Reviewed Jan 9, 2026A beautiful property . It was a home away from home , very close to Delhi but when inside one feels like in a hill station . AQI was below 50 all the time . The Super Villa no 48 The Villa Du*Lac was excellent as per location and comfort . The caretaker Mr Ram was very caring and helpful . The villa is well equipped with indoor games /pool table /outdoor games equipment/books etc . The transport provided to us for going to restaurants and club was available on demand . Overall the experience of staying there with family for 2 nights was very relaxing and joyful.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2025The greenery and the peaceful environment. Very well taken care of everything.
Our room got upgraded as per the staff. But we were expecting front yard with our room. We got a backyard. As we entered there was a foul smell in the ground floor. We had to call the staff for cleaning it again. Our room phone was out of service. It was ringing every half n hr. It was really annoying. We asked the staff to look after it but no one came. The night was so disturbing because the landline kept ringing every half n hr. We couldn't get a sound sleep.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025Nice surroundings and cleanliness. Courteous staff and tasty morning buffet. Although limited but was delicious.
A bit rigid on the timings , you cannot order food from outside or you have to go to the gate which is one KM away to pick food. Guests need to get permission to visit you.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2024Pathetic service at this place. Hot water not working. Lamp not working. You are charging 20K for this service? Why was there no pre check of the facilities in the room?? 10 days before , am receiving calls to make the payment !! I am never suggesting anyone this place. The room looked so big in pictures, its tiny, not even cleaned properly. Regret I booked this.
