Great location and staff was super friendly and helpful when I had questions about my itinerary.

It was more so run like a hotel rather than a hostel. There wasn’t any great communal space and it wasn’t very lively. I was also here during the slow season.

Not a social hostel at all. Apparently breakfast is included but couldn't find it for the 3 days I was there.

Das Hostel war leider nicht sozial und hatte auch keinen Gemeinschaftsraum so wirklich Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur von 6 Uhr abends bis früh morgens.. das war relativ anstrengend

O quarto era bem espaçoso e tudo funcionando muito bem, a área da sala de estar me encantou porque é legal ter um espaço sem ser a cama.

Gostei de tudo, apenas poderia ter café da manhã

A big place with many backpacker so the cleaning conditions are not very good.

Everything is well arranged, clean and the staffs are exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and available. For this price the service that you get is awesome. The location of the hostel also is well positioned. Furthermore, there is restaurant (Mr Kai restaurant whose food is exeptional), cafe, scooter rent, washing machines and many more in the hostel's compound. Lots of space to sit and relax. I usually sit in the sitting area and enjoy the peaceful location of the hostel. Definitely would recommend this place if you really want to have a wonderful staying experience in Chiang Mai old city.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hostel. The day before my arrival, the staff confirmed through messages that a self check-in was available in case I arrived after 9 PM. Since I was traveling by bus and wasn’t sure about the timing, I immediately asked for the instructions. After that, they stopped replying. The next day, a different staff member answered saying that self check-in was “not possible” and that I would have to come back the next morning at 6 AM. When I reminded them of the previous day’s message confirming the self check-in, they simply ignored it. At that point, it felt like they didn’t care whether I would end up sleeping outside or not. Fortunately my bus arrived early and I managed to check in before 9 PM. However, once I reached the hostel, I found a sign clearly stating that self check-in does exist. So I still don’t understand why it was denied to me. When I arrived, the staff was also quite unfriendly. They greeted me saying, “Oh, we expected you tomorrow at 6 AM,” in a tone that made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They seemed annoyed and in a hurry to send me to the room, even though they were just playing guitar during reception hours. Overall, the main issue is reliability: the information they provide is inconsistent, and their attitude is not welcoming at all. With many great hostels in Chiang Mai, I would recommend choosing a place with clearer communication and a kinder staff. On top of that, the cleanliness was disappointing. We found cockroaches in the room and at check-in the staff spent an excessive amount of time listing every possible fine or extra charge, as if they were more focused on penalties than on welcoming guests.

Muy bien este hostel a muy buen precio, los empleados son super amables y la cama era grande y con un espacio extra de un escritorio.

Las cortinas de la cama son algo transparente pero no es un gran problema.

The room are very dark no windows the beds where not clean you can tell the staff have no motivation of doing job! Also do not pay anything in advance or they will not refund the money! These people are money driven nothing else count!

Le seul problème est que j’étais dans un lit en hauteur et que la Clim était juste au dessus de ma tête, cela faisait beaucoup de lumière et de bruit, je ne pouvais pas l’éteindre …

zu wenige Toiletten/ Duschen für viele Leute, Badezimmer könnten sauberer sein, zu großes Hostel - hab in einem 16 Bett Zimmer geschlafen (aber das ist nur meine subjektive Meinung)

the hostel have everything in their own territory. amazing thai restaurants with good prices, bike rental, and massage. everything in 2 minutes walk.

Tenía un buen aire acondicionado, cerca de todos los lugares necesarios, restaurantes, lavandería, oficinas de tour, masajes dentro de la cuadra, y a 2 cuadras hay un 7 eleven. El baño era bueno, tenía agua caliente, y el balcón estaba lindo, pero no tenía buena vista. Buena habitación para descansar ya que estaba aislada del sonido y del calor.

Quizás la vista del balcón que daba al techo del vecino, pero no es algo que nos importara. Todo lo demás excelente

Location is great, big comfy beds, i had request my bed to be downside, and they did it, which im thankfull! Big common area, laundry in few steps, great restaurant outside, benches that u can enjoy the night with someone, Staff on reception always helpfull, polite.

Just in few days, in the room was much more noisy from the chinese tourist, that doesnt respect the privacy of other people - noisy, on my luggage i had some their staff which is ridicilous! The place had 2 bahtrooms, one downside and on the second floor which were really in better condition than down there!

Bed was super comfortable. Clean room. Location in old town, right in the center. Great restaurants in the same area.

一把钥匙还要300泰铢押金。好无语，在这边住了这么多都没有收过押金。 住宿环境最差。性价比最差。本来要住好几天做了一天就搬走了，8人间，房间味道很重，还有蚊子。飞虫子，从来不给别人差评，第一次给的差评给你了。

Not very clean, bathroom need some renovation. Very loud drunk guys at night, that’s not the hostel fault unfortunately. And the people on the bunk bed on top of me had a very very fun night. Maybe I’ve been unlikely, but I would choose something else

Staff were fantastic and were there to help whenever needed.

Very small problem but censored lights in bathroom/showers. After a few seconds it would be pitch black. Very basic but you get what you pay. Curtains you can see everything when a light is on or people coming in at 4am.

Great location, very nice staff, good facilities

The lock on the dormroom-door was very loud. Everytime someone open or closed the door it made a loud noise. When someone tried to unlock the door in the middle of the night an alarm went off and woke the whole room.
