Location was good - near the town and walkable to the shops.

The apartment was clean but the Towles were not good they had holes on them and the bunk beds were so loud and not comfortable to sleep.

Appartement bien équipé, dommage qu'il soit situé dans une zone peu animé. Néanmoins possibilité de manger à l'hôtel Killarney tout proche .

L'envoi très tardif des codes d'accès, plus d'une heure après l'heure d'arrivée annoncée, donc obligation de téléphoner, pas facile si on maîtrise mal l'anglais

Les fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas dans les chambres et qui ne se ferment pas dans la salle. Pas d'eau chaude le deuxième jour.

appartement spacieux et bien agencé. Bonne communication avec les hôtes.

manque un peu d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. la fenêtre d'une des salles de bain ne fermait pas (humidité et bruit)

It was clean, large and had all facilities needed for a 2 night stay.

View of rubbish and skip from lounge window not the best. Could do with a drying rack as there was a good washing machine. A little more TLC would be good.

Die Lage ist gut, Parkplatz vor der Haustür, ins Zentrum ca. 25 Minuten Gehzeit. Die Größe der Wohnung ist sehr gut (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer plus 1 extra WC). Netter und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter (Organisation Wäscheständer).

Leider ist der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung sehr desolat und schmutzig. Kaputte Möbel, schmutzige Fugen, KEINE Matratzenschoner, die Balkontür (Schiebetür) konnte nicht abgesperrt werden!!

Appartement très bien, calme, lits confortables mais les toilettes d'une chambre ne fonctionnais pas. Pas trop gênant vu qu'il y avait 3 toilettes dans l appartement. Le plus gênant a été le manque d'eau chaude et le manque d ustensiles pour la cuisine et pas de cafetière.

Plumbing was broken, water leaking across wiring. Toilets broken. The check in process was difficult, and response times were very slow.

Pavimento sporco e appicicoso. Dettagli poco curati e arredi e finiture di scarsa qualità o rotti. Seggioloni per bambini non disponibili. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere per l’asciugacapelli che ci è stato fornito al secondo giorno di soggiorno.

En general todo estaba muy bien.

Nice, big and bright

The apartment building is not that great, but the apartment is really nice and spacious

sommige dingen waren verouderd of versleten, al was alles wel schoon. Ik kreeg de indruk dat de appartementen regelmatig door arbeiders gebruikt werden. Maar wat vooral jammer was, was dat het uitzicht op de parkeerplaats met een enorme container die uitpuilde van het afval van de flat erachter. De bewoners van dat blok hingen veel rond bij de ingang en maakten 's avonds ook nogal wat lawaai. Ik kreeg daar niet echt een vakantiegevoel van.

Quizás los colchones un tanto blandos para mi gusto, pero bien.

Quiet. Private. Comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We didn’t stay long enough

Dear Wild Atlantic Apartments Management, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding our recent booking and to request the immediate refund that we were advised we would receive after being forced to leave the apartment due to serious cleanliness, hygiene and safety concerns. We arrived yesterday to collect the keys and were extremely shocked by the condition of the apartment. It was damp and dirty, and there were serious issues that made us feel that the property was not suitable or safe to stay in. Among the issues we encountered were: ● Stains throughout the mattresses. ● Mould visible on the ceiling. ● What appeared to be blood stains on the pillows. ● A strong damp and unclean environment. ● People hanging around the hallways, which contributed significantly to our feeling of being unsafe. These were not minor inconveniences or issues that could reasonably be overlooked. The condition of the accommodation raised genuine concerns about hygiene, health and safety. We therefore immediately contacted the supervisor and explained the situation. We made it very clear that we did not feel safe staying in the apartment and that, given the condition of the property and the apparent health hazards, we wanted to cancel our stay and move to a hotel. Importantly, the supervisor agreed with our decision to leave and explained the procedure we needed to follow in order to obtain our refund. We were specifically instructed to: 1. Contact Ross in the office by telephone to explain what had happened. 2. Submit a refund request through Booking.com. We followed these instructions as advised. We have now received an email from Booking.com stating that the refund has been denied, despite the fact that we did exactly what your supervisor instructed us to do and left the property because of conditions that were clearly unacceptable. I subsequently contacted the call centre again and spoke with Alex.

Peu de pression d'eau pour la douche.

Appartamento ampio e ben attrezzato situato all'interno di un complesso residenziale silenzioso e con parcheggio assicurato.

Lo scarico dei water era poco efficace, occorreva azionarlo più volte. Anche la gestione del riscaldamento dell'acqua sanitaria era complicata, un paio di docce le abbiamo fatte fredde.

The apartment had plenty of room and 2 bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchen. The check in was easy and Cian who looks after you is an absolute pleasure to deal with. You can walk into town also.

That people can buzz your apartment in the night to be let in (although most normal people would not do that) and you can’t open the door from your apartment anyway.

Posizione fantastica per fare il ring of Kerry e la penisola di Dingle. Possibile parcheggiare all’interno. Appartamento enorme e letti molto comodi.

Odore di fumo in sala; in giornate piovose, si fatica ad asciugare i vestiti bagnati.

Killarney is a very beautiful city

All was good

Location was good.. and silent rooms.

The room had two bathroom, one of the bathroom's shower was not draining any water. We all had to take turns and shower, the last two had to take cold showers because hot water had finised and was no way to understand how to turn on. There were some spiders in the apartment that my niece got very scared of. The sofa in the living room was warn out.

The apartment was the perfect size a good location

The beds aren’t the most comfortable but everything else is perfect

Great value for money. Nice big apartment could easily fit 5/6 people. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Cian who showed us around, set timers for our hot water, and allowed us to stay an extra 2 hours passed check out time.

Only thing is the distance to the town. It’s an awkward distance if you’re going out in town and walking to and from (20/25mins) so we had to get taxis which were about €15 each way

Riesiges appartement. Unkomplizierter check in mit Schlüsselbox. Waschmaschine gratis inklusive. Sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequemes Bett. Sehr liebevoll gedeckter Tisch zum Empfang.

Oberflächen in der Küche könnten sauberer sein.

Standardní kvalita irských ubytování, která je na nižší úrovni než kvalita ubytování ve střední Evropě.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was huge and had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and gave us a tour and great info about the facilities.

We had the best night ever. We were just sorry we weren't staying longer. But we will be back for sure.

Good value for a family of 5. Roomy and spacious. Had two bathrooms which was helpful for a larger group.

Never had face to face contact with any staff, although they were fairly quickly responsive when messaged. The washer/dryer combo was frustrating to use as it did not dry clothes well. Could have used access to fans for airflow when sleeping, especially as our unit was on the ground floor and did not feel safe to leave windows open. Would have liked to have had more serviettes/napkins/paper towels and a larger trash can but it all worked out!

Overall our stay was pleasant. Apartments are spacious, clean and newly decorated. Fully functioning kitchen. Guy at reception was very friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and shower had great pressure. Good location.

Buildings look like office blocks. Staff should have a basic uniform or at least a tshirt with logo. Apartment was perfect for a place to stay for the night, I wouldn't consider it luxury by any means. Although apartment was in good condition there was some small details that just took away from the overall experience. I would say this is a good spot for large families that need budget accommodation for exploring Killarney or groups like a stag or hen.

Mattresses are NOT comfortable at all, they sink you down and you wake up with a bad backache. The shower dial doesn’t work properly. They need a business partner who cares about customer experience!
