Tolle Villa für Leute die ein paar Tage absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht, die Villa steht alleine am Berg man hat keine Nachbarn. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat einen bei allem geholfen. Werde eines Tages wieder kommen :)

Die Aussicht war toll

Starker Befall von Insekten! Kakerlaken, Käfer, Spinnen, Läuse etc. Sind absoluter Alltag. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden muss man trotz der Reinigung durchs Personal mit mindestens 5-10 Großen Insekten rechnen, da die Decke im Wohnzimmer nicht geschlossen ist.

Por desgracia, nos guiamos por las valoraciones y el nivel del hotel y nos decepciono totalmente. Pésima experiencia. Reservamos SIN cancelación, llegamos al hotel el 1 de junio y nos dijeron que NO había ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre. Efectivamente comprobamos la reserva y habíamos cometido un error, reservamos en julio en ved de julio. Hasta ahi, responsabilidad nuestra. A partir de ahi nos encontramos un establecimiento que NO nos dio ninguna alternativa. Como primera intentar alojarnos sin reserva, como segunda, algunos de los días que íbamos a estar en la isla, como tercera ayudarnos a encontrar una alternativa habitacional y la cuarta, con el disgusto que teníamos y ellos teniendo un mes de antelación para volver a reservar la habitación, poder devolvernos, parte o la reserva integra. Nos encontramos que el establecimiento no nos dio NINGUNA alternativa, dijeron que no teníamos cancelación y YA ESTA. Tratamos también de mediar mediante booking, volvimos a recibir una nueva negativa del hotel. No me esperaba un TRATO asi de parte de un hotel de esta SUPUESTA categoría. Una decepcion!

The seaview is simply breathtaking. The nearby bay is amazing and perfect to snorkel on both sides starting a few meters after the beach of Ao Leuk. The staff was amazing and the villa has a comfy and stylish design with natural colors and fabrics all around. We loved to watch and hear the nature around and also love the Geckos visiting the villa and keeping all the insects away 😌

Very few things could need an update due to the wood being worn down a bit but it takes nothing away from the experience!

Lo único que es positivo es la chica de recepción y el equipo que trabaja con ella. Muy simpáticos y receptivos, no tienen culpa de trabajar en ese alojamiento y hacen su trabajo de 10.

ABSOLUTAMENTE INHUMANO. Tuvieron que sacar dos veces de nuestra habitación una serpiente de 1 metro de larga. Todo lleno de bichos, insectos y animales. Limpian la habitación dos veces al día debido a la cantidad de heces y defecaciones de lagartos que viven en ese techo. El problema es que el techo es de paja y las paredes tienen un hueco perimetral para permitir el acceso de Gecko, insectos, y cualquier animal que pase por la zona. No recomendaría nada este alojamiento. Al segundo día le propusimos al propietario irnos a otro lado y que nos devolviera parte proporcional del dinero y nos comunicó que eso forma parte de su alojamiento, la naturaleza. Una experiencia 0/10. NADA RECOMENDABLE.

Man wurder sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer wurde super erklärt und man bekam ein Smartphone um mit der Rezeption zu kommunizieren oder sich Essen in die Villa zu bestellen, eine kleine JBL Musikbox und täglich kostenloses Wasser. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit verschiedenen Geträngen, die für ein wenig Geld konsumiert werden konnten. Um 17:00 Uhr wurde jeden Tag das Zimmer für die Nacht fertig gemacht. Man war in der Villa komplett ungestôrt und die Aussicht war traumhaft. Und an Alle die sich beschweren, dass es aus den Leitungen gerochen hat, oder man Tiere in der Unterkuft hatte: wir sind auf einer winzigen Insel umgeben vom Dschungel, das Strohdach ist offen, aber das Schlafzimmer ist komplett betoniert, da gibt es vielleicht mal eine Ameise. Die Abwasser und Zuwasserleitungen sind logischerweise nicht EU Standard. Man kann froh sein, dass es Strom und fliessend Wasser gibt. Manchmal einfach etwas ans bereiste Land anpassen :)

Traumhafte Villa mit sehr guter Lage und äußerst freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal! Wir hatten eine absolut traumhafte Zeit in dieser Villa und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Our Villa was lovely with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Some of the decking and railing needed maintenance. There railing was not safe as it moved when you leant or held it. The decking in some parts needed replacing and screwing down instead of nails. The lighting was dim in the lounge.

The villa's view is absolutely stunning - probably the best I've ever seen. Really cool place at Koh Tao.

The main bed was quite noisy - the two below were perfect. The neighbor rooster's were crowing at approx. 5 AM every morning.... (do I need to say more :-)) However, still a 10 stars-experience!

Merci infiniment pour ce séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cette villa. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin : un hôte attentif, chaleureux et d’un professionnalisme rare, toujours disponible et aux petits soins. La vue est tout simplement incroyable — on ne s’en lasse pas une seconde, du lever au coucher du soleil. Mention spéciale aussi pour le service, d’une qualité que j’ai très rarement vue en Thaïlande : tout est fluide, soigné, et pensé dans les moindres détails pour que l’on se sente bien. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs magnifiques. Je recommande très fortement cette villa à toute personne de passage à Koh Tao : c’est une expérience à vivre, sans hésiter. Encore merci pour tout !

Genuinely felt like somewhere Mr Bond would have stayed after saving the world. The location was idyllic and the service was out of this world. The room has a mobile phone which you can use to order food or a taxi and is an absolutely brilliant idea. The photos don’t even do this place justice. We only stayed here 3 nights but could have spent our full holiday here. It is a little pricier but you get what you pay for. Nothing was a bother for the staff and we had a really early check out and there was still staff there to help us.

Polster für die Sonnenliegen und ev. ein kleiner Tisch + Stühle auf der Terrasse würden den Aussenbereich aufwerten.

Atemberaubende Unterkunft! Wir wurden am Hafen vom Transfer herzlichst Empfangen und direkt zur Villa gebracht, wo uns der Chef der Unterkunft herzlichst begrüßte. Die Villa ist fast schon eimalig. Noch nie haben wir in so einer schönen Unterkunft genächtigt. Man ist absolut ungestört und kann den Ausblick über das Meer genießen!

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, la vue ÉPOUSTOUFLANTE sur la mer avec la piscine, la villa est ouverte de partout donc très lumineuse, les équipements sont géniaux, on peut se faire livrer à manger directement à la porte de la villa, le lit et la vue depuis le lit, la moustiquaire mise chaque soir par les dames de l'hôtel... Un séjour merveilleux !

Si vous n'aimez pas les petites bêtes attention il y a des geko, lézard et serpent qui aiment se balader sur la terrasse et dans la villa, mais ils sont gentils :)

Incroyable ! Que ce soir la villa, l’emplacement où le personnel tout était parfait nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa, je recommande vivement pour vos séjours sur l’île de Koh Tao. Service de Laundry et location de scooter disponible directement sur place. Mis à disposition d’un téléphone pour le services de livraison de repas ou autre à la villa directement ou tout simplement pour les contacter en cas de problème.

Everything :) super comfortable, luxurious, beautifully designed. We didn’t want our visit to end!

La chica que estaba en recepción fue majisima, una gran trabajadora que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. Una habitación muy completa y con unas vistas increíbles.

Everything. Its immaculately curated for people wanting a little bit of a break from the party of Koh Tao. The view is exceptional and the facilities are amazing. And they’ve thought of everything - a little portable speaker to have by the pool, a stocked mini bar, a smart phone with all the contacts you need loaded, and a list of curated restaurants for you to order from who deliver straight to your villa door. These really make a difference and you can tell the owners have really considered their guest’s experience. My one piece of advice - make sure you get cash out beforehand so you can pay the restaurant staff, and stock up on 7/11 supplies if you don’t want to go back into town.

Die Unterkunft ist toll für alle, die Privatsphäre möchten. Man hat in der Villa alles was man braucht, eine Küche und eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Unterkunft bietet viele Services an, wie Taxi, Wäscherei, Rollerverleih, Inhouse-Massage - alles was das Herz begehrt.

Durch das Schilfdach und die Lage nah am Dschungel tauchen immer wieder kleine Tiere in der Unterkunft auf (Ameisen, Gekkos, Käfer etc). Was nicht weiter schlimm ist, aber es ist gut, es zu wissen.

Estar en estás villas es absolutamente un sueño, de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Lo recomiendo absolutamente, volvería con los ojos cerrados. Nuestra estancia fue absolutamente perfecta.

didn't stay long enough

No puedo estar más agradecida con el alojamiento. Tuvimos un problema con el avión de mi pareja por lo tanto no pudimos llegar a nuestra reserva la noche indicada. El equipo de langkhai gardens nos facilitó cambiar de fechas, gratis, y nos retrasaron nuestro check in al día siguiente siempre diciéndonos que podíamos llegar lo antes que quisiéramos ya que la villa estaba a nuestra disponibilidad. Te dejan un teléfono móvil para que te puedas comunicar con ellos y puedas llamar a los diferentes restaurantes para pedir Deliveroo.

Si no eres atlético, prepárate para ponerte en forma si te quedas en langkai gardens. Teníamos como 200 escalones para acceder a nuestra habitación (que es lo que hace que tengas unas vistas espectaculares) pero no quieras dejarte algo en la habitación porque vas hacer mucho ejercicio!

Alles!! De service, het prachtige huis, de smaakvolle inrichting, het uitzicht, het heerlijke privé terras en zwembad, de goed uitgeruste keuken, gemakkelijke te huren scooters, wasservice, aan alles was gedacht, zelfs een JBL boxje en aanwezige snorkelsets. Echt een paradijselijke plek en verblijf!

Dat we er zo kort verbleven

De villa is echt prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is waanzinnig mooi! Aan alles is gedacht en de gastvrijheid en service van de eigenaar en de staff kan niet beter.

Absolutely amazing villa. Larger than expected and pool / view was beautiful Bed was comfortable. Staff were fantastic- to the ladies that turn down the room to Por who organised onward travel. Everyone was fabulous. We stayed in the Samudra Villa - honestly the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. You do need a bike to get around Koh Tao but the property have these for rent. Absolutely great value for money.

Gorgeous Villa with really lovely staff. The views are wonderful, you are secluded but you can tell your away from the main town when you book this so you can’t complain. Free water, lovely bathroom products and everything you need.

This villa was STUNNING! If you are thinking about booking this spot- do it! Way bigger than what we expected it would be and the view was breathtaking. We loved how private it was, felt like a home away from home. The service was great, they had a phone for the guests to use to get takeaway (as they don’t have a cafe or restaurant onsite), or book tours ect- it was very handy and they were always super responsive. Constant restocks of the fridge and drinking water so we didn’t need to keep going out into town. Overall we loved this stay.

The location was stunning but not ideal if you want to go into town or explore often. The taxis are so much more expensive than any other place in Thailand and can add up. If you are not okay with lizards (this place will probably freak you out a bit). The small geckos are fine but the larger ones (although kind of cute) are loud and come out from the roof which won’t suit everyone

Everything was really great! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The views and apartment are stunning and the own pool is a real highlight. The hotel is very organized and makes the stay as relaxing as possible with a service mobile phone, scooter rental right at the reception etc. We‘d come back every time!

The view

The vila is full with insects and when we came back to the vila after a night out, our whole bed was with bed bugs and insects. Very bad and traumatic experience.

This hotel was stunning! The view from Samudra villa is breathtaking. Staff and the owner were so warm and kind. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Best hotel we have ever been. To summary our stay using only one word would it be Paradise.

Amazing location, stunning view, excellent service

We loved the warm attitude of the host Poh and her team, upon a request of early check-in she was kind enough to have us early and made sure our stay was comfortable, Poh also did book our return tickets and was seamless with all the help needed for things in and around the property. Would definitely visit once again!!

Staircase lights start at 6.30 pm whereas sunset happens at around 5.55 pm There is absolute darkness for 35 minutes in the entire property and this can be corrected Also the villas need a signage board on the main road soo as to let the food delivery executives to locate the property easily

the view was stunning, and pool was great after a hot day exploring the island, the room was amazing and the view from the bed was breathtaking, and abundance of small friendly wildlife was entertaining. this island was the best for snorkeling and marine life was absolutely amazing, Koh Tao was a treasure we will 100% return

The views were absolutely incredible! The room itself was spectacular - very spacious and even had a kitchenette which we cooked a few nights while we were there. The location is secluded - which we loved but it does mean you will need to take taxis or rent bikes to get around the island. All of the can be easily arranged by the front desk for you. The driveway is steep so we opted for taxis. But that was the compromise of having such amazing views. There is no access to any beaches below, but our room had a private plunge pool which was fab. But again this the price you pay for such incredible views. We just lounged in the pool and stared out at the incredible views. The place offers exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back as this was the perfect little slice of paradise we were craving. What a special place.

It would have been nice to be able to access the snorkeling places below, but I understand that this just may not be possible.

The apartment is very nice. The room facilities are great. The terrace with infinity pool is beautiful. The views from the room are amazing.

They have hired a western girl (I think called Tanja, not sure), who is in charge of check-in and check-out. The girl is very unfriendly, and her responses are not at all pleasant. During check-in she seemed to be annoyed all the time with our questions (in fact she told us to call her only in case of extreme emergency). During the check-out she didn't even look us in the face. She spent the whole time looking at her cell phone screen while we picked up our bags and put them in the cab. She didn't even have the courtesy to say goodbye to us. A very rude person. If you want to offer your clients a top experience, you can't hire a person like that. If I were the boss, the girl would already be at the airport looking for a flight back to Europe. All the Thai staff they have hired are very nice and friendly, and always answer you in a very polite way with a smile. It is preferable to hire a Thai employee who is pure love. Apart of this little detail, the apartment was a dream.
