提早到，本來想先寄放行李，前檯不但讓我們提早入住，還升等套房式的房間，整個被驚喜到，床鋪很好睡，交通也方便，就在1號線蓮花路口站出口，非常推薦入住

This is a wonderful Holiday Inn Express which is in a central location and is managed by a team of friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, buffet breakfast was ideal. Highly recommended!

飯店漏水害我跌倒，導致我身體不適就醫中，以2個月至今飯店方不聞不問，已找國台辦協助處理調查，飯店安全民顯有問題，身為國際集團飯店危機處理和態度明顯不佳

Overall, my experience was excellent. The reception staff were particularly helpful and professional—keep up the great work. I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed for almost 5 days and had a very pleasant and comfortable stay

此次住11樓，當地天氣很冷，熱水忽冷忽熱真的感覺很差

早餐的中餐菜色有變化，不會每天都一樣。

地點軟硬體設施都非常滿意，因為媽媽太累，導致隔天12點無法準時退房，我們到一點才退房，也沒有人催退房。

スタッフがとても親切で快く対応してくれる。 地下鉄の駅が近くSMショッピングセンターまだ2駅でいける。 お土産屋さんの奥に旅行代理店があり、土楼ツアーなどがある。 朝食は薄味で日本人ゴマにで美味しいし、種類も豊富で４泊してけど飽きることはなかった。

The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet is great. But only the manager speaks English. This is the usual situation in China, so it is to be expected at other hotels too.

This hotel is perfectly located right next to the subway. The buffet breakfast is generally great, although some dishes can be a bit salty for my taste.

Holiday Inn is the usual go to for a mid range hotel, but the trend is there. Every time I go to a Holiday Inn, I know, that the breakfast is going to be revolting, and it always is. From the coffee, to the orange dyed water they call orange juice, to the bacon that looks like strips of spam, its not much to write home about. Great hotel, except for the breakfast, staff really good, and convenient location. Would stay again, just eat outside.

A good experience that I received a phone call from Alice who is the customer service manager in Holiday Inn hotel. I forgot to take an electronic device in room when leaving I was informed by Alice. She packed and shipped to me according to the address I provided, very impressive.

Jing and kiki are the best. Appreciated that they make sure to put me to a non smoking room.

Facilities are all updated, staff are all professional and helpful. Another pleasant experience by staying at HIE.

Very helpful front desk staff, guiding me to visit places of interest. The room thermostat shows 2 temperatures, which were quite confusing to me at first, but later I realized it is a means of conserving energy.

It is located at the centre of Xiamen Island (yes, within the island, that is important), right next to a metro station exit. It is perfect for travelers like me who prefer taking public transport. If you know how to take public transport in China, most attractions are within 30 mins. It's not on the tourist spot so it's quite quiet. There are several shopping malls and local resturants nearby. The hotel even got their own souvenir shop within the building downstairs, they have good variates of worth-buying local souvenirs (not same as those "everywhere-is-the-same" souvenirs), at very affordable price. There are plenty of choices for breakfast, mostly oriental. The hotel is clean. Well trained staffs provide smooth service during check in and check out, answer basic inquiries, and provide assistance on deliveries. You need to tap your room card in the elevator to access the designated level, good for security. The room I got is newly decorated, a bit small, but enough for me, a solo traveler. The toiletries smell good.

If you are a foreign tourist on a free and easy trip, to aviod dissapointment, remember to book all attraction tickets and ferry tickets in advance. Most of the attraction spots need to book 3-5 days in advance to get in. For ferry tickets to GuLangYu Island, book early, or go to the ferry center EARLY to queue for tickets. Avoid peak seasons if you can. I hope the hotel staff can do a bit further to assit the bookings as the local booking system is currently not open to foreigners. For laundry, The hotel charge 20 CNY for washing machine, and another 20 CNY for 30 mins of drying machine. So I guess I need to spend another 80 CNY for just one round of laundry (1 time washing + 90 mins drying). Personaly, I have a tight budget, and I am surprised that it's not included at this room rate. So bring your own quick-drying clothes if you feel the same.

I am regular at this hotel for the past 10 years. The feel at the hotel has changed and its no longer the same. This is probably the change in the style of management. No home coming feel any more.

Lacking in certain services - no taxi service, no porter for luggage. The location was quite central so metro was convenient but by car was very heavy traffic.
