Escucha los vehículos de la autopista. Cerré las cortinas y este ayudó. Estaba sorprendida que hay French toast, pero no es preparado con el pan de una hamburguesa.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Decent for one night stay before/after flight, around $10 Uber ride from the airport. Other than that not much to see around, and some 30 - 45 minutes ride to downtown Santo Domingo. 10 minutes ride to Las Americas bus station from which you can catch Caribe Tours busses, as we as a bus to Las Terrenas. Staff was very friendly and helped us figure out the bus transfers and schedules. The hotel also has a nice pool and a gym. Overall a nice place to stay, although a bit pricey for that location.

Helaas ook hier handdoekleggers. We zagen om 6.30 uur 's ochtends al bejaarden hun handdoekje leggen op de meest populaire plekken en vervolgens er dan uren niet aanwezig zijn. Echt vreselijk!

Reviewed May 5, 2026We had a great stay at Hampton by Hilton Santo Domingo Airport. This was our first trip to the DR, and the staff really made it special for us. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the start. Jose and Reimy were especially great—they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and always had a smile on their faces. The food was really good as well. I have to say it was way better than any Hilton I have stayed at in the US. The breakfast and dinner buffets were always fresh and really tasty, with a good variety every day. Also have to mention Sanabia at the bar—he was awesome. Made great drinks and made us feel right at home. He was a lot of fun! Overall, just a really solid experience. The service, the food, and the people made our trip that much better. Would definitely stay here again.

La pieza no correspondía a la que fue adquirida en Booking que era para personas con discapacidad y cama grande. Esa era normal y con cama chica. Muy incómoda para dormir entre 2 personas y conste que no somos grandes. Las almohadas tampoco eran muy cómodas. Lamentable.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026The hotel is small but the employees makes it feel bigger. They’re so nice and attentive. Best margaritas from Sanabia, and Jose was very knowledgeable of the buffet options. Epifanío great very attentive with the tables making sure the tables were clean taken care of. Edwin at the front desk was great with having our keys and paperwork.

El servicio de transporte siempre hay disponible pero los vehículos son muy viejos, feos y descuidados. Me tocó irme en uno que tenía el parabrisas del frente quebrado. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que yo viajé con mi bebé y solicité servicio a la habitación y no me lo dieron, tuve que bajar con mi bebé de 2 meses a recoger mi comida a la recepción.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Location is great, It's close to SDQ if you don't want to go to Boca Chica or a local airbnb, this is the place. It's right off the highway with secured access. Reception is very timely, and check in is very quick.
This is a Dominican Republic problem. Sometimes when checking in , other staff seem to "need" something, and just interrupt the check in process. This is not the proper customer service. There are some minor maintenance issues already with this fairly new hotel.

The room was very old and dirty. I saw long hair on the pillow. Remote for TV didn't work i had to remove the cable to be able to switch it off. Plus, my final pay was much more than what was the final price on the booking app. It was super expensive for a very basic hotel.

Nothing much in the neighbourhood. Dual carriageway meant walking was impossible.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026This hotel was absolutely wonderful in every way. I stayed one night for the proximity to the airport. I would love to go back to stay longer and enjoy the amenities longer. It is also very close to Boca Chica beach. The staff is one of the the friendliest, professional, and customer service-oriented of any hotel where I have stayed. You can tell they take great pride in the hotel and in making things wonderful for the guests. The lobby staff is welcoming and there is a bar behind the desk where you can have a drink after check in. There is also an outdoor patio to enjoy the sunshine. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The rooftop pool is clean and is the perfect temperature with a partial cover. I had to leave before breakfast started but I had the pleasure of having dinner there. For dining, there is a menu which includes a wide variety of options or you can select the buffet. The buffet was wonderful with so many things to choose from and all at a great price. Those in my group who ordered off the menu were very pleased. For anyone needing an airport transfer, there is not a shuttle, however there is a 24 hour taxi immediately next door or you can get an Uber for about $5.00. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel and is a destination all it's own so I recommend more than just a one night stopover.

The service was flawless. Easy reservation, check in and check out. Room impeccable. Strong A/C. Quiet room. Gym in very good condition. Pool very clean. Dinner buffet delicious. Strong selection on the free Breakfast. Check in staff Daniel, excellent. Back office Manager Cesar, excellent. Have already recommended the Hotel. Look forward to my next stay there.
