Great location, style and atmosphere was relaxing yet fun. Rooftop was cute with a nice view. Lobby bar was great and the staff was really friendly
Paying all of that money for no breakfast in the morning. I also asked if the staff could do something special in the room for a birthday and got nothing
the restaurant in the hotel was amazing. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful.
De locatie in de buurt van The Ponce Market en de Blue circle hiking trail met alle gezellige plekken. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze hotelkamer op de skyline van Atlanta.

We thought the room was charming - 2 bunks and awesome decor/colors
The roof deck was CLOSED for a private party - no one was there - a huge let down
Walking distance to ponce city market and other small eateries. Cool nostalgic vibe in the heart of the city.
High parking rates.
Great vibe and location. The staff was laid back yet professional. We stayed in a bunk room and enjoyed the summer camp feel. Short walk to Ponce City Market and the BeltLine. Cool stay, would do it again.
Booked a reservation at Tiny Lou’s. While seating was quick, the rest was painfully slow. They were out of most of our first choices for food, those who ordered hamburgers, received charred patties. Never seen anything like that before. The drinks were solid and the manager did address some of the concerns in person, so I will give them that. Perhaps we went on an off night?
Loved everything about this hotel.
Nothing. They took into account the street may be noisy at night considering it’s in Atlanta and provided earplugs in the room. They thought of everything.
Unfortunately nothing.
Nothing was open when we needed it - nowhere to get breakfast or coffee or lounge outside of the room besides a cramped lobby. Restaurant wasn’t open on weekdays until later in the evening. Rooftop had an event one night and wasn’t open during the day, restaurant had a private event the night before. Rooms felt dated and the layout was tight. This is a historical renovation. Between 6-7am they brought a lift out to do something on the exterior of the hotel, constant loud beeping. This work should have been done mid day, not in the morning when people are sleeping and relaxing. Thoughtless management.
The rooms were very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated the little extras (like the steamer in my room) and the quality of the amenities.
A little noisy Friday night.
Nothing !
You ie Booking.com , booked us in a substandard bunk bed room ! It was in the basement and next to a smelly kitchen. We had to pay extra to change the room. The rate was actually higher than their own rate. We are really disappointed .
The style of the hotel itself and the rooms were extremely enjoyable, with offerings of a bar on the roof and fine dining on the lower level (sadly there wasn't able to try since there was a event going on). The room design is comfortable with a plenty of windows for natural sunlight, tile bathrooms (and a cute plant by the shower). Even though it was a one night stay, luck wasn't on our side and multiple cars within the valet parking lot were broken into before security was able to chase them off the premises. In order to rectify this issue the hotel covered the police report, sorted out window repairs the same day, and refunded the purchase. They absolutely made the best of a poor situation.
I wasn't sure if it was a poorly timed experience but there was a point where there was no hot water the morning of, but hot water was back within a few hours. I hope there's an upgrade to future parking security to include cameras to make it easier to spot anyone trying to break into vehicles in the future and a better wall to prevent access from multiple locations.
Die Lage ist super und das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr gut
Die Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut

The bed is the star — genuinely comfortable, soft, and plush. The bathroom is spacious, the decor is cohesive and cool, and the overall aesthetic earns its reputation. Front desk staff were warm and helpful throughout. Arrival was smooth, and room service delivered ice and dog bowls promptly after check-in. The mini mart is a step above — stocked with canned cocktails, mocktails, and actually decent snacks. Small touches add up nicely: complimentary water, earplugs, postcards, a white noise machine, and a multi-device charging clock radio. The QR-based valet request system is a genuinely clever convenience. And the ILeftMyStuff.com lost item app is one of the most thoughtful guest recovery systems I've encountered — got an email alert, confirmed ownership, and arranged next-day pickup effortlessly.
For a property charging 4-star luxury rates, the valet service fell flat — no one offered to help with bags, a cart, or even to hold a door. $47/night overnight valet stings on top of that. The room itself is on the small side; the wardrobe drawers are essentially unusable because the doors can't open fully in the space. No blackout curtains is a real issue if sleep is your priority. The A/C never reached the temperature I set on arrival and stayed inconsistent the entire stay. TV options are limited to Netflix and DirecTV — fine, but not what you'd expect at this tier.
The location was awesome, just a short walk away from parks, shopping (Ponce City Market) and the belt line. We walked out the door and hit the belt line for a great day of outdoor exercise, people watching and then ended up stopping for some great food and drinks at Yeppa. The staff were truly excellent, super friendly and informative. Bonus points to the bar, which had a strong team that knew some deep-cut off-menu cocktails,
The florescent sign outside of the hotel window wasn't great, and the street was busy and a little noisy. But that's the tradeoff for staying in a central location. They provided eye masks and ear plugs to help mitigate, but honestly we didn't end up using them and we slept just fine.
I loved the vintage feel of the hotel and its location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The beds were also super comfy and I adored all of the windows in the room and shower.
There were parts of the room which felt dirty. The hair dryer was covered in a thin film of grime, there were fingerprints all over the mirror and hair in the bathroom. The sleeping quarters were nice, though.
Very cute and charming hotel. Great location. Parking is not free but parking has to be paid anywhere in this area. My kids had a blast in the room with multiple bunk beds
Location was perfection. Right off the Beltline making it easy to go for a run and walking distance to shops / restaurants etc. Loved the whole vibe of the place! The bed was comfortable and room big enough for two with checked luggage size bags.
That elevator situation was a bit rough - recommend using the stairs if you can as the wait can take many minutes off your life.
Great location with a cool vibe!!
Nothing. It was lovely.
Everything was just perfect, but definitely what I loved the most was the good vibe
Nothing wrong with the property, but I am unhappy with booking.com because they were unable to sort things out with the hotel and get me a proper invoice from my stay. Next time I will book with the property directly.
Love the vibe and the styling. Preferred the indoor bar compared to the rooftop but both were great. Beds were comfy and staff were excellent. Loved the grab and go area for coffee and fresh pastries!!
T.v. had a lot ofnissues trying to get it to work. Was very annoying to just have something on while getting ready for dinner but it was such a pain, we juat played movies on our tablet. Our neighbors next door LOUDLY went to be just after 2am and were blasting music for a solid 15 minutes until I could hear someone knock on their door. While the bunkbed room was neat, being on the basement floor was...interesting. will upgrade next time.
Location was good. Male front desk receptionist was kind and tried to make up for crappy treatment I received earlier during check-in process.
Issues checking in... Difficulty checking in, valet service confusion, Was requested to leave before I could check-in. Was asked "why are you here?" question prior to check-in. Was initially told that check-in was located in rear of building ?!? front desk female unfriendly during check-in process. Front desk female not very knowledgeable about valet service details. Also seemed annoyed that I asked questions during check-in process. Was short with me during check-in, took clipboard away from me twice before I actually had an opportunity to read the information and sign my name. Many unmarked areas. Front lobby entrance should be better marked to help direct cars to valet section or check-in parking. A simple sign with arrows or marking on pavement would help. I also had a negative experience with an overly concerned security guard on the roof. I unintentionally walked into a "out of bounds" area of the roof. I was informed that the area was for employees only. Again, no barrier, no signs. I felt more like an inmate at the hotel instead of being a PAYING guest. Not Fun. Unlikely to be back. Was unaware of the stripclub in the basement. Explains a lot. We are Film industry creatives, was in town on business for Los Angeles film screening with producers, directors from several studios of note.
Overall really nice hotel and location. Fun decor and good room size
It is super loud. They provide ear plugs and a sound machine but we were woken up both nights from people on the street and could hear music from downstairs.
The location was wonderful. It was within walking distance of many shops and good food.
Nothing really.
I did not like the window coverings. The hotel is on a street with lots of lights. Blinds were cute but not functional.
Love the vintage feel!
Parking was challenging
I was allowed to check in early. Location was ok.
The rooms were not well maintained. No coffee no iron. Loud Plumbing sounds coming from the bathroom all night.felt a bit like an Airbnb. No real service. DIY style for the guests. There is a fee for late checkout. Cheap decor. Cute hotel but not tasteful.
Amazing location. Very modern, yet vintage chic. Having a Michelin recommended restaurant available for dine in or room service is clutch. Oh and the world famous Clermont Lounge being downstairs was amazing.
No free access to ice machine. However the staff brought it up whenever we needed it.
Front desk staff was very helpful. The coffee in the lobby was very good. I would never use that coffee in the room.
Didn't like brunch at the restaurant. Front desk recommended; I don't think they've ever eaten there. Rooftop is a fun place to stop, however that fake grass has got to go. Must cover a myriad of problems, but, you can feel it as you walk on it.
The restaurant Tiny Lou’s that used to serve breakfast, is now only serving breakfast on the weekends. I
Loved that the rooms were not industrial. The room felt unique a little funky and very comfortable. The shower was great. I did not get to the strip club unfortunately. Did appreciate being able to park off property. The desk staff was fabulous warm and informative. The workout space was a little thin on equipment. Finally, I loved having a tea kettle in the room and the ceramic cups no plastic yippee
The rug in the bedroom was kind of sticky, which was yucky when I got down to do exercises. Also, a few small things were just falling apart in the room, but no big deal.

The decor and the location were great.
The sheets upon check in were unclean. We asked them to be changed but unfortunately someone handed us new sheets at the door and said to change them ourselves.
Great bunk room for traveling with friends!
No bar soap and facial bar soap.
Old-fashioned hotel, but modernized and very contemporary. Very cool place. Lots of activity. Super nice restaurant.
Parking as valet only.
Very nice, fancy rooms with all the amenities
A better coffee machine in the room would have been nice
The hotel is a curated boutique hotel in the heart of Atlanta. It is in close proximity to anything you would want to visit. The Fox Theatre, Little 5 Points, Ponce City Market. It has the perfect rooftop spot to enjoy the city. It has a delicious restaurant underneath and a lounge even lower. The beds are comfortable. The shower is hot. And the staff is exceptional.
Nothing, we love the Clermont!
fantastic stay at this stylish comfortable hotel in a great location in Atlanta. The service was top notch.. from the valet, front desk, housekeeping and at the restaurant and bar. All were super helpful, friendly and professional.
I’ve stayed at the Claremont before and loved it. This time, though, there was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, a few worn fixtures in the bedroom, valets watching their phones versus helping with doors or luggage, an elevator that smelled like trash, and a front desk person who was incredibly surly at checkout. Nothing huge by itself, but enough to make a comment.
Great accommodations in a cool part of town.
Very little. The lobby lounge area was a little cramped but that may have because of the holiday decorations.
I loved the decor, design and overall vibe of the place. I appreciated the complimentary beer at check in, bottled water in the room and the available in-room coffee even though I didn’t have any this visit.
I didn’t love being somewhat in the basement, but I did select the lowest priced room, so understandable. The room showed its age a bit with a clothes hook that came loose from one of the beds and a towel hook was loose next to the shower. Also, the shower glass isn’t sealed to the tile in all areas which resulted in a lot of water on the bathroom floor. That just seems like an oversight.
Wonderful hotel and within walking distance to the Ponce Market, CVS and local cafes. The staff was welcoming and helpful. My room was clean and the shower was roomy. I was on the floor below the lobby near the Lounge so it was a bit noisy at times since I was there over the weekend. Overall the hotel is warm and welcoming and well worth the the price I paid for the room.
A great gem in the heart of Atlanta! I've stayed here twice and each time I find more and more to discover. The food is excellent, the staff are kind, patient and professional! I'm definitely looking for more reasons to come back and stay!
The eclectic look, lobby and rooftop bar. Great location, easy access to Ponce and the beltline. Welcome champagne was a great touch!
Nothing. Wish the rooftop didn’t have a private event at 10pm but understand.
Perfect location. The decor is nice and it feels upscale. the staff, cleanliness, vibes, and location were excellent.
since it is an old building the pipes are very loud. Also no free coffee in the lobby or room, the lobby coffee cost money and only had decaf in the room.
I booked here for the final two nights of my trip to Atlanta as our original conference hotel had rose in prices too much to be viable. We booked here predominantly due to the fact that there was a massive savings booking through Hotwire. The location is a bit out of the way for anything that isn't in the Old Fourth Ward but there is the Ponce City Market nearby which has a variety of restaurants and shops. We were put into a bunk room as Hotwire stipulated that the hotel choose the room for us. The room itself was of a solid size with a full size couch although there was no desk or table area. The beds were okay in terms of comfort though the pillows and particularly duvet were significantly better. From a cleanliness perspective, the room had no obvious issues though I felt that the air conditioning system was fairly ineffective. There was one primary negative which is that rooms on the wing extending south are more susceptible to noise from the Clermont Lounge, a dive bar on the lowermost floor. This was probably more noticeable since we were on a lower floor but the noise does travel although it wasn't extremely loud. The blinds that are installed on the windows aren't as effective as curtains at blocking outside light and the digital air conditioning control doesn't ever go fully dark so sleep quality can be impacted here. The bathroom was more impressive than the room for me. It was a good size and featured an enclosed shower and a really solid design that made it feel open. The toiletries were all high quality and liquid soap from a dispenser was used as opposed to a bar, a rarity even in 4 star hotels. The service at the front desk was well above average with everyone I encountered being extremely welcoming and helpful. Aside from the personal interaction, there's a number of aspects that elevate the experience including the fact that complimentary water is offered in the rooms and the welcome drink. For the most part the experience here was excellent especially given the low nightly rate of $105. The service and rooms hit the mark but the factors affecting sleep quality are sufficient to bring the rating down a bubble for me.
Stylish and eclectic property with a long history in Atlanta. The Clermont Lounge is in the basement. Lots of character and charm. Good place to stay if you are seeing a show at City Winery or just want a stay-cation on Ponce!
You can hear music from the lounge until almost 3 am. Parking is $47 per night. Rooms are fairly spartan for the rate. Hallways are dark and whole facility is quite old.
Incredible, beautiful Art Deco hotel. The rooms are beautiful and vibe-y. Tiny Lou's, the restaurant downstairs, is really really nice. The location is perfect for enjoying the nearby Little 5 Points and Virginia-Highland neighborhoods, and its just a few doors down from the Ponce City Market, which has fantastic shopping and a food hall. Definitely the best part of Atlanta to stay.
Propreté Salle de bain et douche agréables Lits confortables
Chambre en demi sous-sol Léger bruit de la ventilation continue la nuit
Great location, lovely staff, fabulous old building
The children were in a bunk room which felt dark and did not reflect the rest of the hotel
Location and good vibes
Stayed in bunk rooms and had almost constant and at times intense greasy smoky kitchen fumes
Vibe & Location. Great get away..
Absolutely fantastic hotel we loved our time here, the room was great, initially we didn’t have a fridge but requested one and immediately delivered. Wonderful kettle boiled in an instant! Really convenient for local food and drinks. The staff are so welcoming from the rooftop bar to lovely reception staff. We even brought home 2 doggie treats for our English pups. Stay here when in Atlanta it’s magical !
Location- restaurant and rooftop and large room
can be noisy - especially on weekend stays
This is cool hotel in an interesting area in Atlanta. Central enough without being downtown. The building itself is beautiful. Our bedroom (double queen) was lovely. Nice big bathroom and lovely windows. I didn’t like the bunk room the kids had though, it was dark and depressing and lacked some amenities.
