La habitación me pareció muy normal para el nombre del hotel, "Hilton" lo imaginé un poco lujoso

O atendimento da Ainara e do Giovane foi excelente. Super atenciosos e super competentes, me acolheram super bem e me deixaram mais a vontade durante a minha estadia.

GENTELMAN AT FRONT DESK CHECK IN WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.....

I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE A $40 CHARGE FOR PARKING.....NO PROPBLEM.....THERE ARE TWO $40 CHARGES TO MY CARD AND CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO TELL ME WHY? TWO DIFFERENT MEN OUTSIDE AT VALLET PARKING WERE EXTREMLY UNHELPFUL. WHEN I ASKED FOR A TAXIE, ONE WOULD HAND ME OFF TO THE NEXT ONE....FINALY, ONE SAID SIT OVER THERE AND ONE IS ON THE WAY. BE HERE IN 10 MINUTES.....30 MINUTES LATER I ASKED ABOUT OUR RIDE, HE THEN CALLED FOR A TAXIE.......HE HAD NEVER EVEN CALLED. WORST OF ALL, HE DIDN'T CARE AT ALL.

The comforters on beds weren’t clean like the duvet covers that’s goes between sheets weren’t clean i had to remove them from beds the tub every time i ran water it was brown had to let shower run I couldn’t take sit down bath at all

I made the reservation for my husband and his friend, but I was not staying at the hotel. My friend lost his room key, and the hotel staff refused to give him a new one because the reservation was not under his name. As a result, he had to sleep on the floor in the hallway. The receptionist did know him, as this happened on their last night at the hotel. My husband was already asleep and did not hear my friend knocking on the door. Also, I specifically booked a room with two beds, but they were given a room with only one bed. Since the room was for my husband and his friend, they had to share the bed. When I contacted the hotel about this, they said they could not do anything because the reservation had been made through Booking.com. Finally, the hotel charged us a deposit even though I had selected the "pay at the property" option. I called the hotel, and they said they would refund the charge. I am hoping they do, since the charge is already showing on my credit card. They checked out today, so I am hoping to receive the refund within the next few days. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the problems with the room, the lack of assistance with the key, and the unexpected charge.

Loved the location for the price. At least the price that I signed up for. Seemed they decided to charge me differently on my bill. Over 100 dollars more. The food on the main departure floor was Very salty and over cooked. Service was slow. The quick line food and coffee shop was horribly over priced and I felt as though I was in an airport. Coffee was good. Husband got grilled on why he wasnt tipping. Tip a cashier??? We tipped the valet and the guy that brought the luggage up to the room. The first night I had trouble sleeping on the pillows. Requested a foam pillow. The pillow never came. Good thing I was to tired to care. A pool or hottub would of been nice. In the huge lobbys it was not like there was not room for one. Room was quiet and had a great view. Bed comfortable. Never did figure how to sign in on the app. Not easy. Next time we will bring drinks and snacks and become more familiar with the places to dine.

The experience with the elevator being broken was bad. The hotel has so many guests that it took a long time to use the alternative elevators.

It is a really great business hotel. The environment is very private and quiet. It is in downtown Atlanta which is very convenient to go to all the places around. There's many food options close by and is connected to another food court. The hotel includes a outdoor running track and tennis court which is very nice. The hotel is very clean and spacious, and includes a desk which is very nice for work.

There's not really anything I didn't like about the hotel. The overall experience is very great.

The cleaning was not great at all hair was in the refrigerator as well as the tub. Elevators were not in correct order. The parking lot smell like manure and was not well lit.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom had a terrible odor. I’m surprised it didn’t have a pool. I also didn’t like how they took out more money even after I already paid for it all online

The room was very spacious and clean. We had an amazing view of the city and it was absolutely gorgeous at night. The hotel has its one parking garage underneath. We were nowhere from our daughter's university which made moving her it very helpful.

This property is gorgeous ( I am a very bougie person ) and this hotel meets my standards. Also, the staff is amazing ( which is a big plus for me because I work in customer service as well ).

I booked room for 2 nights at $164 but my 2nd night stay jumped to $219 which i dont understand why?

I purchased a King size bed and I was placed in a room with 2 double beds. I was told it would be corrected by the 2nd night and it never was. I also purchased breakfast with the room but my room number wasn’t on the list. The manager did fix it but it took time out of our day to have it corrected. Parking is too high.

It was a special occasion for me and my partner and instead of a King size bed I received 2 double beds both nights and it was never corrected

The location is perfect. Meals are a little pricey but convenient and tasty.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The hotel grounds itself were nice, with nice seating areas and microwaves to warm up food which was very handy.

No shops and restaurants close by, however there were some within a 15 minute walk and a shop and restaurants were provided within the hotel, just at a bit of a higher price than the community.

I didn’t like that the elevator kept messing up. We had to walk minutes to the car! When exiting the car garage the ticket booth was messed up. The hotel is shared with a apartment complex it’s really nowhere to park

Recently there for a conference and overall, pretty lackluster. The good: The front desk and banquet staff were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. The bad: While the room was spacious, it's time for a renovation. They are pretty dated and don't smell good. The really bad: The banquet food was near inedible. I believe the worst banquet food I have had in all my years. I know it is hard to prepare food for hundreds of people but wow, it was just not good.

Quick overnight stop, location perfect for attractions like World of Coke and Ga Aquarium, Friendly staff, room was clean

I'm truly bewildered by the amount of negative experiences. They made me reluctant to book, but I just completed a quick one night stay at this property the other day, and I have next to no complaints. Upon arrival, I quickly pulled into the self-parking lot. Note that there are two entrances, with the easier one to access being off John Portman Boulevard. Otherwise, you need to drive through the valet drop-off area. Also, there is only one parking elevator, and it is SLOW, which can be a bit of an inconvenience. But immediately upon exiting the elevator, I was stunned by how gorgeous and sprawling the lobby was. Once I made it to the desk, there was some confusion about the rate I booked: I selected a rate that included a $50/day on-property credit, and the front desk agent was unfamiliar with it and had to get her manager to confirm it. It also did not apply upon checkout, but the hotel had zero issue honoring it. Aside from that, everything was great! I quickly went up to my room, which was one of the cleanest and best-maintained Hilton rooms I've stayed at in a while, to get settled in. Everything was incredibly quiet and comfortable, with nice plush bedding and solid noise isolation. I then went down to Trader Vic's, which was such a fun experience. The food was great, and my server was exceptionally friendly and attentive. And all of this was under $100/night? I mean, come on! If I had to think of two flaws, it would be the elevator situation and the neighborhood. First off, this hotel can get busy, and I wasn't even here for any conventions, so be prepared to wait for elevators at times since there are only 6 regularly-used elevators, only two of which go down to Trader Vic's. There are an additional two elevators that go down to Trader Vic's and up to the rooftop, though they need to be called separately. As for the location, it is central to a lot of businesses, but there are a LOT of homeless people wandering around. In walking to get dessert nearby, I was stopped for money four times. The hotel though is heavily monitored and secured, thankfully. Overall, would I come back? Absolutely.

Room did not have trash bags in trash cans. Water running on floor under the sink and at the back of the shower. No bag in the ice bucket and had to request towels and wash cloths.

Room was ideal, with a great bed and undisturbed sleep. TV channel options were very good. Breakfast choice was excellent.

My stay was during the World Cup football. There were very many guests from Argentina in the hotel and mostly, they were rowdy, rude, boisterous, very noisy and wore nothing but football shirts all the time. In contrast, I spoke with some fans from England, and they were polite, respectful of the Hilton brand hotel they were in, and caused no problems for 'neutral guests' like myself.

Good area but too busy people was all over the place they didn’t activate our key card to leave out and return.

Nothing the elevator did not work on the day of departure we had to walk down 25 flights. My ankle was hurting and my asthma flared up.

The location was great. There were plenty of attractions close by and the eateries were pleasant. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

I changed the reservation in the Booking.com app but the hotel didn't receive the information and the person checking us in wasn't particularly friendly. He didn't explain to us that we would not be able to access the Wi-Fi unless we were Hilton rewards members, nor did he explain how the parking works. The wait time for the elevator was ridiculous and they were pretty small for such a large building. Our biggest concern was the parking. We have a midsize pickup truck and we could BARELY fit in the parking garage. The antenna on our truck was scraping the pipes hanging in the garage. The elevator from the parking garage smelled like urine and bad decisions.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bartender was very nice.

It took too long to get my car from valet parking. It took 20 minutes to get on an elevator going down to the lobby.
