Our room was located on the ground floor. In the early mornings the cleaning staff made a lot of noise by talking to each other loudly. We couldn’t get a good sleep in early mornings.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026- Great location. Most attractions are a short walking distance away. Tram 28 stops around the corner - Straight forward check in / check out - Friendly receptionist staff - Comfortable bed - Two complementary mini bottles of desert wine were in the room which was nice
- Photos advertised appear to be altered / edited as the room and bathroom were a bit rough around the edges in person. There was scuff marks on the floor, dirt around the sink faucets, specks of black mould on the walls underneath the windows - Cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the mornings. There was one morning where they were shouting down the corridor to one another for a long period of time which was quite disruptive

Bagno non all’altezza della camera, box doccia rovinato e bisognava fare attenzione alla direzione del getto d’acqua per non allagare tutto il bagno. Inoltre c’era sempre un forte odore di umido e non era molto pulito.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La struttura è comodissima perché è vicina al Barrio alto, dove ci sono i locali dove si intrattengono i ragazzi. All’interno della struttura c’era una distributore d’acqua gratuito per poter riempire le bottigliette, molto comodo.
Il bagno è in comune e questo è specificato per alcune camere, ho visto che viene pulito ogni giorno però purtroppo non sempre ha un buon odore e una sera ho trovato ben due scarafaggi. Si potrebbe fare meglio

room was a bit stuffy. window bars were a turn off, bathroom got very wet using shower and had no ventilation fan. Had to keep windows open for air and street was loud in the early morning with trucks. Would have been nice if a fan was provided.

The facility is not quite there yet. Cleanliness was barely ok. The room stank of mold and without AC. The bed had a weird extra mattress under it, on the floor (?). Staff was friendly when spoken to, but not warm or inviting to talk to.

Zona perfetta nel pieno centro storico, a 10 minuti dalla fermata metro Baixa-Chiado con numerose fermate per tram e autobus nelle vicinanze, e tranquilla nonostante le numerose sagre tradizionali presenti nel mese di giugno a Lisbona nella nostra camera non si sentiva volare una mosca. All'ingresso era presente un erogatore di acqua fredda che è stato essenziale con quel caldo.
La ragazza in reception non capiva molto l'inglese, avevamo chiesto di poter posticipare il check-in dopo le 17 e ci è stato detto "ok, venite alle 2". Sulla prenotazione c'era scritto che era presente il condizionatore in camera arrivate lì il loro "condizionatore" è un ventilatore a colonna. Per fortuna di notte si è dormito bene con le finestre aperte, anche se consiglierei l'installazione di zanzariere.

Que la habitación doble superior tenía una luz en el vestidor y que se encendía al pasar. Y que si por la noche te levantas al aseo, te daba un resplandor incómodo. El aseo estaba con mucha humedad y poca ventilación. Espero que tengan en cuenta estos comentarios para mejorar.

Alla reception una ragazza ci ha accolto con una freddezza mai riscontrata, le ho chiesto io gli orari della colazione: occorreva strapparle con la pinza le informazioni. Detto questo la stanza, denominata Oriente, non è molta curata negli arredi e nella pulizia. Assente aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Il materasso è vecchio oppure molto economico a molle sul quale è stato applicato un materassino memory form; comunque letto molto scomodo. Il bagno senza finestra con ventola rumorosa che emana cattivi odori, non so da dove provengono.In ogni caso il bagno è sporco. Sul pavimento molti capelli lunghi che ho raccolto con carta igienica bagnata. La doccia funziona solo il doccino. Le ascigamani piccole, non teli doccia. Per 294 euro due notti si è pagata forse solo la posizione nel Bairro Alto a 10 min a piedi dal quartiere Chiado? Discreta la colazione con una ragazza molto gentile che raccoglieva le richieste delle bevande. Reviewed May 17, 2026Die Lage war gut mitten im Bairro Alto, in einer kleinen Gasse versteckt. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Zum Schlafen ist es ruhig.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG, zum Innenhof, mit kleinen Fenstern, also keine Aussicht und wenig Tageslicht. Leider gibt es Kakerlaken im Bad! Das hat den positiven Eindruck getrübt.

Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss, angrenzend an den Frühstücksraum. Es war sehr hellhörig. In unserem Zimmer konnte man zwei kleine Fenster öffnen, trotzdem roch es extrem muffig und feucht. Im Bad war die Dusche undicht, sodass das Wasser schon mal den Boden halb unter Wasser setzte, in der Toilette lief kontinuierlich etwas Wasser, die Toilette hatte eine Klobrille bekommen, die leider gar nicht auf die Toilette passte. Schade mit dem unangenehmen Geruch. Wenn wir ein anderes Zimmer gehabt hätten, würde ich eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen. Bei diesem Zimmer befürchte ich, dass das gesundheitlich fraglich ist.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026De locatie was ideaal! Dichtbij alle restaurantjes en uitgaansleven, maar toch ver genoeg om het lawaai niet te horen. De kamer was niet erg groot en badkamerdeur gaf niet heel veel privacy, maar het was allemaal goed genoeg voor een aantal nachten. De kamers waren schoon, iedere dag schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. Ontbijt was niet super uitgebreid, maar goed genoeg. Lekkere koffie, roereitje en verse broodjes.

Les 4 marches pour accéder à la salle de bain sont pas pratiques, surtout la nuit ! La cabine de douche et le meuble sont vétustes. Les meubles dans la chambre sont inappropriés. Il faut poser la bouilloire par terre ou sur le radiateur pour pouvoir la brancher. Je n’aime pas les vitres teintées, on ne profite pas de la vue extérieure. C’est mieux des rideaux. Il faut sortir et contourner l’immeuble par le trottoir pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle du petit dej.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Von außen absolut unscheinbar. Innen wunderschön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum winzigen Innenhof, Milchglas, aber absolut ruhig. Dies ist uns immer das wichtigste. Mit einem 3qm Vorzimmer zum Fenster mit Extra-Stuhl/-Tisch und Kaffeemaschine u. Kühlschrank. Quasi Mini-Veranda, nur ohne Blick. Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Temperatur im Ende April kein Thema.
Es sind hellhörige Zimmer/Holzböden, aber alle im Hotel waren ruhig.
