad baseinu negalima naudotis kada nori. Grįžus po visos dienos išvykos norisi atsipalaiduoti ir įšokti į baseiną, kuris yra prie pat terasos, tačiau vakare jis jau būna uždarytas. Kava per pusryčius neįskaičiuota. Pusryčiams patiekiamos sultys, tačiau kavos nėra – jei jos norisi, reikia už ją papildomai susimokėti. Tai gana keista, nes daugeliui žmonių kava yra viena svarbiausių pusryčių dalių. Ilgas pusryčių laukimas. Maisto tenka laukti gana ilgai, kol jis būna atneštas. Trūksta gultų prie baseino. Jei ateini vėliau, gali nebegauti laisvo gulto, ypač kai prie baseino susirenka daugiau žmonių. Kai kurie gultai yra sulūžę, o čiužinių ant gultų taip pat nepakanka. Teko gulėti ant sulūžusio gulto, kurio viduryje buvo didelė įduba, todėl buvo labai nepatogu. Nepatogi viešbučio vieta. Iki geresnių kavinių, restoranų ar lankytinų vietų reikia gana ilgai eiti arba važiuoti.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Syntia, I hope I spelled your name correctly — we will never forget you! Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality, kindness, and all your help. A special thank you as well to my lovely friends, the girls working at the restaurant. You were all amazing! The location, facilities, breakfast, and especially the staff were fantastic. The only small downside was that the music was a little too loud at times, but other than that, everything was wonderful. I’m actually staying here again later this month, which says a lot about how much I enjoyed my stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back! ❤️

Swim up bar and pool side service was great. Breakfast was made fresh and very nice.

On arrival there was a used needle in the bathroom bin. We informed staff and it was removed immediately. Shower wasn’t great but still worked.

We verbleven 3 dagen in Channgu in het Sense Beach Hotel. Het was super, de kamer zag er mooi en schoon uit, het personeel is hier echt heel erg vriendelijk, het eten was heerlijk en het zag er ook nog is geweldig uit !

Je n’ai pas vraiment aimé la localisation, on est à Canggu mais quand même à 20min en voiture des centres d’intérêt (par exemple La Brisa)

Hello we only had one breakfast at sense and unfortunately my daughters fruit platter was wriggling with maggots or some sort of larvae. So that put us off Cooked meals were nice .

Room toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly, around back of toilet seat not very clean, extraction fan in my bathroom did not work, stains on clean linen. Stains on pool towels.

Friendly and attentive staff. We both got Bali belly during our stay sadly, but were helped out going to a hospital/calling in a doctor, very kindly.

A little noisy, music & karaoke on by the pool everyday and rooms are not sound proof (was maybe worse as we were unwell and trying to sleep in the daytime)

Breakfast was a set menu with good options. Food portions were good.

Pretty aggressive upselling from employees, trying to get you to book treatments and experiences through you. It is a 20 minute walk if you want to get in to the main area of Canggu.

My husband and I have stayed 4 times now and always happy with the staff and rooms. Cynthia is fantastic and always has a smile for everyone and nothing is a problem. The new sports bar is excellent for anyone looking to watch their weekend sports.

Amazing stay, this was my second time here, location is close to the beach, staff are great, its near restaurants, food is good, drinks are reasonable and the pool area is lovely, I'll definitely be back again

The staff were wonderful , nice roo. With balcony. Quiet street , 10 mins walk to beach. Not a swimming beach but nice to walk on , several great restrunts in the street ..

It was a bit loud, not due to the hotel of course, but some big groups of people were pretty loud

It was a lovely stay. Just like on the photos. Not far from la brisa, the beach and restaurants. With bike it's about 8 minutes to the centre where you have a lot of shops, restaurants, spas, nail and hairsalons. The room was kept clean everyday. Everything was nice and clean. The staff are super friendly and nice so please leave a good tip for them! They help you with your luggages when you arrive and when you leave. They can also arrange a cab to take you to Uluwatu or other places. The pool was really nice and clean. It was not super crowded at the pool so that was nice to have the pool sometimes to ourselves. They charge you for the mini bar if you drink or eat from it so keep that in mind. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend it! 10/10 for sure.
