Same towels for 6 nights ! Very uncomfortable pillows

Non c’era l’ascensore e le scale erano ripidissime, c’era un forte rumore continuo dovuto alla cappa della cucina, non c’era il condizionatore ma delle pale che andavano a sbattere sulle travi del soffitto

Posizione in centro, aspetto accogliente e possibilita' di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in. Presenza di un angolo cottura

Lenzuola e asciugamani con piccole macchie. Alle 6 di mattina siamo stati svegliati dal rumore forte di una vemtola di aereazione che si e' spenta solo dopo 1 ora, forse perche' abbiamo mandato un messaggio con booking, ma non lo sappiamo perche' non ci hanno risposto.

Salle de bain qui mérite un coup de frais (porte serviettes à côté du lavabo cassé, poubelle cassée, sol abîmé...) et une étagère supplémentaire pour poser au moins sa trousse de toilette serait appréciable. La ventilation (VMC) fait beaucoup de bruit, et on ne peut pas la contrôler ni l'éteindre

The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore the city on foot. Most of the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport were within a short walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. I also appreciated the kindness of the host. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the luggage storage room after check-out, which was very helpful since our flight was later in the day. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the last day of our trip much more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. We stayed in Room 1 on the first floor. The biggest problem was that the room was extremely hot, and it was impossible to keep the window open because there is a ventilation unit from a nearby business directly outside the window. It constantly blew very hot air into the room, along with a strong burnt smell, making it very uncomfortable, especially during the night. Another disappointing aspect was that the room faces directly onto the building opposite, which is less than one meter away. I believe these details should be clearly mentioned in the listing so guests know what to expect before booking. The host was polite, but the overall comfort of the room significantly affected our stay.

Ubicación excelente: El alojamiento está en pleno centro de Oporto, ideal para recorrer la ciudad a pie y disfrutar del ambiente sin necesidad de coger transporte. Limpieza: Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y bien cuidadas. La cama era muy cómoda y hay ventilador.

Iluminación insuficiente: La habitación es pequeña y tiene ventanas minúsculas debido a los muros gruesos, pero además las lámparas son muy flojas. En el baño, la poca luz hace muy complicado maquillarse o arreglarse con comodidad. Toallas desgastadas: Aunque todo estaba limpio, las toallas estaban bastante desmejoradas; de hecho, alguna incluso tenía un agujero. Falta de intimidad en el baño: El cuarto de baño completo se separa de la habitación únicamente por un cristal, lo que da muy poca privacidad, especialmente para usar el inodoro. No hay ascensor: Ya lo avisan en la descripción, tampoco lo contaría como negativo pero hay que saberlo.

Le manque d'ascenseur pour atteindre la chambre. Pour des personnes de plus de 70 ans avec des gros bagages c’est hard. Peut être signalé mais j’ai pas fait attention...

Idéalement situé. Restaurants, activités touristiques sont tous aux alentours. L’hôtel est moderne et confortable.

Tous les contacts se font par téléphone. Nous n’avons vu personne sur place.

Splendida stanza in pieno centro di Porto, in una zona fornita di ristoranti e supermercati senza dover camminare troppo per le colline di Porto. Non c'è reception ma tutto viene gestito online inviando i codici per aprire le porte. La camera è ristrutturata in maniera moderna con cucina e frigo prefettamente fruibili, però in una casa storica quindi non c'è ascensore.

Zimmer war klein und hatte keine Fenster.Kein Lichtschalter an der Eingangstür man müsste mit der Taschenlampe zur Nachttischlampe.Die war auch die einzige Lichtquelle.An der Decke hing ein riesen Ventilator der sich nicht ausschalten ließ Das Bett hatte kein Rückseite und stand nicht an der Wand.daher ständiger Kampf mit dem Kissen.

A localização é excelente. O apartamento fica a menos de 10 minutos a pé da principal estação de trem do Porto, a cerca de 5 minutos da Torre dos Clérigos e aproximadamente 15 minutos da Ribeira e da ponte para Vila Nova de Gaia. Há mercado e lavanderia bem próximos, o que tornou a estadia muito prática. O estúdio, embora compacto, é funcional, com micro-ondas e geladeira, atendendo bem às necessidades da viagem. Antes da chegada, recebemos todas as informações para o check-in e, como o quarto ainda não estava pronto, a equipe nos orientou e nos ofereceu suporte durante a espera.

Alguns pontos podem ser melhorados. No check-in, recebemos inicialmente o número e a senha de um quarto que já estava ocupado, o que merece atenção por questão de segurança. Também sentimos falta de uma explicação mais clara sobre a frequência da limpeza, que não é diária. Em um dos quartos, houve bastante barulho de pessoas conversando durante a noite, o que prejudicou o descanso. Além disso, a geladeira não refrigerava tão bem, provavelmente por estar instalada dentro de um móvel com pouca ventilação.

Conveniently located in the historic center, just a 2–3 minute walk from the famous Rua das Flores. The room was clean, and that is very important to me. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay there, so I would definitely recommend it.

I was embaressed about the closet. It has not closet sitcover. It seems was great decoration few years ago.now it is needed to upgrade a littlr bit. In kitchen equipment was not a normal knife to cut some bread for breakfast

Das Hotel befindet sich fast im Zentrum von Porto, In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Verkehrsmittel, sodass man sich in der ganzen Stadt problemlos fortbewegen kann. Das Zimmer ist nicht besonderes groß, aber es gibt alles was man braucht.

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, und es war unglaublich heiß. Der Ventilator war ein veraltetes, lautes Modell. Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug. Ich habe im obersten Stockwerk gewohnt, und in meinem Alter ist es schwierig, diese steilen Treppen mehrmals am Tag hinauf- und hinunterzugehen.

The room and bathroom were ok. Very clean. Good kitchen facilities available.

There was no breakfast available. There was no art on the walls either in my room or in the main entrance, though that was being re-painted. Didn’t see any other people during my whole stay. I didn’t feel comfortable with the area that the property was in, very run down and lots of empty properties.

Very close to Porto main streets. The room was very clean and tidy.

The shower was cold and couldn’t get the hot water on!

Da localização do alojamento. Tinha inclusive local onde guardar as malas. Gostei também do facto de que a WC tem um tamanho grande e arejado.

Não tínhamos gel duche, shampoo ou condicionador na habitação. É verdade que não pedimos que este problema fosse solucionado no imediato, porque chegamos tarde ao alojamento, mas penso que deveria ser algo a ter cuidado, na medida em que está descrito. Sendo um alojamento local com mais apartamentos, acaba por não ser propriamente silencioso.

Perfect location to go out and explore the city center. The building was clean, minimal, easy to find, beautiful.

The house is in a strategic location, but there is no elevator, and it is on the third floor with a very narrow staircase.

Internally, it is even worse. The room is extremely narrow, with a wooden staircase for one person—steep and uncomfortable. The third bed is on a sofa, and I have to move everything to open it. Even though I book for three people, it is not indicated that the third bed is a sofa. What bothers me most is that there aren’t even sheets or a pillow!!

La ubicación. A pesar de estar en zona céntrica, está muy bien aislado y no se oía nada de fuera.

El único fallo: las almohadas. Muy blandas.

Todo genial, moderno y cómodo y con un balcón que hace la habitación más interesante.

Lo único malo a modo de recomendación es que el agua se sale por debajo de la mampara y moja todo el suelo del baño y que el agua tarda en salir caliente al principio pero no son detalles como para no reservar la verdad.

The property is in a great location. You are in walking distance from all touristic points. The room is clean and fairly spacious.

The room gets quite hot during the night and there is no AC, just a fan in the ceiling.

The location is good, but the room leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing looks like it does in the photos. The walls are yellowed and the bathroom ceiling is full of mold. The windows are extremely small. The cleaner entered the room twice before checkout time — once while I was sleeping and another when I was half naked. I found the doors not very secure, and the price is definitely not worth it. It felt like a dirty hostel. The photos must be from a long time ago, when it might have been in good condition. Disappointed!

The pillows were yellow and dirty if you took the pillowcases off; otherwise, everything was very clean.

De badkamer was een beetje smoezelig. Wij zijn gaan douchen met badslippers aan.

Die Lage: Einfach unschlagbar! Wir konnten fast alles zu Fuß erreichen, was in Porto Gold wert ist.

O contacto com a manager, respondendo sempre prontamente às minhas solicitações. Achei o quarto demasiado "minimalista" ( ... mas é apenas o meu gosto pessoal), embora verdade seja dita ... muito prático. Algum barulho, após a hora determinada para o silêncio ..., mas grande parte da juventude de hoje parece de quando em vez reagir assim (... irreverente).
