Didn't Dislike Anything Manager James Ways is A Great Manger! Staff was very Nice Breakfast was above The Usual Standards!

I liked the cleanliness, the meal and availability. I loved that there wasn't a check in time as well.

One of the breakfast staff was a little too personal. Polite yes, but she was let's say for a lack of words "alot."

Staff was friendly and helpful, but front desk was frequently unattended. Ice macine on second floor did not work, had to go back to elevator and up to third floor to get ice while staying on first floor.

I didn't like that they didn't clean our rooms even though we stayed 3 days they didn't give us towels or come to empty trash. We had to go ask for them and also I had 2 rooms and one of them was filled with ants everywhere

Everything was wonderful… to the friendly staff to the very clean room and facility. I especially liked the Keurig coffee maker with the bold tasting k-cups!

The first room I was in the heat was not working and the hostess basically told me to deal with it because that’s as thats as warm as the room was gonna get or to downgrade my accommodations. After some back-and-forth debate over the phone and in person she was able to move me to a room with adequate heating after expressing the temperature dropping in the area and how we would have to sleep fully close to stay warm in the first room. Additionally, the rooms were not clean properly. The had hair in the bed when you pull back the blanket . The shower was had dirty footprints in it, and one of the beds had a used mouthguard under the sheet.

Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Good location. Great free breakfast. Would recommend!

the fact that we had to retreve our towles one day from down stairs.

Booking.com support was underwhelming . Especially when we were told that the hotel did not receive payment on the pre-paid booking with booking.com and will need to charge me a second time.The issue was clearly with booking .com and not with the hotel.

Building is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is one of the better ones I’ve had at a hotel. Would recommend.

Parking area safety is the only concern I have staying at this location. Everything else is great.

We have stayed in this hotel chain several times, and this was the best experience! Everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful. I especially loved the ladies that worked the breakfast area.

Great Food and Service, I recommend you try out the breakfast in the morning as I started my day off well. The people here are friendly and very attentive.

Property was well kept and felt comfortable to stay in. Staff was really great and helpful and accommodating. I had other family staying at another hotel 3 minutes away and their hotel was not nearly as nice as this hotel. Will rebook when I’m back!

Usually, when we stay here we have no problems whatsoever. This time, the room wasn’t as clean as normal. My boyfriend found two roaches, one ran across the bed and he killed it. The other was dead in the window sill. I told him to make a complaint with front desk. Not sure if he did or not. Other than that everything was ok

The nicest employees in all departments. Front desk very accommodating. Hostess had all breakfast up and hot. The sweetest young lady in housecleaning.We only go to these hotels because of the comfort & cleanliness. But this is definitely are favorite. Thank you and you all are appreciated. Bring a crew back in the fall.

I like how the staff was so friendly and helpful and welcoming. Especially the young lady in the breakfast area. She made sure there was plenty of food out and when the food was low, she let us know when she would bring out more.

The shower wasn't working properly, and beds was little uncomfortable. One other thing which was not the hotel fault was the third-party booking had not paid for my room which made it difficult to get checked in.

The customer service is AMAZING! The staff made it feel like home away from home. Im looking forward staying again. The manager Kay was so very helpful and has great hospitality. Very friendly and professional.

Everyone was polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety. I especially loved the coffee machine. Delicious coffee! Rooms and lobby were very exceptionally clean. Great mattresses made for a great night of sleep. Black out shade helped out as well. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Coziest hotel , the staff are absolutely amazing and helpful especially Lazette shes the sweetest every time we check in shes there and is an absolute sweetheart! Love the place we stay there every week, and i have ti mention they have some yummy chocolate chip cookies every day, thats literally one of the best thing i just be eating them up!

Shower pressure was bad.

Pool was cold even tho they said it was heated. Our room a/c didn’t work it was like a sauna in there we were miserable and didn’t sleep.

One of the warmest hotel! Love the staffs, love the facilities! Definitely going to stay here again next time. The room is big, the bed is soft, the gym is clean, and the breakfast is nice and tasty! I gotta say I haven’t had such nice and cozy nights in the states, so it is very impressive.
