Nice property

Nice and safe place to stay for a big family. They let us check in earlier than the check- in time. Breakfast serves on time.

This property is ideal for a family or big group with their transportation. It is a little far from the historic town center where tourist attractions and dining and shopping options are abundant. It is walkable for younger and strong walkers.

First of all, the motel is way off the main road in a very narrow pathway where no 2 vehucles can drive opposite way esp a van, one had to back off. There were no toiletries provided, we were given one small hand soap when we asked. No shower curtain, so everthing in the bathroom will be wet. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the rooms are in much need of updating, water stain in the bathroom ceiling.There was one thin blanket for cover, the beds are very low, no closets, one small night table. It was pretty crowded for 4 guests in a room.The AC works great and the breakfast was good. The staff are very nice.

Walking distance from tourist spots and restaurants.

The property is okay; we stayed for one night and there were three of us. No toiletries and no heated shower. Staff provided kettle for hot water that one can add in the pail to be mixed with cold water. A basic breakfast was provided. The road leading to the property was under construction so our driver had to go around to get to the property’s parking lot. It is walkable to Calle Crisologo for fit walkers.

While the access to Vigan Town center was a close walk, the rooms were not clean. There were insects in rooms, dirty towels in the closet, and no hot water for a shower. The Internet was good, but, no shower curtain or soap. This place needs a remake to have a clean and comfortable stay.

Friendly staff

The hotel staff was great. She allowed us to check in early without having to pay a fee and even provided us with a free upgrade. Great service! Very close to tourist sites Calle Crisologo.

The staff are very welcoming and caring. Food is good too;) the rooms are well kept ;)

Safe place and walking distance for the tourist spot

Easy check in and check out. Near Calle Crisologo. Staff were nice and friendly. My spouse left her pants and they sent it to our place in Manila. Grateful for that. Thank you so much.

Excellent stay and customer service was top notch. The staff were all kind and hospitable. They were kind enough to allow us to check in early since we were too exhausted from the trip. They were able to provide recommendations on places to visit and places to eat at upon check in. Wifi was not too reliable but other than that, the place was clean including the bathroom, air conditioning worked well, and parking was right in front. The tourist spots were in walking distance but we opted to use tricycles. Overall, we were impressed by this accomodation. Oh and they offered free breakfast which was another plus.

A simple hotel but very comfortable. It was only a few minutes away from the main Plaza and Calle Crisologo.

The staff was very accommodating.

We stayed here with my family for 1 night. The rooms are clean and tidy but the shower area and toilet area inside the room needs TLC. Theres no tissue provided. The shower head is full of rust and not functioning properly. the area for toilet does not have bidet and its very tight to move on due to the location of the sink. Theres a set breakfast available per person. (130 pesos worth) Parking is on site. Would be nice if theres a person in reception area at all times or a guard on site since if the guest is leaving early it will not cause any delay. its also beside a longanisa vendor i believe its a wholesaler so its good to have it handy and you dont need to go all the way to Calle Crisologo. This hotel is nearby the main tourist spots in Vigan. But not very close to be congested in traffic. This was our stop going to pagudpod.

Place is quiet and near (walking distance) Calle Crisologo. Nice place to stay while visiting around Vigan or a stop over if you are going further north of Ilocos

Safe place to stay

Near Vigan proper but far enough to be in quiet area. Simple and basic. Clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order. Was not worth waiting for.

Nice place quite and peaceful however there’s no mirror inside the rooms and besides there are black ants roaming around but we recommend the place because of its cleanliness and friendly staff. Moreover, they gave us free breakfast although it was not mentioned when we booked our stay.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also delicious and the dining area was clean.

Facility was new, near the city center the only draw back is the construction going on in the vicinity but we did not care because we are out exploring the city most of the day time. They have a kitchen and dining are which they allow us to use but we just ask the facility chef to cook local favorite. This facility also owns a store with local goods like corn chips, banana chips and bagnet. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Another one of those hotels that look OK from the outside. Nowhere had we seen upon booking that the room had no hot water for the shower so that came as a shock. Beds were alright but a rather small room for our group of 5. Location was one of the few highlights with this place, especially since breakfast was not to a foreigners liking but also not high ranking with Pinoys.

It’s just far from the main attractions and hard to find the entrance of the hotel.

very price worthy Hotel.. food is good breakfast is included... very friendly staff..good secured parking lot..WiFi is good.. 5 mins by foot @ Calle Crisologo..not far away to the tourist destination but secluded...

Except for the road improvement the location is good, right beside the Bagnet place

The hotel location is the road from north Candon, there is turning left road without into the city of Vigan. I had a feeling I could spend comfortably to looking with the new hotel exterior. Expedia can only book up to six people, I was worried about they are accepting nine people or not. At the reception, no additional charge was taken because it was a charge per room. The room was equipped with four 2-stage beds, with a large air conditioner. The toilet and shower room are small but separate. This is glad for families. Toothbrushes, soap and shampoo are not included, but towels were installed properly. The breakfast room was large and filled with guests, regardless of 7am in the morning. This hotel, There is a reason why popular. Breakfast was a reservation system the day before, but it ended up disappointing taste. I am dissatisfied with this one point only and I am grateful that the other facilities were okay.
