Helaas maar 1 nachtje gebleven, omdat we weer door moesten, maar een fijn hotel. We kregen een ontbijtpakketje mee, omdat we zo vroeg moesten vertrekken.

13 jaar geleden, toen het gebouw nieuw was, was het prachtig. Nu nog, maar het lijkt of alles wat in 13 jaar is los gaan zitten of afgebroken, niet is gerepareerd. Desondanks een prettig hotel met zéér vriendelijk personeel. 2 liften, ook prettig. Mooi zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Op loopafstand van Toko Oen en de oude stad. Becak voor de deur, voor wie dat eens wil proberen.

De omgeving is erop achteruit gegaan. Niet onveilig, maar oogt wel verloederd. Maar de meest gasten komen en gaan toch per auto/taxi. Achterstallig onderhoud doet het hotel geen goed. Bij het zwembad opletten op omhoog stekende schroeven in de vlonders=slippers aan. Eten? Duur! Er zijn genoeg restaurants in de buurt.

We enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff & their service. Particularly in referring a great private driver to get us on time to Jepara to catch a fast boat. The pool area was also very nice.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I appreciate their efforts to assist whenever I raised a concern. Unfortunately, good service alone could not make up for the poor condition of the facilities. The hotel’s central location is convenient, especially if you want to explore local food spots like Soto Bokoran or visit traditional markets such as Pasar Gang Baru, which is a plus.

I was honestly quite disappointed with my stay, as this hotel does not reflect four-star standards and would be more suitable as a two-star property. The rooms and bathrooms are very outdated and did not feel clean or well maintained. The bed sheets were stained when I arrived, which made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable, and I had to ask the staff to replace them. This really affected my first impression and overall comfort during the stay. Overall, while the location and staff are positive aspects, the hotel urgently needs renovation and better cleanliness standards. I expected much more from a four-star hotel, and the experience did not match the rating.

Kamar type keluarga yg saya tempati cukup luas, sayang tidak ada view ke arah luar karena balkon tertutup tembok (kolam renang) sehingga kamar terasa pengap tanpa view pemandangan di luar

Kualitas makanannya turun jauh dibanding dulu (saya sdh beberapa kali menginap)

Quest Simpang a Semarang costruzione nuova di buona qualità, camere abbastanza grandi con letti comodi, TV, aria condizionata, cassaforte, frigorifero, colazione varia e abbondante, parcheggio gratuito privato.

Excellent strategic location, wide variety of eateries and convenience shops within walking distance. Indomaret is right opposite the hotel. Hotel also provides water dispensers outside the hotel rooms, making it very convenient for guests to get drinking water. Electric kettles are also provided in the rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The interior of the rooms are showing signs of age and wear e.g. cracks, dirt on walls, dirty grouting in toilet, stains on toilet seat. Toilet is small. Room lighting is dim. Room is big but the isn't enough stands to place our luggages / bags.

Las fundas tenían hasta un trozo de chocolate derretido, pedimos que la cambiarán y lo hicieron La habitación estaba muy sucia Había ruidos de otras habitaciones y pasillos El restaurante estaba cerrado y solo servisn a la habitación, una propuesta muy mala de platos

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good varieties of breakfast.

Room service and friendly staff was a plus. It was clean an comfortable and not too noisy.

Food wasn't amazing but maybe as we're English we simply hadn't adapted or understood the Indonesia cuisine. Maybe someone with a liking for all Indonesian food would be happy with what was in offer for breakfast and dinner but for us with three kids it was lacking.

The hotel is fine, quite central location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is extensive, enough choices and the local pastries were very nice. We liked the fact that there's a swimming pool.

The hotel looks and feels a bit like it could use a renovation. For example the bathrooms and the balconies.

we had a problem with the shower and instead of change the room, they sent a technician to fix the problem. They fixed it, but we lost almost a couple of hours: too much for those who only have to do one night.

Disporre di una SPA significa effettuare i massaggi nella camera dell'ospite. Purtroppo dato la vicinanza della Moschea bisogna subire i canti 5 volte al giorno

Nada a destacar ni para bien ni para mal, solo estuve una noche y estuvo bien por el precio pero no volvería porq nada me encantó, y nada me horrorizo, todo normal y por dentro le falta una mano de pintura. Tenía agua mineral en el pasillo, la zona no está demasiado alejado pero tampoco hay nada cerca. La piscina tenía buena pinta pero llegamos tarde y no la pudimos usar.

Es un hotel sin brillo. Sencillo pero la relación calidad precio es buena porque es muy barato para mi opinión. Para yna noche sirve.

L'hotel è molto grande con una piscina di dimensioni ridotte ma comunque piacevole. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole con letti molto grandi e un bagno adeguato. Pulito. Colazione con ampia scelta soprattutto di specialità indonesiane ma anche di pietanze dolci e salate occidentali.

Not quite a 4-star hotel, and average in every aspect: average breakfast, average room, average bathroom, average outdoor pool, average staff. Good value for the location.

The elevator seems old

Comfortable, clean and well sized rooms with good aircon and mostly strong wifi. Fairly close to the old town and walking distance to China town. Water always available in the hall. Great value for money.

It says there is a free airport shuttle but it was not available. Breakfast had lots of gaps when we went towards the finish. Minor as it is a good place to stay.

Rooms decent size, pool cleanliness was ok. Bed was comfortable.

No response to any of my questions prior to arrival. Check in no info given. Bathroom had a strong smell of urine. Very old facilities, like time travel back to the 80s. No refurbishment done to the building for decades. Very old bathroom. The whole hotel looks great on pictures, looks fresh and new, trust me, it isn't. TV unwatchable, they're using antenna, not a single channel which would be a clear picture, no cable channels, Way overpriced for what you get. Breakfast is 110+ per person, and the selection is very limited. Tiny breakfast place in the lobby, decided to eat elsewhere. Pool is tiny (pictures online again misleading)
