環境乾淨，與各景點距離適當，服務用心~

Great location and price for what was required. The beds were comfy and the staff was attentive. I had a sort of lake view but overall very nice. The staff was accommodating. Hike rentals next door in either side. The air conditioning was slow but when it gets cooling it is downright hard to beat.

The photos of the building were not quite what is expected. I mean it is shown alone but it’s actually connected to others in either side.

Die Lage war perfekt für Unternehmungen oder Anschlüsse an Bussen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf ein Teilstück des Sees. Das Hotelteam ist sehr nett und freundlich und es gab immer ein leckeres Frühstück

浴缸漏水，湖景房看不到湖，因為缺水，然後停車費居然還要300，所以cp值超低的

Super emplacement, à deux pas pour louer un vélo et de la piste cyclable qui fait le tour du lac. Très bon petit-déjeuner et personnels d’une grande gentillesse ! Chambre très propre et immense.

早餐簡便但不算差，房間整潔舒適，位置地段相當好，如同其他周遭旅館與停車場有合作專案可無限進出。

唯獨蓮蓬頭實在非常...陳舊，希望可以改進

房間很大,隔音很好,有電梯,可看到日月潭一部分.

民宿唯一小缺點就是畢竟有使用年份,看得出來使用痕跡,從淋浴間和窗戶紗窗看得出來.然後冷氣很特別,老婆誤以為是不是有針孔錄影XD

早餐沒吃因為睡比較晚，住宿點算偏僻

牙杯上有灰塵，廁所鏡子底部髒污，枕頭有污漬，房卡斷裂

Chambre vaste. Emplacement pratique pour prendre les bus et pour les promenades à pieds et en vélo.

L'emplacement n'est pas face au lac, mais face à un bras du lac. Une table de nuit pour 2 et pas de mobilier, table et chaises sur le balcon.

沒礦泉水 要去室外飲水機取, 浴室無置衣架, 落地窗前地板區小桌子太高,只有坐墊無靠背無法久坐!

想去日月潭，別家都沒空房，這裡訂得到房。

最不滿意的地方就是停車超級不方便，確定的時候告訴我們，停車費要300 ，我們當場付了現金。隔天要離開停車場時被困在那裡，打電話到飯店櫃檯，卻顯示尚未營業。回到飯店櫃檯找老闆，老闆說我們沒付錢，只好跟他說，昨天有登記，他一查確實有，才幫我們注銷。原來是只顧著收錢忘了該做的事情。

只有沐浴乳放在淋浴間.在洗手枱洗手時,必須要繞進淋浴間使用沐浴乳.不太方便. 建議可以在洗手枱提供肥皂或洗手乳.

Das Zimmer war groß

Das Hotel entspricht nicht der Beschreibung es ist völlig veraltet. Es wurde nichteimal englisch gesprochen. As Zimmer war völlig runtergekommen die Gardinen waren zerrissen,das Bad verdreckt. Es gab nicht einmal einen Stuhl. Zum Frühstück gab es Toast und ungefragt eine kleine Banane und zwei Spiegeleier.es stand eine Kaffeekanne auf einer Warmhalteplatte aber nicht einmal Milch für den Kaffee. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist

早餐太簡單了點，建議可以煮粥加一些醬瓜配菜

馬桶掀蓋還有一層棉絮，茶杯還有口紅印，清潔有待加強

Location

Great location, got some great photos from the balcony of the room. Close to stores and bus stations. Owners were really friendly and helpful, patiently answered problems and provided great advice for adventures. You could get cheaper cruise tickets from the hotel.

Cleanliness was not good, saw a cockroach on our first day of arrival, and found bugs in the room every day. The drinking cups still had water on them, and the cups in the bathroom had stains and water on them. Toilet was ok. The shower tap was quite dirty, had a lot of minerals on the tap and the shower head, seems pretty dirty. Slippers were public. Breakfast was hot, but was not big in contents. Pretty basic overall.

Grote kamer, grote badkamer, bad en aparte douche, balkon, mooi uitzicht, dichtbij busstation en centrum. Lekker ontbijt. Heerlijke bedden.

Er was geen dagelijkse schoonmaak, wel schone handdoeken.

atroce! on a été mis à la porte la 2eme nuit, alors qu on devait rester 3 nuits. on a eu les moins bonnes chambres. un reel problème sur la réservation, on a fait une demande pour reduire le nb de nuits. nous n avons pas eu de reponse positive ni avant ni lors du check in le 25. conclusion : on a écourté notre sejour en catastrophe, taxi en catastrophe, et nuit supplémentaire sur taipei chere et en catastrophe.!! bref j attends de booking une explication...cela m arrive la 1ere fois...

Die Lage ist super, direkt am See. Das Zimmer riesengroß und sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und die philippinische Angestellte ist sehr freundlich.

民宿位置很讚

入住時發現房間還是前旅客使用後的樣子，並未清潔整理，回櫃檯反應也沒有其它房型可更換，只能在櫃檯旁等待清潔人員打掃房間，很低級的失誤。

We hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping. De kamer was zeer ruim, er was een grote badkamer en het balkon was ook groot. Vanaf het balkon heb je uitzicht op een uitloper van Sun Moon lake. Er is een gratis waterdispensor op de gang met koud & warm water. Er is goede snelle wifi op de kamer. Het ontbijt is prima, je hebt de keus uit koffie en/of thee en sinaasappeldrank met een omelet of gestoomde bao’s. Daarbij krijg je een banaan, pompoen en bonen salade. Ook liggen er broodjes met boter en jam en kun je brood roosteren. Vlakbij het hotel kun je parkeren op de openbare parkeerplaats, tegen een kleine vergoeding. Huurfietsen kun je huren bij winkels in de straat. De 7/11 supermarkt zit op ca. 300 meter afstand en je kunt uit eten bij meerdere restaurants in het dorp. Let op: de restaurants sluiten vroeg!

Location is great. Short walking distance from bus stop ( from Taichung and other cities) you can rent any type of bikes next door. Conviene stores and restaurant , cafe , night market nearby . Rooms are clean, huge and very comfortable. The Owner is very kind and welcoming. Very recommended!

Great location. We had room 601. It was a great with a great view. The staff were amazing and super helpful. You can buy boat tickets from them directly. The breakfast was good. The honey tea was excellent.

We only stayed one night. Wish it could have been more.

The bathroom was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all — there were water stains, urine stains, and dust everywhere. The provided towels had yellow spots on them, and the back of the pillow was moldy

Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und komfortabel. Die Matratze war bequem, die Badewanne ließ sich auch nutzen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch (nah am See, nah an den Bushaltestellen, nah bei den Fahrradverleihern).

Das Hotel wirkt am Empfang unorganisiert. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten. Der Ost ist recht langweilig, Ita Thao auf der anderen Seeseite hat einen spannenderen Eindruck gemacht.

Cute litte place, not too far from the Shuishe Sun Moon Lake bus stop and right on the water. Room was quite spacious and air con worked well.

The noiseproofing was not good enough for a good sleep and you can hear the lift from the room plus anything being said outside the room in the open area near the lift. The breakfast was not tasty.
