Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Our first day was okay, which is why we decided to extend our stay for another night. However, there were several issues during our stay. On the first day, we waited almost 30 minutes to check in because only one receptionist was handling the lobby, especially during peak hours. On the second day, the air conditioner showed an E3 error in the afternoon. Although maintenance fixed it, the same issue happened again around 10 PM when we were already about to sleep and had to check out at 6 AM. We had to move from Room 232 to Room 218, which was inconvenient and disrupted our rest. We also requested a coffee refill after extending our stay, but no one attended to our request. Overall, the slow check-in, repeated AC problem, late-night room change, and lack of response to our request made our stay uncomfortable.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The location is convenient, the room is clean, staff Fatimah in the reception is very accomodating.
The guard manning the entrance did not even help me with my luggage😌when i arrived, he just looked while i have difficulty on getting my bags from d car compartment. The upper room above my room was so noisy, seems they are moving furnitures and in the early morning like 2am. So disappointing that in the midst of your sleep you will be awaken by the sounds. On the 30th July breakfast, the one cooking the egg omellet was so snob that when I asked him to make omellet, I don't even know if he is angry or what. No good morning, no yes or what is his reply on my asking him, can you make one omellet for me? Working in a hotel, customer service is very important you should make the guest at least feel at home. Staff must be encouraged to have a good customer service, don't be snob just smile and love the job they have to make Narviti hotel a nice place to spend the day on By the way please change the pillows it's not comfortable.
