Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und gemütlich. Die Launge und das Restaurant sehr schön. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Spa und Pool toll.

Location is perfect over looking the lake and not far from all the ski lifts. Facilities are great and the hotel is very clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

No aircon but you can leave the window / door open as it’s very quiet.

Everything! Except the bed, too stiff for me.

First, I commend all the staff for their helpfulness, especially the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to understand and empathise. Nothing was too much trouble. The check in process was laborious after a complicated journey. I feel that the parking situation could have been better explained on arrival as that added to my stress. I filled in my allergies in the box at check in but these were not transmitted to the restaurant staff. I found breakfast disappointing and had to buy my own cornflakes as there were no gluten free options. I asked for bacon, tomatoes and sausages for breakfast and was told that these were only available as part of an omlette - considering I am allergic to eggs I found this somewhat limiting. There was no cottage cheese or rice milk. We asked for a large cup of decaff coffee but only received a half full cup. I feel that the labels on the buffet food should be in English and German. The service was somewhat slow at dinner. Twice we were brought an incorrect meal. I had the beef ribs one evening which were inedible as they were all greasy fat with no meat. There are not many options for dessert for wheat, egg, cheese and gluten allergies. Overall the food was disappointing and not great quality. Arosa is beautiful. Our apartment was very comfortable, especially the beds. It is great that dogs are so welcome. The grandchildren had great fun in the pool. I would visit again and hope the food and restaurant service improve.

We truly enjoyed our stay, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is very elegant, and what we loved most was the beautiful interior design. The natural wooden furniture gave the entire place a warm atmosphere that blended perfectly with the surrounding mountains and nature. We stayed in a Panorama Room with a lake-view balcony, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was a unique experience and definitely one we would love to repeat. The spa and all the facilities were excellent, and we also appreciated the convenient underground parking provided by the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large, spotless, and well-designed. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved the café located just below the hotel. Overall, it was the perfect place for relaxation, comfort, and a memorable getaway.

Fantastic place in Arosa to stay as a family. Very comfortable location and good facilities. Staff was fantastic and supported us with all requests and questions. Very clean and nicely styled rooms and common areas. Overall feeling was very solid. We will happily come back.

Breakfast was tasty, but offering could have been a bit broader to match overall feeling of the hotel (that was very good). Additional EV chargers for indoor parking would have been appreciated to avoid queue, considering flat rate for charging.

We felt that some of the evening dishes could have benefited from better execution, especially regarding seasoning, cooking, and originality.

Camere spaziose, personale accogliente. Ristorante buono anche se eccessivamente caro. Ottima posizione.

1)Più precisione nel pulire le stanze. Più attenzione al cliente e ai dettagli. 2) una massaggiatrice non è assolutamente abbastanza. Ne servirebbero almeno 2, per garantire un servizio che si propone. Soprattutto essendo un 4 stelle e per il prezzo che si paga. 3) frigo bar sfornito. Bisognerebbe aggiungere dei prodotti. 4) per la colazione in camera andrebbe creata una lista, un menù. 5) se si scrive che si parlano le 4 lingue nazionali, alla reception PRETENDO che si conoscano tutte!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen ein Upgrade beim Zimmer. Die Location ist sowohl von der Lage, als auch von der Ausstattung ausserordentlich! Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Nach unserem Geschmack etwas "zu hundefreundlich"! So hat aus unserer Sicht ein Hund im Restaurant auf der Sitzbank nichts zu suchen!

Beautiful hotel within close proximity to cable cars and shops. Mountaview room was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which created a genuinely warm and personal atmosphere throughout the hotel. Our apartment was incredibly spacious—we deliberately booked a larger room, and it fully justified the price. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful mountain view and everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location is excellent, with a supermarket, the lake and a stop for the free bus all nearby. The included Arosa Card was another wonderful benefit. Everything was truly outstanding.

There was honestly nothing to complain about. As a family on the fourth stop of a longer trip, a washing machine in the apartment would have made the stay absolutely perfect. However, it was not advertised as being included, and its absence was not a significant issue.

Very Dog friendly, pouvoir prendre son chien même à la salle à manger est un plus (panier couverture et même bonbons en chambre). Chambre cosy calme propre, spa également, accès facile pratique chambre parking, bon restaurant le soir, petit déjeuner de qualité.

Rien si ce n’est à la piscine, un enfant seul sans personne pour le surveiller qui barbotait et moulinait avec ses jambes et faisait des plateaux qui ennuyaient toute la piscine.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

My stay at Valsana Hotel Arosa was overall very pleasant, although this visit was only for one night while attending a festival. I had previously stayed at the hotel several years ago, which allowed for a direct comparison. One of the hotel’s strongest advantages is its very central location, making it convenient and easily accessible. The rooms were modern, well designed, and offered a beautiful view. The check-in process, however, felt slightly inconvenient this time. Although the booking had already been completed in advance via Booking.com, an additional online registration was required upon arrival, and every guest staying in the room had to be registered individually. This made the arrival process feel somewhat unnecessarily complicated. After check-in, we decided to have drinks at the bar. As we were seated slightly away from the main area, service took quite a long time before we were attended to. Another minor disappointment was the wellness area schedule. The facilities were not open particularly late in the evening, and spontaneous sauna visits required prior notification the day before, which reduced flexibility somewhat. On a very positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent and significantly more varied and improved compared to my previous stay. Overall, the hotel offers attractive rooms, an excellent location, and a very good breakfast experience, although there is still some room for improvement regarding service efficiency and wellness accessibility.

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise: Alles sehr angenehm. War eine der erholsamsten Kurzurlaube, die wir hatten. Sehr zu empfehlen
