Location great for bus station

Pretty much everything, staff humiliated my friend by bringing a bloody towel down. Location is good for bus station but everything else in the area is pretty grim. Wouldn’t stay other than to catch an early bus

It was clean

The location was bad, but convenient for the bus terminal which was why we picked it. Husband got attacked by a dog in a shop where he went to make a purchase. However the worst thing was when we went to check out early in the morning a staff member went to check our room… understandable. However, then complained that we had made one of the towels dirty and made a big scene about washing it. We got the impression that she was time wasting in the hope that we would leave the deposit to catch the bus. Luckily we had plenty of time

The hotel was right near the bus station, which was great since I just needed a place to stay the night before taking a bus to Pai in the morning. The check-in staff was very accommodating and friendly. Good location if you need to get up early.

There was some misunderstanding about checking in that isn't really listed on their page. They sent me a message saying that I would need to pay extra if I checked in too late, which I understand, but I just told them bluntly "I'm not going to be doing that" and it wasn't mentioned again.

The room is fine if your out all day and exploring chaing mai.its cheap.

The sheets and towels were not worn and sheets are around 50 years old. And there were stains which were already there.

Location is very close to the bus terminal, just about 2 mins walk.

I was charged 100 baht ($3.30 USD) for making a bathmat dirty. It was not a big deal.

Superb location for the bus station. Big, comfortable, and spotlessly clean room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Any closer to bus terminal 3 and the noise would have been a nuisance, so perfect location for bus travel.

Perfect short stay and very near the bus station. The room was comfortable and had water and ofher goodies. We also had a nice tv. Everything was perfect and clean. Wifi worked well and the hotel is walking distance from a big shopping mall. Great place

I arrived around 1-2 am and they waited to accomodate me which was superb experience. The room is average and would appear to be like hostel instead of hotel which is totally fine because I stayed here as it's super close to bus station. It's like 5 cartwheels and you're there 😊

The dispenser of shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom is a bit dirty. They don't have elevators too so make sure to communicate with them in advance if you have big/ multiple luggage/s.

The location is great, very close to Bus terminal. Clean rooms in decent pricing.

There is no lift available, also no one is there to help you with the luggage.

Excellent location to both bus stations of Chiang Mai. We checked in late from our bus ride and was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Left the accoms for breakfast on the street ourside Arcade, then caught our morning bus to the next destination. Very comfortable stay, except the toilet was a little old, especially the sink.

We only stayed a night here as we were traveling somewhere else - the room is comfortable and the hotel is located a couple minutes walk to the bus station, ideal for transfers.

All good.

Clean big room

The window in the room was open, didn't discover this until a few hours after I arrived because it was in a corner. A lot of mosquito's came in unfortunately.

We only stayed for one night. It was conveniently located a one minute walk to the bus station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The motel was very nice and clean the staff were very welcoming and friendly Its close to bus station, hair dresser, pharmacy, 7/11, restaurants, Mcdonalds subway and Big C shopping mall and Central Festival shopping mall. The only bad things about the motel was 1. there is no elevator in this motel so if you have heavy ports you have to carry them up the stairs, 2 in our room we had a very small window and curtain not much to look outside at all 3. one night we had guests in the middle of the night next to our motel room talking so loudly and laughing and slamming doors and woke me and my wife up in the middle of the night and took us awhile to get back to sleep guests should have more consideration to other guests in there rooms and keep noise minimal.other than that our stay was good and pleasant and we would come back and stay again and i would recommend this motel to anyone to stay as its close to everything.

Stayed here for 1 night because it’s close to the bus station.

Bathroom was not very clean. When I sat in bed I noticed a few ants crawling around me on the sheets. The AC was difficult to handle and kept shutting off for no reason.

Early check in possible from 12 pm which is not common from other hotel..

Perfect locations for the bus terminal just over the road. We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover in between bus journeys. The property is clean and comfortable. The area isn’t touristy and there isn’t much going on but there’s enough food options a short walk away.

The room was pretty small but I think some are bigger for more money. No problem for a night though.
