Tout était parfait ! La villa est magnifique, très propre, confortable et bien équipée. La vue est superbe et l’endroit est calme et agréable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Amazing and peaceful place to spend a few days. The rooms and private pool/views were fantastic, menus in the room to order food to the villa, very well priced and most places delivered within 30mins so this was very convenient as you are tucked away up high in the island, the complimentary shuttle was very convenient also to take you to the main pier/area or to a nearby beach to relax. Would highly recommend staying here for a break away from the chaos. They provide a floating basked in the villa and you can order food from one of the many restaurants and assemble yourself 😊

Spectacular view. Living areas inside and out were great, as well as 2 of the bedrooms. The transport to get to the other main parts of the island was very good. In 5 days we only had to use a taxi once, you just need a bit of planning. The staff were very good, especially Kelly, the housekeeping, and one of the drivers, Soe, was so lovely.

The downstairs bedroom isn't quite as nice as the 2 upstairs. The coffee machine was not great, but not big issues.

The staff were very good and helpful for every need we had. Overall this is a really good pick (and I have some really high standards when it comes to “fancy” hotels)

I was going to give 1/10 because they thought it would be a good idea to put guests in a villa near a construction site but the staff were very nice and understanding and immediately offered to move us to a much better villa. So I gave an 8 because the staff made my stay much better! However we did have to spend one day in the construction site and move between villas which was unpleasant so I think an 8 is fair.

La ubicación. Estaba en una cuesta muy empinada y de difícil acceso, solo se podía acceder al hotel con coche y no pudimos alquilar motos. Por otro lado, en la habitación no había ningún tipo de persiana o cortina por lo que al amanecer, entraba toda la luz a la habitación.

An amazing location right above the ocean with a completely open view of the bay. Room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Private pool was large and not too cold.

The beds are simple spring beds, some of the springs broken. Very uncomfortable. Ceiling fans probably aren't properly cleaned because they dropped dust all over the room whenever used. Some lights didn't work. Pool maintenance gut arrived and worked on our pool at 8:30 in the morning while we hardly awake, and we only stayed 1 night so unsure why the cleaning couldn't be done after check out.

Die Villa war geräumig und bot ausreichend Platz. Die Aussicht auf das Meer von der Terasse aus ist toll! Schnorchelequipment wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Der Wohnbereich der Villa verfügt nicht über eine Klimaanlage. Die in der Villa bei unserer Ankunft vorhandenen Lebensmittel und Verbrauchsmaterialien waren zum Teil gesondert kostenpflichtig. Der Pool ist sauber, aber wohl mit Meerwasser gespeist. Der Zugang zum Meer (und insbesondere der Rückweg) ist aufgrund der Lage und des Höhenunterschieds recht beschwerlich. Die naturnahe Lage bedingt tierische Mitbewohner im Haus (Geckos).

Las villas espectaculares en un lugar precioso. El personal muy atento

Las vistas desde la villa son increíbles, Están muy bien equipadas, con cocina y en la nevera alimentos básicos (de pago) para desayunar. Es un lugar para relajarse. La piscina privada es genial. El personal de recepción muy amable y siempre dispuesto para gestionar cualquier cosa.

Al estar en lo alto de una colina el acceso es complicado. En nuestro caso que no llevamos moto dependes del servicio del hotel de furgonetas que te pueden dejar en tres puntos de la isla pero con unos horarios concretos o pedir taxis (500 baths) por trayecto. Es un pequeño inconveniente si quieres estar cerca de la zona de restaurantes pero para nosotros lo compensa la tranquilidad que se respira.

Unica nota positiva è lo staff accogliente interno alle ville.

La struttura in primis si trova letteralmente sul picco di una montagna che per arrivarci devi pagare per un taxi o affittare moto (macchina no perché non arriva all’hotel) anche perché hanno solo un servizio navetta a pochi orari e a pochi punti dell’isola, quindi sei obbligato a prendere il taxi. inoltre la strada per raggiungere il luogo è impervia e difficile da fare in moto anche per guidatori esperti. Una volta arrivati alle ville, ci sono delle stradine ripidissime e non battute per raggiungere quelle più a ridosso del mare. Scalinate infinite per raggiungere la propria abitazione. Diffidate inoltre del rent delle bike in hotel che vi chiede più del dovuto e con mancanza di comunicazione che rende l’affitto del veicolo poco chiaro, inoltre vi consiglio una motocross vista la strada. Inoltre, dalle foto non si capisce che le abitazioni su due piani non siano collegate ma bensì devi uscire esternamente dalla villa per scendere di un piano. Se siete una famiglia che dovete cucinare è troppo scomoda. Visto il costo della casa mi sarei aspettato di più sia per posizione che per praticabilità di strada e della casa. Pessima, non ci ritornerei mai più in questo posto, fate qualcosa.

Nous avions la villa C5B idéalement située proche des pontons. La vue était magnifique. Les équipements et la décoration étaient parfaits.

Assez isolé et très escarpé, mais possibilité de se faire livrer tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La vue de la seconde chambre n’était pas travaillée (en sous sol). Le coucher de soleil était masqué par la séparation en bois… dommage…

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick, einen schönen kleinen Pool. Es war absolut sauber und das Personal war stets sehr freundlich. Die abenteuerlichen Fahrten zur Unterkunft haben vor allem unseren Kids riesen Spaß gemacht. Die Möglichkeit Essen zu einem guten Preis liefern zu lassen, hat uns ebenso absolut überzeugt.

Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, so dass man ohne Shuttle Service etwas eingeschränkt ist. Das wussten wir aber und fanden es umso besser dass die kostenlosen Shuttles in die Stadt und zum Strand angeboten wurden. Die Fahrer waren auch immer richtig gut gelaunt und haben ihre Späße gemacht.

This place is simply amazing, it’s a little bit of paradise in the corner of paradise island. The staff the villa, the seclusion, the view, the services on offer were all 10/10

The road up there is very steep, and the paths around the villas are even steeper, it’s not the properties fault in the slightest it’s just how Tao is when you get off the main roads, it made me reconsider using a scooter for the few days we were there, however you can easily get around on the free shuttles and ordering in food is an absolute doddle

Nous avions réservé cette villa pour 3 nuits et nous avons été très déçus par les conditions de séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté la présence de déjections et de traces d’urine de souris sur les lits, ainsi que des odeurs désagréables dans la villa. Nous avons également rencontré un problème d’eau chaude qui a duré 24h. Nous avons signalé ces différents problèmes à la réception pendant notre séjour. Malheureusement, aucune solution satisfaisante n’a été proposée. Lorsque nous avons demandé une prise en charge, la réponse de la réception a été très décevante : on nous a simplement indiqué que c’était ainsi et que nous pouvions, si nous le souhaitions, contacter Booking.com. Nous avons donc quitté l’établissement avec le sentiment que nos problèmes n’avaient pas été réellement pris en considération. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que le cadre de l’établissement est très agréable et que la situation de la villa pourrait être un véritable atout. Mais pour un établissement présenté comme un hôtel 4 étoiles, les problèmes d’hygiène constatés et l’absence de réaction appropriée de la part de la direction ne sont pas acceptables. Nous espérons que cet avis permettra à la direction de prendre les mesures nécessaires, notamment concernant la présence de rongeurs et les conditions d’hygiène des chambres.

Hele mooie villa met genoeg faciliteiten om daar te vertoeven met de groep. Bieden ook veel aan en vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.

Het is iets verder van alle plekken, maar hier waren we van bewust en vonden wij niet erg. Enige was dat het zwembad een klein beetje gevaarlijk was met onze peuter omdat er bij het niet omheind was, we moesten hem dus goed in de gaten houden, maar ook dit was goed te doen en echt geen klacht!

Küche und Wohnzimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Shuttle Service eingeschränkt. Lage sehr gebirgig, weit entfernt vom Zentrum. Extrem steile Straßen. Reception über das Haustelefon bei sehr schlechter Verbindung kaum erreichbar!

La villa es espectacular. La terraza con piscina privada y las vistas al mar son increíbles, y es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar durante el día. El salón, la habitación y el baño son muy amplios, cómodos y están muy bien cuidados. Aunque las villas están relativamente cerca unas de otras, se mantiene un buen nivel de privacidad y en la práctica apenas molesta la presencia de los vecinos, aunque no es una privacidad absoluta. También nos gustó mucho el servicio de comida a domicilio: puedes pedir directamente desde la villa y te lo llevan sin coste adicional, lo que resulta muy cómodo.

Lo peor de nuestra estancia fue el ruido por las mañanas. Todos los días nos despertábamos entre las 6:00 y las 7:00 por el ruido de motos y coches subiendo la carretera, además de personas trabajando en la zona. Habíamos elegido este alojamiento para descansar y, sinceramente, no pudimos hacerlo como esperábamos debido al ruido a primera hora de la mañana. Si eres de sueño ligero, es un aspecto importante a tener en cuenta.

Doppelbett war wackelig, Kontakt zur Rezeption ging bei uns nur zu Fuß - war sehr steil und wir mussten aber immer dorthin um den Shuttle zu bestellen oder so.

Super lækkert hus og fantastisk udsigt

Ingen adgang til strand og poolen havde intet hegn eller andet, der kunne forhindre at hvis man snublede faldt man 6-8 meter ned på beton og trærødder. Absolut ikke børnevenligt. Vi havde 2 børn på 3 og7 år med.

Super Villas mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Personal, besonders die Fahrer, waren sehr nett. Schön kühler Pool. Küche in Villa hat alles geboten was man sich wünschen kann.

Da die Villas sehr im Grünen liegen und die Villa in der wir waren, auch in den Schlafzimmer Strohdächer hatten, haben sich leider Ratten in unserer Villa gemütlich gemacht. Eine ist über die Kopfkissen unserer schlafenden Kinder gerannt und hat auch ihren Kot in deren Bett hinterlassen. Dies war uns zu viel. Wir haben dies gemeldet und uns wurde anstandslos eine neue Villa angeboten. Auch in dieser haben wir unter dem Strohdach eine Ratte entdeckt. Da das Strohdach aber nur das Wohnzimmer umfasste, war dies kein Problem für uns.

The location is a bit far from a sandy beach. There were geckos who appear every night, so if you're not comfortable with them, it might create inconvenience

המקום מרוחק, דרך תלולה ולא נגישה וקשה מאד לצאת מהמלון. מציעים שאטל שצריך להרשם ולא עונים לטלפון או שאתה נרשם ומגיע ואין מקום. מאד לא נוח שהחדרים נפרדים ונמצאים בחוץ ממקום הישיבה והסלון והחדרים ממש קטנים וצפופים אין איפה לפתוח את המזוודות, אין חלון יש ריח של רטיבות כל חא ניתן לאוורר, וצריך כל הזמן לנעול את כל החדרים כי זה כמו גסט האוס כל חבר בנפרד . הם מנקים ולא נועלים חזרה חלק מהחדרים והכל נשאר פתוח. שלושה לילות לא החליפו מגבות וסדינים. עליות מטורפות ותלולות בשביל להגיע לחדר ברגל ולא ניתן להגיע עם רכב,ממש קשה לצאת ולא נוח. הדק של המרפסות ישן ויש מסמרים בולטים ברמה שנחתכתי ברגל.

Beautiful villa, stunning bay with fabulous views and great sea access with paddle boards available. Very clean and quiet property. Staff were amazing- very helpful and lovely.

Just note- the property is in the trees so large geckos and bats around. Also the property is up multiple steep hills so access is somewhat limited. You would want to be very confident driving a moped to navigate these. The shuttle is great but has to be booked an hour before and runs only about 4 times a day.

Villa P10 was the one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. The view of Shark Bay was perfect. Highly recommend you won’t regret it. They had free shuttles to and from the busy areas and free pick up from the ferry.

Under the context of maintenance, you have drill machines going right next to my brain literally most of the 24 hours of my stay! A little information regarding the same would have let me decide better!

Это было идеальное место уединения! Виллы чистые, видовые! Персонал все время помогает! Еда в холодильнике необходимая (для завтрака всегда есть). Во все необходимые точки ходит бесплатный шатл от отеля. Ближайший пляж коралловый (там где акулы и черепахи) - купите специальные тапки и вперед! Рядом есть еще депозитный пляж (500 батт на человека- можешь поесть и попить у счет этой суммы) - но мы на него не ходили (были в отлив, для нас мелкий).

It's a little oasis in a hectic world. Stop scrolling and just book. As a 4 star hotel owner myself I always struggle to find great hotels when I travel . This is probably one of the best I have ever stayed in. We stayed in two villas and they were both amazing. The staff just can't do enough for you. Nothing is so much trouble and they truly want to help you have a great stay. To many amazing positives to mention.

It's a bit cut off if you don't have a bike or transport. However, they offer so many shuttles and also happy to arrange drops off at beaches. So not an issue at all.

- Everywhere in the villa there was something to buy — I felt a bit like I was staying in a shop. Coffee capsules, oil, shark slippers, beach hats, countless flyers and offers like “buy beach photos.” It was just too much, and charging extra for coffee capsules at this hotel price is ridiculous - ordered breakfast, which was supposed to arrive within 20 minutes, always took at least an hour. - The reception is open only until 5 PM - You need a phone to arrange basically anything. Mine wasn’t properly charged and at first it didn’t work at all :) - The property is located very high up, so you have to deal with extremely steep roads, which are practically impossible to drive on with a scooter when it rains - far from the beach

Гостиница приятно удивила! Отличная вилла, потрясающий вид с террасы.. Пляжа нет, спуск в воду с пирса, там очень красивый морской мир. Мы видели акул. Заказывали еду с ресторана, много вариантов меню с телефонами лежали в вилле, заказ можно оформить через ватсап. Отдыхали с ребёнком 10 лет, всем всё понравилось. В вилле есть хорошая кухня для еды и запас еды.

До интересных мест добраться можно только на такси, или через трансфер.. Бесплатный трансфер ездит несколько раз в день до соседнего пляжа и в сторону пирса. Будьте готовы, что гостиница находится на горе и нужно будет передвигаться по крутым склонам.

Most amazing views!

Outdated, broken furniture, not much communication from staff. Were told to call anytime but no answer many times. No clean towels, had to ask twice after 2 days. No rubbish taken away daily. Mouse droppings on bench due to this even tho we cleaned it well.

I absolutely loved this accommodation and their service. Amazing location the resort provides all the equipments for snorkeling which made our day. They have free pick and drop services available with othwr activities that you could do some are free and for few you have to pay. Overall had an amazing stay 100% recommended

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la Villa C2. Villa très bien équipée avec une vue à couper le souffle et beaucoup d'intimité. Système de livraison de repas parfaitement au point, et personnel aux petits soins. Beaucoup de calme, parfait pour se reposer. Le rapport qualité-prix est parfait. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe. Nous allons très vite y retourner !

You could snorkel right off the property which ws amazing, I would recommend taking rock shoes with you

Leider waren während unseres Aufenthalts sehr sehr laute Bauarbeiten direkt neben und hinter uns, da überall neue Häuser gebaut werden. Zudem war unsere Villa P10 nicht wie abgebildet alleinstehend, sondern es sind mittlerweile andere Villen drum herum.. daher etwas schade; dass die Bilder nicht aktuell sind

An der Unterkunft haben mir besonders das Personal und der kostenlose Shuttle-Service vom Hotel zur Innenstadt bzw. zum Strand sehr gut gefallen. Allgemein war die Einrichtung sehr ansprechend. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen (vor allem auch für Raucher). Der Pool war schön und bot einen tollen Ausblick, allerdings war das Wasser etwas zu kalt – dennoch war es in Ordnung. Die Wäsche wurde vom Personal gewaschen, was sehr praktisch war. Außerdem gab es am Bett eine Art Fliegenschutzgitter, sodass keine Mücken hereinkommen konnten.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft war eher unschön. Er war sehr steil und mit einem Roller nicht gut geeignet. Allerdings wurde dies durch den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service (zu festen Zeiten morgens, mittags und abends) wieder etwas ausgeglichen.

La maison c2 avec piscine privée et l'aménagement de la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. On a vu des tortues de mer mais pas les petits requins.

Accessibilité très très en pente et qui rend les petites balades ou acces à la mer difficile ! Les rares fois où nous avons demandé des renseignements à l'accueil ( exemple : appeller l'accueil car navette retour pas présente à l'heure prévue), on a l'impression de déranger et l'interlocuteur raccroche avant que l'on est fini la conversation ! La facturation des dosettes café alors que nul part n'est affiché qu'elles sont payantes.

It is very difficult to go out.

This was without a doubt the most beautiful holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. The villa was spacious, well appointed, with the most incredible views. We were able to see turtles and sharks below from our swimming pool. The staff were amazing too, and the response to any requests or questions was prompt. They arranged massages at the villa, and these were amazing! They also went above and beyond by posting a bag that I had left behind, to my next destination.

Not for the faint hearted or elderly set so high on mountain with the oldest car taking you up hill almost flipping..hold on is an understatement. apon arrival there it was over 50 degrees.pools boiling hot Warning except the bedroom downstairs the heat makes the house unusable. The house is not airline conditioned only bedroom Staff in their language were obviously laughing at my discomfort very unprofessional. The beds were hard as a rock obviously broken fixed with a board under mattress...

Beautiful views with great architecture in the rooms built around the large boulders. Snorkeling is just a short walk down to private deck easy to get in unless on windy days.

Hill is a bit steep to get to our villa and you had to take the free shuttle every time you went to town.

Die Lage auf dem Hang ist traumhaft schön jedoch hat es keinen direkten Strandzugang sondern nur Sonnendecks. Das Personal ist super freundlich und der inbegriffene Shuttelservice ist super.

Die Villa P4 war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche und der Pool sahen etwas renovationsbedürftig aus. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein man konnte nicht beide koffer hinlegen.

Schöner Blick auf die Bucht

-kein herzlicher Empfang -Zustand des Gebäudes renovierungsbedürftig -Baustellen Lärm vor der Unterkunft (obwohl vor Anreise versichert wurde, dass es keine Unannehmlichkeiten geben wird) -pick Up Service hat uns vergessen abzuholen (45 Minuten gewartet, dann teures Taxi genommen - Kosten wurden aber zurück erstattet) -Zimmer hat sehr schlecht gerochen nach Fäkalien und Schimmel -die Lieferdienste machen zu spät auf für Frühstück -Preis-Leistung komplett unpassend -Sonnendecks unten am Felsen unbrauchbar, keine Liegen oder Schirme -Zustieg für Kajak war defekt -abgelegen -jede Kleinigkeit wird extra berechnet, auch Salz und Pfeffer, absolutes No-Go bei dem Preis im Zimmer

מקום מאוד מרוחק אי אפשר להתנהל בלי אופנוע , פחד פחדים להגיע בלילה מהעיר למלון הכל חשוך ומלא חיות. בחדר היה ריח לא נעים ובכל רגע אתה חושב שתקפוץ עליך חיה. לא ממליצה בכלל.

Vi hade en helt magisk vecka på Cape Shark. Hade ett fantastisk boende i villa C25, vilken utsikt det var och personalen väldigt trevlig. Poolen badade vi i hela tiden och tillgången till snorklingen nere vid vattnet var lyxigt. Vi hade också turen att få se den 100 åriga gigantiska sköldpaddan. Behövde bara gå ner för en trappa. Vi visste att det låg avsides så avståndet till de andra stränderna och Sai ree gjorde oss inget. Sov hur bra som helst (med öronproppar dock), vilket jag annars brukar va svårt med utomlands. Boendet ligger mitt i naturen så cikadorna börjar leva om 6.30 och 18.30 varje dag så är du ljudkänslig ha med dig något så du slipper oljudet 🙂 Enda nackdelen med vistelsen var att min pappa hade ibland jobbigt med de branta backarna, och när jag skriver brant så menar jag Väldigt brant. Inget för rörelsehindrade alltså. Men åker vi till Koh Tao igen så kommer vi garanterat att bo hos er igen. Men då kommer vi hyra moppe (för den som vågar) så det blir enklare att ta sig runt. Det finns gratis taxi service som Cape Shark anordnar men det är ibland svårt att tajma tiderna så man får åka taxi mycket vilket kostade 500 bath enkel resa.
