Il soggiorno è stato magnifico; il faro è il substrato necessario, ma non sufficiente, per renderlo tale. Il lavoro del personale lo completa (insieme all’ovvia cornice del paesaggio!) Da provare per respirare riposo e bellezza

Jest to zabytkowy budynek, dlatego pod prysznicem odczuwa się nieprzyjemny zapach.

The Capo Spartivento lighthouse offers the unique opportunity to experience the chance to stay in an authentic lighthouse while enjoying exceptional panoramic views and the comforts of a boutique hotel. The location and facilities respect the natural environment while preserving the lighthouse's original function of aiding maritime navigation in this part of the sea and along the Sardinian coast.

Any areas for improvement – and there are a few – are more than offset by the excellent hospitality, attentive staff and daily set menus.

Il faro di Capo Spartivento si trova in una posizione favolosa, consente massima privacy e relax ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. Entrambe le piscine sono piacevoli, quella vista mare è super! Assolutamente consigliato, anche per colazione, pranzo e cena, abbondanti ed ottime.

Se si pranza o cena a bordo piscina (la vista è magnifica quindi ne vale la pena) bisogna fare attenzione agli insetti, in particolare alle vespe, che accorrono numerose.

Spectacular setting and views. Amazing and characterful Lighthouse building, where you can go up into the working lighthouse turret itself. Nice infinity pool. The set menu restaurant & wine selection was very good, with excellent sea views. Great mixed industrial / 19th century / modern decor throughout. Our room was large characterful and comfortable industrial style set over 2 floors. Staff were very friendly and professional. Fun coastal dirt track drive up to the hotel. The weather was perfect in June.

Our room was to the side / back of the main building so the only window view was of the rear garden. But we knew that in advance. You're paying more for the setting, views and main lighthouse building, than the rooms, but overall worth it.

Every aspect was the best of our 12-day trip in Sardinia: breakfasts, dinners, views, sunsets, staff, overall experience.

The price point is the only thing holding us back from a 10 rating. Also, we were not given adequate warning about the poor condition of the private dirt road to the hotel. Be prepared for a rough ride!

L’incomparabile fascino dell’antico faro che sovrasta le scogliere di Capo Spartivento. La sensazione di isolamento dai ritmi del quotidiano, accompagnata però dalla discreta ma partecipe assistenza dello staff, sempre eccellente! Colazione vista mare, molto ben assortita. Lo chef merita un plauso per la cura dei piatti proposti a cena, spesso nel solco della tradizione culinaria dell’isola. La piscina della struttura è sempre invitante, ma occorre sapere che Cala Cipolla è raggiungibile a piedi in appena 15 minuti!

Überhaupt keine Auswahl beim Frühstück, es wurde immer das gleiche serviert. Die Pflanzen auf der Anlage waren vertrocknet und nicht gepflegt. Die Preise für das Hotel sind einfach zu teuer.

Liebe Nadia, alles war perfekt - mir wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt und deshalb gibt es von mir eine 10 für alles! Nous avons été un peu deçus sur le rapport qualité prix. Chambre pas franchement incroyable, problème de clim la première nuit (géree après), la télécommande buggait pour baisser le store, la grille faisait mal aux pieds pour la douche, des moiches volaient dans le logement dès notre arrivée et le repas / petit dej etait ok mais sans plus et pas au niveau de ce qu'on attend pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Struttura incredibile piena di fascino, ristrutturata in maniera impeccabile. Panorama mozzafiato. Qualitä del cibo altissima, camera spaziosa, letti molto confortevoli. Soggiorno perfetto per staccare da tutto e da tutti e godersi quello di piu bello che la Sardegna ha da offrire: natura, sole e mare.

Hotel unico, in una posizione mozzafiato in cima al promontorio. Ha solo 6 camere (nella norma) ma la bellezza della location e l'elevata qualità dei servizi offerti lo rende uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia mai stata. Ristorante ottimo e personale altamente qualificato. Bravi!

An interesting and unusual place, staying inside an old lighthouse is a really cool experience. But in my opinion, there’s nothing much to do there for more than one day.

Getting to civilization is quite difficult; the road to the lighthouse is just bare sand and stones. This year, we were unlucky with the wind Maestrale, it lasted for two weeks. And with that kind of wind, there’s absolutely nothing to do on the cape. You can’t even swim in the pool, everything gets blown away. The food is tasteless and extremely expensive — €100 per person. And you won’t have any alternative for the dinner, because, as I mentioned, there’s no road and no lights at night.

A truly fantastic location with a stunning view of the sea, absolutely unique. A great room, beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. The lighthouse is a magic place.

Literally infested by wasps - to the point that the beautiful outdoor facilities (infinite pool, outdoor seating) were not exploitable. While I appreciate the place is in the wild, guests cannot be asked to pay a premium rate to find a similar situation. They also need to upgrade their chef if they want to play in the top league.

A unique hotel set in an incredible location . Extremely peaceful and secluded . Choice of two pools if you stay in the annexe ( recommended) - beautiful Aqua Di Parma toiletries and a superb shower . The dinner service is from a very limited fish and meat menu ( 2 choices for each of the three courses and 1 dessert ) it was beautifully prepared , presented and absolutely delicious but sadly the meat menu wasn’t changed at all on the second night which was very disappointing for a 5 star location . The wine list was overpriced starting at €60 - such a shame as we drank some amazing mid priced Sardinian wines . Two beautiful beaches are in easy reach , it is an uphill walk back . Loved the lighthouse light working at night .!

Sadly it was very, very windy during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor areas for long . There were also many wasps in the decking next to the main pool which need treating , they were really bad when the wind dropped ! Breakfast outside wasn’t an option as mosquito treatment had taken place overnight and then the wasps on our last day . The overpriced wine list annoyed me!

It's one of our best hotel experiences of our lifetime. This place is a gem and a total feast for all senses. It deserves nothing less than a perfect 10. We stayed in the separate building with a private pool. Rooms there are really big and beautifully designed.

Most amazing hotel experience hotel I had in a while, privacy roads leads to the only privatized 5 stars lighthouse in Italy where you totally disconnect in an amazing setting, amazing staff and great cousine. I will surely come back next year.

Great location and very unique setting of the hotel in a good way. Our experience there was absolutely fantastic. Staff there were all extremely helpful and kind which makes our stay very comfortable.

The location outside of where the masses are was incredible!

Very friendly staff, beautiful location and wonderful food.. minor things need better care, like cleaning the glass at the pool deck so you can see the surroundings and the bed could be more comfortable and bigger for tall people

It is very good hotel

First of all, the staff was extraordinary: Alessandra, the skipper of the lighthouse, Rodolfo, Danielle, and everyone else in the kitchen, cleaning, and reception. Thank you for everything! Unfortunately, we stayed only one night as part of our journey across Sardinia and had to leave early the next morning. However, the staff was very kind and prepared a to-go breakfast for us, even setting up a coffee machine in the lobby. The lighthouse is fully operational, very remote, and offers peace and quiet. The views from the lighthouse are excellent, especially at sunrise and sunset. The infinity pool is fabulous. The food is very good, cooked in small quantities, with an à la carte menu featuring local specialties. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike

Incredible serene & simply otherworldly views from inside our suite, the terrace of the main building & basically everywhere. As soon as we arrived we felt transported to a different planet. You can climb the stairs all the way the top of the lighthouse. The area is very calm & quiet. You can take wonderful photos & go on hikes in many different areas. There are also some pristine beaches a close drive away with a car. The staff are very helpful & friendly. Important to consider: There's a long stretch of bumpy dirt road to get there so keep that in mind. A 4x4 elevated vehicle is preferred in my opinion. Unless you're an experienced driver. The closest village is probably 40 minutes away by car so make sure to bring your own snacks & drinks. If you plan to have dinner there it's a chef predetermined 3 course meal at 100 Euro per person. So you may want to consider eating before you arrive if you want to have more variety or save money.

The air conditioning inside our suite was set to heating mode only. This was the case for the entire main building when we arrived. Unfortunately you can not set your room temperature individually. The hotel has to decide whether to use heating mode only or cooling mode only for the central AC unit and it applies to all rooms in the building. We could not sleep that night, our room was simply too hot. We couldn't open the windows because there were dozens of insects crawling on the outside of the windows. It's in the middle of the wilderness so that's to be expected Fortunately, Nicola & Laura managed to move us to a suite in a separate building. With working cooling. & we were eventually able to sleep. I want to give special thanks to Nicola & Laura, they did absolutely everything to make our stay pleasant & they succeeded. I'd visit again but I'd pick a room in the separate building to have access to individual AC units in the suite..

The perfect place where the description of paradise fits exactly. Laura who showed us the hotel very kindly and Daniele who made every wish come true. We had 2 wonderful days and we will definitely come back for another break. Many thanks especially to Daniele! Lisa and Christian
