The rooms are so well equipped with everything you would need for a beachside holiday. Perfect location. Loved the beach bags, towels, and slippers provided. Pao is an excellent host, so welcoming and kind.

Wonderful place! Great location, literally a one minute walk to the beach. You got a free breakfast and a discount to another beachfront bar everyday. The room was spacious with a good TV. The decor was beautiful and on theme. The staff were very friendly and on hand whenever you had a question, and did a good job cleaning the room everyday. The bathroom was a wet room which was needed to help clean off the sand from the beach. The room had a lot of extra items like towel, sandals, an umbrella - anything you'd need for the beach, which was great for being on holiday if you left anything at home. The bed had six pillows and was quite comfortable as long as you avoid getting sand on there.

Beliggenhet, rom standard, personal og rengjøring. Senga er veldig komfortabel. Ser flere kommenterer at badet er lite, men jeg synes ikke det var et problem. Jeg anbefaler alle et opphold på dette hotellet.

The room are nice, the staff is very nice and the location is very convenient but the pictures on booking are misleading. The pictures of the bar/restaurant are of a place underneath the hotel not part of it. There is only a 10% discount at that bar which has not been notified to us. The breakfast pictures are of that place and you’ll need to purchase separately as it is not the breakfast on offer. The breakfast on offer is at another venue on the beach relatively close but there is only one option: fried eggs, fruit (a small plate) and a sausage with slice of bacon, one orange juice and bread and butter. We only had it the first day and then have breakfast elsewhere.

The toilet is very basic and when taking a shower (which you will need to hold) you’ll wet the entire bathroom and toilet. The breakfast is disappointing. The rooms are on a corridor which is almost always attended by the staff (very secure but not enough privacy) the windows goes on that corridor, for the first room also on a balcony overlooking the main road where it’s possible to smoke. The property is definitely overpriced for what it is as we got for less an entire bungalow with private beach nearby just once we left.

Die Zimmer sind alle sehr liebevoll mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und sehr gut.

Wir hatten ein dieses Jahr dort ein Zimmer erwischt, wo nur ein kleines Fenster sehr weit oben eingebaut war und wir nicht nach draußen sehen konnten. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Läget var utmärkt nära till havet och centrum, rummet var jättemysigt och trevlig, skön säng, och snacks kaffe och te ingick varje dag samt vatten i flaska. Även tofflor och handduk som du kan ha med till stranden ingår utöver dom handdukar du får med till rummet..

Tunna väggar mot korridoren så det är ganska lyhört..

Very good price VS quality, it’s not big but there is everything you need and it’s clean, very close to the beach and centre of the town, very friendly owner and there is a smoke balcony on the same floor.

Lage

Easy to navigate because it's a small place. Basically it was okay. Staff are nice and helpful but overall it was not worth the money. It is clean and they make an effort but it did not provide the facilities I would expect for the price.

Breakfast was at a different location. The bathroom was very small and the TV connection was unreliable.

Самое главное преимущество - это расположение отеля. Рядом с морем и лучшим пляжем Сао-Кео, 2 магазина 7-Eleven и местные кафе так же в шаговой доступности. Номер хоть и маленький, но в нем чувствуется любовь хозяина к гостям. В номере предусмотрены казалось бы элементарны́е вещи как комнатные тапочки и сланцы для пляжа, зонтик от солнца и дождя, пляжные полотенца и стильная сумка для их переноски. Стилистический дизайн номера создаёт домашнюю обстановку. Завтраки с видом на море. Нам все понравилось.

В номере тихо, чисто, уютно, оставляет приятные ощущения комфорта, хоть номер и маленький. Ничего лишнего и все необходимое присутствует. Вода, снеки входят в стоимость. Есть полотенца как для душа, так и для пляжа (в отдельной сумке, что выглядит заботливо). А также есть пляжные тапки. Уютная, красивая обстановка в холле, есть возможность посидеть на общем балконе. Удобный вход в гостиницу. В этом же доме на 1м этаже есть кафешка с некоторым разнообразием пирожных, что не часто встречается. Общее ощущение окружения заботы о вас, вам очень там рады. Особенно хочется отметить приятную и отзывчивую хозяйку, с которой очень легко общаться.

The location is really good and right at the beach. The room is very nice with a good price. Good aircon, refrigerator, duvet and beach towels with a nice beach bag you can use.

Very small bathroom and you have to shower over the toilet. No options for breakfast and we were served with bread, egg, salat and sausage.

The staff was really warm and welcoming. The location was great because it was close to the ocean, and there were separate towels and slippers in the room, so it was convenient to go swimming. If I go back, I would definitely book the same accommodation.

Receptionist was robotic. The room is tiny, at the end of a corridor, no window to outside. The bathroom is too small, shower next to the toilet. The sink is miniscule. The room felt claustrophobic so we moved on.

The walls and windows of the bedroom let all the noise through, from the outside music to the 7am conversations of people/staff in the corridor. Not fit for light sleepers. The bathroom standard was lower than expected.

I liked the peace in this place, the big bed, the good smell, the cleanliness... You also can walk around the house from above, with a big balcony overlooking the street.

I just disliked the reception, it was a bit weird because they forget that i was here. But other than that, everything was great!

Ku at Sea never failed to amaze me. It has all you need for a holiday in Koh Samet Island. The room has every amenity you think that you might need, and literally it’s less than 1 minute walk to the beach. That was my second stay in Ku at Sea and I absolutely loved it. What worth mentioning as well is the lovely cleaning lady who’s always smiling and spreading positive vibes around. If I visited Koh Samet again, I will never think of another place to stay.

I like the "resort" experience. They have a welcome package, sandals, robes, beach bags and beach towels

Very nice room with a very good bed. The bathroom should be renovated. But great for a short stay as the location is excellent. It is a very small boutique hotel. I felt very well. 3 nights on the small island of Koh Samet are enough to see everything. Beaches are very beautiful, the water is crystal clear, the sand is snow white and Ao Wai Beach, located a little south, can be reached in 15 minutes by scooter, in my opinion it can compete with the best beaches in Thailand and I've been almost everywhere

Upon arrival, disappointed that the accommodation was not by the sea but on a side street. Every morning, we were awakened at 7:00 am by the shutters of the shops below the lodging. Additionally, there was mold on the ceiling and a lot of lime scale in the (typical Asian) bathroom. It was also very noisy; we had the room right next to the stairs. The price-to-quality ratio is significantly inadequate by Asian standards!

location is very good, 30 seconds and you'll see the beach; The room is simple with well-designed and clean.

The place has no obvious shop sign. I arrived a bit late around 7pm, and the staff came to hand in the room key. Though he behaved politely, but made me feel he was in a hurry, a bit lack of patience. Also, I'm not tall(170cm) and I keep bumping into the light bulb outside the room.

Excellent location, only 10 steps from the beach. Nice and quiet, stylish rooms, super clean. There's a little shared balcony in the front for a smoke, and a cafe downstairs with great coffee, cakes and a small breakfast menu. The room comes with an umbrella, beach flipflops, beach bag and beach towels. You can use the beach chairs of Lima bar on the beach. We booked for 3 but ended up staying 5 nights. Would 100% recommended this place.

The location was great - very close to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were keen to come in to clean frequently.

The aircon didn't quite cool the room enough. It was very hot in the hallway of the hotel and it only got cool enough to sleep in the room with the aircon on full blast.

Nicely decorated double room, huge TV. Excellent WIFI speeds above 500mbps. Superb location, literally 30 seconds walk from the beach, 2 mins walk to town streets. Lovely café next door with great French Toast.
