Although it looks impressive at first...It is definitely not 5 stars under western standards. So if you are looking for 5 stars do yourself a favour and choose something else. Water from the bath was literally brown/ yellow ??? Towels had stained and the list of negative complaints can go on and on... 3.5 stars max !

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The rooms were very small and had an unpleasant smell, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The service was also very poor and the staff were not responsive. The food experience was equally disappointing. We ordered specific items, but something completely different was delivered, and the delivery was extremely delayed. Overall, the room quality, cleanliness, service, and food were all below expectations. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Staffs, facilities, and the breakfast all were outstanding. Miss Biang was very friendly and professional. We appreciate how she helped in many things.

Sadly pool was not finctional while our stay but the hotel organized a pool in another hotel for us to use. That was Kind.

On my last day of stay (total 3 nights stay), they said they can't deliver food orders (Zomato/Swiggy) using concierge and I should come and pick from reception. Even though on first two days, they had delivered it to my room

I used filters to find a hotel with swimming pool.The pool has been closed down and was not operational. Booking. Com should not have mislead us. We could have selected another property. Restaurant experience for breakfast was really disappointing. They made us wait for over two hours and through the period electricity failed three times and we were in good darkness in between. We were surrounded by staff in the banquet hall and they were all preparing the room for next function. They did not bother finding us a different table probably in the other restaurant or lounge. It was absolute chaos. However some of the staff were really good that they did their best within their capacity to offer some relief.

I really enjoyed the spacious room, tasteful design, and the well-appointed bathroom, especially the bathtub and generous wardrobe space. The parking experience was smooth and convenient, and the check-in process was efficient and hassle-free.

The buffet breakfast was, unfortunately, the biggest disappointment of my stay. The breakfast area felt too cramped, with food items scattered around rather than arranged in a clear and organized manner. There was also no dedicated station for plates and cutlery, which made the experience less convenient. I was particularly disappointed that there was no option for black coffee. Although I placed an order with the staff, they never returned with it. Overall, the breakfast experience fell well below expectations and could definitely be improved in terms of organization, service, and variety.

The breakfast at Hyatt Regency was a good experience! Everything was tasty and beautifully presented, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff was really warm, courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Komal, who was incredibly sweet, humble and welcoming. She made the experience even more pleasant! ✨

The dinner, however, could have been better. The variety was quite limited, with fewer dishes to choose from, and the overall food quality felt pretty average. Compared to the breakfast spread, dinner was definitely a little underwhelming. The pool was under maintenance during our stay, so unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the pool experience. It would have been great to have access to it, especially during a relaxing hotel stay.

I liked all the facilities provided by the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall the stay was pleasant and well-maintained and I really appreciated the overall ambience and services.

At the poolside, there were a few guests creating disturbance for others by playing their own music at a high volume. It would be better if the hotel could ensure that the poolside remains comfortable and peaceful for all guests.

Liked the size of the room, its very beautiful, the bathroom was beautiful, excellent view and great breakfast spread.

I had come there for medical purposes, and I left my file behind in the room, and despite reaching out to them several times, either they didnt call me back or told me it wasnt there - which simply wasnt true. The file was left on the chair, and while it was my mistake, I really hoped that they would understand the gravity of it and find it and send it back.

I always liked this property during my past stays.

The hotel has gone very bad and I think it needs renovation very badly. Most of the bath fittings are not functioning properly specially in steam area of men's side. Their was very frequent electricity fluctuations and everytime the room bell was ringing because of this. Can't even sleep properly.

I stayed for 4 nights, but the bedding was never changed. Additionally, the shower drainage was poor, and the water did not drain properly.

The rooms are good, only if they face the highway. We got upgraded to the suite which was very very good. The breakfast had a great variety and the gym was also good

The hotel location was quite opposite and far away from our place, even though we came for a staycation it took 3 hours from Delhi to reach gurugram.

Comfortable rooms & good breakfast

food was overall good , but properity needs to work on a lot of things , e.g , the wardrobe door does not close properly thus the door light remains on all time creating a problem while sleeping at night , MINI bar does not work , the room sofa could be more clean , and few cushions could have added the comfort, but none existed , bath rooms taps are very old , does not go with properity standards ,

lots of yeses but no solution to the problems raised , it does not give any great feeling , when you have to reconcile with what you have rather than what was promised,

Location was good and the rate as well.

Except location nothing else was good when u compare it with other similarly starred hotels. I asked for a coffee at the restaurant, it never came. I had to came home, prepare it myself to drink it. I asked for panneer parantha, they gave me alloo parantha after 30 minutes that too without butter. The bathroom fittings were old fashioned.

Rooms Gym Spa...and warm staff.

I was on the 14th floor and far away from the elevators but still at night loud music from the hotel party was coming into my room till about 12.30am. It was very irritating and very unlike a 5star hotel. rooms are not sound proof to an extent which stop loud music
