Un hôtel très bien situé par contre il est devenus vieux . Il a besoin de travaux en urgence . Tout est ancien dans l’hôtel . Vous payez 80€/nuit donc vous attendez à avoir un hôtel potable . Ventilation pas top . Les toilettes ça pue . Service au top, réceptionniste au top . Hôtel très bien situé . Par contre le transfert vers l’aéroport s’est très mal passé . Le chauffeur c’était un malade mentale . Il conduit très très mal et ne respecte rien . Capadocia express, l’hôtel doit les éviter .

Staff were warm and friendly. Felt like being in a family home. The location of the hotel was perched high above the quaint town of Goreme and had excellent views of the area.

A perfectly fine hotel. Very nice staff. A great spot for breakfast and a nice adjacent terrace to watch the balloons. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and large and clean. This is an expensive tourist town so the hotel was expensive as well.

The accommodations were kind of basic, but acceptable. The rooms were not serviced during our 3-night stay. The provided breakfast was also pretty basic. Nothing special. Based on this, I would rate the lodging accommodation here as a 3; however, this hotel also promoted itself as a local travel agent. Taking advantage of this we booked a balloon flight through the hotel. Our lodging reservation was booked through Travelocity and paid for via credit card 4 months in advance. For the balloon flight, I also paid in advance, but since they would not accept credit cards, I had to go through the hassle of executing an international bank wire transfer for the payment. My main reason for the overall lower rating is because, upfront we clearly stated and it was agreed to that our balloon trip would have a maximum of 16 passengers. All seemed good at our pickup as the two of us were in a bus with 14 others. However, just before arriving at the launch point, just the 2 of us were transferred to another bus with 18 other people and so we ended up in a balloon with 20 passengers. Upon return to the hotel, we complained and requested a partial refund as we did not get the balloon flight size that was agreed to and pad for. The hotel representative, said he would check with the balloon company to see if anything could be done, but was unable to get any refund. Basically, for the balloon flight, we got a bait and switch.

La chambre n'était pas si propre que ca . La douche fuit enormement. Le petit déjeuner était normal sans plus . Ce qui m'a fortement déplus etait le nettoyage de la chambre, qui n'a pas etait fait durant tout le séjour. Le gerant m'informe qu'il fallait prévenir lorsque nous sortions , assez culotté lorsque l'on est les seul clients dans l'hôtel. 2 points positifs ; l'emplacement et la terrasse

The rooms were clean and the facilities were working, host extremely helpful, especially in regards to local activities and tours. The hotel is close to the sunrise and sunset viewpoint. The breakfast was very good, it was served per person and with a very good variety. On the terrace between 19:30 and 22:30 the tea and coffee were free. There were some issues with the internet deeper in the room since if the stone but it had to be expected. The only personal complaint was the placement of hotel near the road, it smelled heavily of ignition fumes.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir işletme. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve iyi bir iş çıkarıyorlar. Otel şehrin en güzel noktalarından biri. Kahvaltı bol ve harika, bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle burda kalırım.

It was beautiful hotel, with spectacular breakfasts and customer service. Also a great location. Definitely I will recommend it.

Çok memnun kaldık,çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi her türlü ricamızla ilgilendiler. Oda ve otel cok temizdi, bu anlamda içimiz çok rahat bir şekilde kaldık. Keyifli bir terası var. Etkinlik turlarıyla alakalı Seçil hanım yardımcı oldu. Bu fiyata güzel bir konaklamaydı.

A perfect little hotel. Location is great, close to both Göreme center and the viewpoint. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. We were especially pleased with the great service at the hotel, they organized both tours and transfers for us, and we were even given a discount. Highly recommended, would stay again!

Great location. Really liked the staff. The only problem (and I've encountered this across Turkey) is they don't use sheets that actually fit the bed, so the sides and head can't be tucked in. This means that if you roll over at all while sleeping, the bottom sheet ends up in a ball and you wake up sleeping on the mattress pad.

Все отлично. Без излишеств, но сидение в номере не было целью. А переночевать, позавтракать и вечером отдохнуть, при этом не потратив все деньги за жилье - отлично. Завтрак отличный. Место отличное. В номере есть окна! Единственный недостаток - долго искали. Но это спасибо карте Hotrls. Корректней надо указывать. Метров на 300 ошиблись

We stayed at the Ozbek Stone house for 2 nights and we loved it! The place was clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was also very good and well presented. We couldnt go for our balloon flight one morning due to bad weather and Secil the manager, tried to organize it for the following day and tried to fit in our transfers as well which was very kind of her. I would definitely return.

В номере грязно, постель синтетическая - ночью одеяло искрилось от любого движения. Мебель старая. Ванная комната хороша, но сам душ нуждается в замене. Завтрак пустой, хоть какую-нибудь колбаску очень хотелось, булочки были свежие, но .... лучше бы батоны давали...

Hotel pequeño muy bien situado en Göreme, a cinco minutos caminando del mirador donde se pueden ver los globos salir al amanecer,. Habitación familiar amplia y bien amueblada,el hotel parece nuevo. El desayuno tipo turco te lo sirven en la mesa, en una bandeja individual con queso,olivas,mermelada,dulces y productos del lugar, hay té y café.

konum, temizlik ve rahatlığı gayet iyiydi. ilk gün biraz üşüdük. kaloriferlerle ilgili bir sorun vardı. ertesi gün hallettiler. kahvaltısı gayet doyurucuydu. resepsiyonda birini bulmak bazen zor olabiliyor. ancak sorunlarınıza hemen çözüm buluyorlar. fiyatı bölgeye göre gayet makuldü. odalara hergün çay-kahve ve su bırakıyorlar. tavsiye ederiz.

This guy is an Uzbek and neither speak turkish nor english. He did not how tp charge us for payment and we were so late for out tour

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent location, 3 minutes away from the best view point in the area and 4 minutes from the centre, many restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast is good and served in a nice terrace room with spectacular view over Goreme. Reasonable price. Highly recommended accommodation.

Ailecek yaptığımız bir gece konaklamanın tadı damağımızda kaldı. Giriş yaptığımız zamandan çıkış zamanına kadar size yardımcı olabilmek için herşeyi yapıyorlar. We booked very last minute and were very very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Özbek is a lovely hotel with beautiful clean rooms, amazing terraces and a great location. But what really surprised us more was the incredibly nice couple who run the hotel. They were so warm, welcoming and considerate. They will make you feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble, they did us great prices on hot air ballooning, day tours and airport transfers and everything was organized seemlessly. They really made our trip extra special. Oh and the breakfast! There are Turkish breakfasts and there are Turkish breakfasts. They serve the most insane spread of cheeses, olives, honey, pastries, eggs, fruit, breads, vegetables etc. it was unbelievable! It was a real treat to stay here

Very friendly staff. Staff was very helpful. Beautiful location. One hill climb to hotel compared to others much higher. Short walk to the main street with restaurants and shopping . Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This is my second time in Goreme and I would stay there again
