La atención es amena

Durante mi estancia no funcionó la televisión y no había cable ni internet en la TV durante los tres dias de estadía

Cama, ar condicionado.. enfim, bem confortável. Funcionários muito gentis

gostei de tudo.

De prachtige koloniale stijl en plek van het hotel De ruime kamer. Airco en ventilator Compacte badkamer maar compleet Basic ontbijt maar voldoende Behulpzaam personeel

Het kleine bed en bewegen van matras Voor 1 nacht niet zo'n probleem

Servicio de limpieza, privado, desayunos muy ricos.

Que la piscina no tenía una pérgola o un techo para evitar el fuerte sol de Cartagena

Muy céntrico a un paso de todo

Muy sencilla y sin ventana exterior

. La cama aunque los baños están dentro de la habitación abierto el techo y sin ventilacion.

1 muy desagradable la persona que nos recibió. 2 nos cobraron un impuesto . 2 no nos ayudaron con las maletas el ascensor dañado. El desayuno regular . Y nos robaron justo en la esquina del hotel

El hotel está bien ubicado.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y se ven algo descuidadas.

La ubicación . El desayuno. El hotel la terraza todo muy cuidado. El Hoyel está estratégicamente bien ubicado para conocer el ambiente nocturno de Cartagena. Cerca del muelle.

Para mí está todo súper bien. Volvería. Las habitaciones más económicas son muy chiquitas.

La ubicación genial. El hotel es precioso.

Por decir algo, la ducha no tiene nada de presión. Un poco regulara.

petit déjeuner très correct. l'emplacement est idéal. Un personnel disponible, très dévoué, efficace, compétent et d'une grande gentillesse. L'hôtel est propre.

Notre chambre etait un petit peu petite. Il manquerait de quoi poser les valises si vous avez 2 valises (ou deux gros sacs à dos). Il manquerait également une chaise. La penderie était petite pour deux personnes.

Malé a nepohodlné velmi měkké postele.. hotel inzerujete parkování ale je nutno si zajistit parkování někde v okolí a to je jen na placených parkovištích další kapitola je bazén tedy spíše větší vana - neodpovídá fotkám a navíc ve vodě plavaly dlouhé vlasy, lehátka jen 2 bez polštářů a sedačky na terase také jen konstrukce bez polštářů.. Snídaně je velmi průměrná Rozhodně nic neodpovídá inzerovanému ani 4⭐️ cena neodpovídá kvalitě nabízeného

A great hotel just on the edge of Getsemani, perfect as it's quiet but just close enough to access all of the bars, shops and restaurants in a short walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful. There is hot water in the shower (for those that don't know not every hotel/apartment in Cartagena has hot water)

Location was strategically well placed to walk around hystorical places (walled city and San Felipe castle)

The breakfast can have more options, if you’re a colombian citizen but you are another country resident who doesn’t do taxes in Colombia, make sure you are patient enough to discuss with the counter represantive acout the tax deduction (1 - 2 hrs) and have your tax declaration with you

Très bel hôtel, personne très sympathique. Situation idéale. Climatisation efficace et chambre propre.

Localização boa no Getsemani, do lado da parte amuralhada, podendo fazer tudo a pé. Instalações confortáveis e ambiente acolhedor, bonita decoração colonial. Pequena piscina e jacuzzi no rooftop bem agradável. Café da manhã bom. Boa limpeza.

Atendimento seco e frio da recepção. Pouca disposição para informações requisitadas. A questão que me incomodou muito foi o preço cobrado da estadia que divergiu bastante do que informava o site da booking. Foi o único hotel que aconteceu isso até hoje. Mesmo questionando disseram que era por conta do câmbio do dia, que mesmo assim divergia do câmbio oficial do dia.

Some of the staff were nice and helpful, others less, but none were terrible. The hotel is small, but well kept.

Location. There are way better locations as this is on the limit of the walled city and does not feel very safe and is very dirty. Really a shame... One of the people in our group had their necklace yanked right off their neck by someone on a motorcycle about 100 feet from the hotel. When we went walking to the walled city and the historic center, there were much prettier areas that felt a lot safer and were more pleasant.

I read lots of complaints, but we booked a superior room, with king size bed, soundproof windows, nice bathroom and comfortable space. It was 100 %. Breakfast very good and perfect location, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket, shopping centers, etc.

Lack of hygienic douche (as in all hotels in Colombia).

L’emplacement est tout à fait optimal au cœur de Getsemanie sans les nuisances sonores inhérentes au quartier. L’hôtel lui même est très agréable et le personnel de service du petit dejeuner très aimable.

Professional receptionist, NOT the management.

I booked two nights in this hotel. I requested a change of the dates through booking.com, and the price was less this time. I messaged them and they suggested to have a private chat by WhatsApp. They never approved the change of dates on Booking, only by WhatsApp, telling me that the price will be the original one and not what Booking.com was showing. The receptionist was very nice and professional, I asked please to ask for clarification and they called Kiara. She told me that she was too busy to speak on the phone she was eating at 8pm. No attempt of communication was done. After trying to explain my concerns she did non stop interrupting, politely asked her to please explain all at once until she called me rude and claiming that I don't need any kind of clarification: " this is how it was no matter what was showing in the website" ( I had screenshots). "Así son las cosas, maleducado ". The lack of professionalism, service customer, communication and leadership goes above any limits with Kiara. The abuse of power she shows when dealing with their guest is ridiculous. I will never go back to this place, what a awful experience. Facilities are ridiculous, nice picture with a wide angle of the pool, no more than 4 people can get in at once. Plugs not working. Hair dryer not working. Breakfast was "ok" and the cooks were nice too.

La buena ubicacion, no hay ruido cercano y se puede descansar. Esta cerca de muchos lugares turisticos para no desplazarte en transporte. El desayuno delicioso.

Me cobraron extra una bebida que no abri , las instalaciones son muy pequeñas.

It would be helpful to have the option for early check-in, and I found that the water pressure in the shower could be improved. Additionally, providing a microwave in the room or offering guests access to the kitchen at all times would be a convenient feature. Also, ensuring the mini-bar is consistently refilled would be a welcome service. Lastly, a more flexible policy on visitors who are not staying overnight would be appreciated, as it felt restrictive to be charged for a guest who was only visiting for a short time. ​

la posizione è comoda ma è ai margini del quartiere Getsemani, ci sono molte altre strutture più centrali nello stesso quartiere; appena arrivati fanno firmare un modulo con condizioni prestabilite dall'hotel mai rese note al cliente al momento della prenotazione; tra queste condizioni vi è quella secondo cui per ogni ingresso di un non ospite (amici, fidanzati etc) anche solo per stare in piscina un'ora senza entrare in camera applicano una penale di 150.000 pesos colombiani per ogni singolo ingresso; naturalmente l'esistenza della penale (che incide notevolmente sul costo del soggiorno) non è mai comunicata prima del check in; colazione da una stella, scarsissima per qualità e quantità, con prodotti di bassa qualità, pochissima scelta ( tre piatti a base di uova o toast) , caffè annacquato, orario scomodo dalle 7,00 alle 9,30; piscina minuscola e spesso idromassaggio non funzionante; di notte porta chiusa e bisogna bussare manualmente per farsi aprire dal receptionist di turno

Algunos recepcionistas eran gentiles. La ubicación es muy céntrica, el edificio es pintoresco y tiene detalles llamativos y la niña que prepara los desayunos es demasiado amable.

La habitación que nos dieron daba a la esquina y las aberturas eran antiguas y de madera entonces era lo mismo que dormir en la calle llena de ruido. La 2da era menos silenciosa pero estaba la cama llena de hormigas. El desayuno no es tipo americano. No me merece la calificación de 4 estrellas.

Es increíble que pida una cesta de basura y me digan que no tienen. Los jabones de mala calidad , la habitación muy pequeña y el baño no es aislado. El desayuno no es muy variado y no es típico costeño. Nos dijeron que íbamos a tener caremañolas o arepa de huevos y nunca hubo , estuvimos 5 días

Great location, friendly staff. Very very soft bed, which for me, especially paired with the very warm weather, was quite uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the property itself has a beautiful aesthetic and the morning breakfast was enjoyable, the overall experience left much to be desired. The room felt more like a basic motel than a hotel, and the number of mosquitos inside made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I’m glad I only booked a short stay. With some improvements to the rooms and pest control, this could be a much better experience considering how lovely the common areas are.

I like this property, and I have stayed her before and everytime they always treated me pretty well.

Had a great time at the hotel. Literally down the street from all the restaurants and shops in the area. 10 min walk to San Felipe fort. Front desk staff was pleasant and spoke both English and Spanish. Also the complimentary breakfast was made to order. Definitely a great deal

Staff was very helpful and kind. Particularly the lady at the front desk I don’t remember her name but she is pregnant.

The location was brilliant. Getsemani is a colourful, vibrant part of the city and being on the edge the hotel was easy to find, the hotel courtyards were fabulous and peaceful, everything was in easy walking distance and the view of the castillo from the roof terrace and pool was amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bedroom were quiet and the beds really comfortable.

El personal del hotel es súper atento, atendieron todas nuestras solicitudes con prontitud. El desayuno es muy bueno y todos los días tienen algo nuevo. Además, María, la mesera es excelente. El hotel está súper limpio y muy bien ambientado. Utlizamos los servicios de transporte y spa. Esta cerca de Restaurantes de primera, como Celele por ejemplo y una vista maravillosa al Castillo San Felipe de Barajas y la Bahía.

Hotel is beautiful, well located with our balcony facing San Felipe Fort and old City wall. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, places to see in Cartagena. Front desk staff are very nice, breakfast is excellent with wonderful staff. Our room was serviced daily. The small pool at the roof top is a very nice bonus with a beautiful view

Hotel is clean and beautiful, the breakfast Personal at dinner area are excellent and attentive, food on point at my check up information needs to be fixed and never happened in the future if I get back i will be more careful. Otherwise i recommend to anyone Hotel has access to everywhere.

O hotel é confortável e razoavelmente bem localizado - 10 minutos de caminhada do centro. Só me hospedaria novamente se estivesse sozinha no quarto, pois é super pequeno e a parede do banheiro não chega até o teto. Isso significa que você escuta aboslutamente tudo que a outra pessoa está fazendo no banheiro. A cama e o chuveiro são bons. Quarto escuro.

This property was excellent for all our needs. The only problem we had was the WiFi connection was very weak. The service, food, location, cleanliness, and price was excellent. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Todo estuvo magnifico, pero el desayuno es mu6 limitado en opciones, no en porciones. Pero siempre hay huevos. La zona no me pareció muy segura, había demasiadas motos afuera con gente haciendo escandalo. No es una zona tranquila. Me sentí insegura apenas saliendo del hotel. Las instalaciones son bellas.

The staff is fantastic and the hotel is gorgeous. We were staying at the islands before coming back to stay in Cartagena. They were gracious enough to hold our extra luggage overnight. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop was wonderful to sit and admire the city. Even though we were facing a busy roundabout, it was quiet at night. The beds are very soft but I usually find the beds to be too firm for my comfort, so I slept great. I recommend staying here and am looking forward to returning.
