Very clean and really convenient location.

Noisy on the weekend into the early hours due to the bars, but that’s to be expected in this area.

Authentic Portuguese apartment. Great location. Easy with the keys . We didn’t need to bring the house keys. Right outside Tram 28

We need more laundry pegs to hang clothes outside. Luckily we brought our own laundry pods to wash a small load.

Ottima posizione centrale, ideale per visitare la città a piedi. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben curato in ogni dettaglio.

Purtroppo siamo capitati all'appartamento n. 4, la scomodità più assoluta sono le scale. Niente ascensore e scale veramente strette e ripide. Portare su e giù le valigie è stata un'impresa molto ma molto faticosa. Nel momento in cui apri la porta di ingresso al piano terra non c'è spazio per appoggiare i bagagli e riuscire a chiudere contemporaneamente la porta, quindi bisogna iniziare subito a salire la scala infernale. Quindi cari viaggiatori se pensate di arrivare con bagagli ingombranti o se avete problemi motori chiedete subito se ha disponibilità nell'alloggio più basso, ovvero il 2, altrimenti cambiate.

Det såg ut precis som på bilderna. Köket var extremt välutrustat och fräscht. Sängen var skön. Aircondition fungerade bra. Badrummet var fräscht. Mysig fransk balkong.

During the heatwave we loved the air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. The property was comfortable and clean and in a great location.

On arrival we received a message that the three flights of narrow, steep and irregular stairs were unsuitable for disabled people or people with impaired mobility. This warning should have been explicit prior to booking. The owners knew before our arrival that the washing machine was not working. Over the course of a couple of conversations we pieced together that it had been broken for some time, long before we rented the property. When we first raised concerns about the broken washing machine, we were told to use a spoon handle to manipulate the machine door open. We explained that the door could be opened and closed but that the water did not come on and the machine did not operate. We were given the run-around for a couple of days and made to feel like fools. Once we finally convinced management that the machine was not working, we did receive an apology and an offer to reimburse us if we used the laundrette a few doors down. Our point though is that they advertised the property including a washing machine in the full knowledge that it did not work. Indeed, the concierge told us they had no intention of fixing it. We had a similar issue with the television. We have never operated a television through HDMI and were unable to get it working without assistance. Again we were made to feel like fools. I did suggest that a sheet of instructions for future visitors would be a good idea. In brief, our interactions with the property managers were not positive.

The flat was in the perfect location in a beautiful and atmospheric part of Lisbon. It was a perfect size for the two of us with everything we needed. The air conditioning was very welcome and all the facilities were brilliant.

Loved the apartment. It was clean and cozy . Easy check in and out. Great communication with apartment management. Good location, close to everything we needed. Would stay again .

Got a little loud on the weekend nights till very late but shut windows and was good.

에어컨에서 나는 하수구 냄새때문에 사용할수가 없는데 길거리 소음, 담배냄새때문에 창문도 열기 힘듬 입구에 계단은 상상이상으로 좁고 가파름 짐에 없어도 다니기 힘듬 주변에 생활소음, 계단오르내리는 소리, 개짓는소리 그대로 다 들림

We loved the location, the cleanliness of the unit, and the bed was very comfortable (small (a double) but comfortable) They also provided us with two bottles of water upon arrival which was nice, and the windows and French doors opening to the classic European balcony was wonderful.

The stairs to get up to the unit are INTENSE (we had to climb 3 floors -- which is expected in Europe but it is very inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues) The bed is a tad small (double), The noise from upstairs neighbours was also very difficult to sleep with (understandable however as this is an old building and the floors are made of wood)

We liked the location.amd the cleanloness.

Muito bem localizada! Próximo de todos os locais turísticos importantes e da "vida boêmia". Custo benefício bom ao que se propõe. É confortável, sem luxos. Sem falar que a anfitriã é sempre solícita e atenciosa.

A primeira impressão parece que voce entrou numa fria, mas confia. É um prédio mais antigo no centro de Lisboa, então a porta da frente, ja mais degastada, dá lugar a uma grande escada, que voce vai subir com as malas. Não tem elevador, então quem tem limitação de movimento deve repensar.

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Lisbonne. Tout est à proximité métro et y compris le tramway 28 qui est en bas de la rue. Bars, restaurants et spectacles de fado sont à côté.

Salle de bain trop petite. Douche minuscule et le distributeur de savon ne fonctionnait pas. Côté cuisine pas top

The apartment was very basic, tiny and not comfortable for 2 people. The shower was gross. The kitchen is not functional and there is no equipment - you are lucky to find a glass to use for water. Difficult to access with luggage with so many steep stairs. Fire hazard.

Localização excelente, conforto bom. Banheiro com problemas: uma pia mal concebida (para a maioria dos usos, molha-se tido à volta), box do banheiro não fecha corretamente.

Não está assinalado que tem uma escada muito estreita e ingreme para subir ao segundo piso: pessoas idosas ou com dificuldade de locomoção podem ter sérios problemas.

Cute spot in a great location - you’re minutes away from some great bars, restaurants and street parties but not ON those streets (would be very loud). I liked that there was a patio table and chairs even if very small! Lovely view from the 4th floor.

The bathroom was a little cramped and hair conditioner was not provided - only a 2-1 body wash/shampoo.

The Lisbon city tax was collected in cash from the lockbox. I was uncomfortable with this method and wish it would have been charged directly. It was difficult to carry our big bags up the stairs. Our bags were too heavy.

The very steep stair case where you as elderly persons had to drag your luggage up 3 storeys.... Don't rent this to older persons.

The stairs were treacherous (very narrow and incredibly steep) especially with suitcases. Lots of noise from people on the street talking late at night.

Incredible location, easy to get in and out of the building, colorful and spacious for being the middle of Lisbon!

Overall a great stay, loved the show location, hosts are communicative, very clean. the only caveats were the fact that the pans are quite old, so the nonstick has worn off, no functional knife.

The location. It was very presentable. The water was hot and the heater worked excellently.

The shower shall is very small. If your are a big person you will have difficulty in managing a shower. The kitchen was minimally equipped. Note there is a very narrow stair ways up to the room. If you have big of luggage if may be difficult to get it up there. The building is old ... which is both quaint ... but it means that you hear the upstairs person walking about ... especially if they are heavy footed. They street noise (weekend music) can come into the room. I live with ear plugs so i had no problem. If you don't like ear plugs you may be distriburb by the noise

Good location to explore Lisbon from - easy to walk to various tourist attractions with lots of restaurants near by. The only draw back is if you have large suitcases, the climb up to the second floor on narrow steep steps can be a challenge.

Es una construcción muy vieja, ruidosa y tremendamente difícil de accesar, no tiene ascensor y sus escalones son extremadamente peligrosos.

Well located, fair price, comfortable little appartement with everything you need at a rocks throw. Hosts were responsive and nice. 100% recommand.

It is a little small for my taste, but considering we didn't spend too much time in it, it wasn't a deal breaker. Also, the parking options around the appartment are limited to say the least.

Good location, well equipped flat, good contact.

When you book this flat it's not clearly stayed that there's a need to pay a deposit online before checking in. The deposit has to be paid through third party, although being processed with 3D secure 🔐 I was not feeling comfortable with this solution, especially since the deposit is not returned after checking out but can be kept up to 7 days after you leave.

Very clean, although small was perfectly formed. Had everything we needed.

Friday and Saturday nights are a no no for this place the street was bouncing with pub goers and music till 4.30 am.

It was noisy at night because of the restaurants nearby,especially on the weekend.The noise even lasted until 3-4 o’clock in the morning. You can hear heavy steps and talking when someone walk on the stairs.

Location was excellent, close to everything. We stumbled across so many things that had been recommended, completely by accident. The hosts were great also.

I was on the 4th floor and loved the little balcony for morning coffee/evening tea.

Im not going to say I didn’t like it but it’s on the 4th floor and I am okay with that but my friend didn’t love it so if that’s something that would bother you, keep it in mind.

Apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Shows very well.

Not advertised honestly. The steps were very dangerous. I am woman with size 8 shoes, my feet were bigger than the steps. We were on rhe second floor which had a flight of steps and small landing and then another flight of stairs. There was no lights on the stairways. Once you reached the stair landing the sensor lights would turn on by then you could of fallen down the stairs. There was lack of communication would of appreciated a phone call to ask if there was anything they could help with. The front door There was no room to bring luggage and close door at same time. Shower was really small. I think those issues should be mentioned. I got the feeling that all they were interested was making the money.

It was ok, the location is pretty central and the apartment has everything you need. Keep in mind when it comes to accesibility it's a 4th floor by stairs, very narrow ones. The neighbourhood is very lively at night so that's also something important to keep in mind if your preferences are different

Very good location for our stay. Close to all areas we wanted to visit. Restaurants and sites close by. The host was very much in touch with us via messages on our arrival, during us getting into the apartment, and at departure. There is a detailed book about the apartment for guests to use.

We did not have a problem with them, but the stairs are narrow and steep, so not for those who would have a problem getting up and down. Fairly normal for Europe, as we have seen.
