היינו קבוצה חברים שהחלקה בשלוש דירות . כל הדירות נקיות, מסודרות ומשופצות, מטבח מאובזר , מיקום נוח, יש מעלית. יש מאפיה נחמדה ממש צמוד לכניסה לבניין.

בחדר מדרגות היה ריח של בנזין ,יש מוזיקה מהברים ברחוב, אבל הנורא מכל - בערב שבת ( בלילה שבין שבת לראשון) יש מסיבת רחוב, סוגרים את הרחוב למעבר, מוציאים שולחנו מהבר הצמוד והמוזיקה רועשת מאוד מאוד עד 4 בבוקר !!

Struttura molto accogliente. Ottima posizione: panificio sotto casa, bar, farmacia, supermarket e negozi a pochissimi minuti di distanza, metro a 10 minuti di distanza a piedi. Zona molto tranquilla, e silenziosa.

Unica pecca i bagni: piccoli, un po’ vecchi e rovinati

Si vous voulez entendre une foule chanter et danser jusqu’à à 3h00 le matin devant la propriété ,entendre des sifflets et des gens tapés du pieds toute la soirée, c est parfait pour vous. Nous , nous n avons pas dormi de la nuit

Justo en frente hay un bar de copas con música muy alta hasta las 3 y 4 de la mañana. Imposible dormir sin tapones!!!!

Lovely apartment. All you need is available. Great position in centre of Athens.

Do not go on the weekend if you need a quiet place .....there are 3 bars opposite and the customers fill the whole street ....the music and voices are very loud until about 4a.m. During the rest of the week it is quiet!! It's a great shame because the apartment is great!!

Posizione ottima per girare la città vicino a tutto con 15 minuti a piedi.

La struttura non è dotata di insonorizzazione e con una discoteca di fronte , la musica era talmente alta da rimanere svegli fini alle 3 del mattino.

The only thing is that the beds were 7/10 comfortable and the linens were relatively clean. Other than that I don't know where to start. The location is good but there was a nightclub right across the street and it was really impossible to sleep because of the loud noise until 02:00. Do not even thing about opening the windows.. Or grab a beer and sit with them..

The building is old so I would recommend not using the elevator. Even the floor was shaking. It took us 10 minutes to open the door when we went up the stairs to the house every time. The key definitely does not work properly, which is a problem. The shower head is also very old, so you have to hold it in your hand as it suddenly turns towards the ceiling while taking a shower. The plaster on the ceiling in the bathroom has always peeled off, probably from humidity. It is a very old house and there are many things that need to be renewed. The price performance is very bad. If I had known we would encounter this, I would definitely have gone to other options because there are many options. I am not someone who looks for comfort, but the noise, the pollution, the old building, the old shower, some of the sockets not working, I mean it wasn’t a good experience.

Σε φοβερό μέρος ποιο κεντρικά δεν γίνεται, επίσης κοντά στη νυχτερινή ζωή του κέντρου.

Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα, ευρύχωρο, πολύ καθαρό , σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο , πολύ κοντά στα πάντα , μετακίνηση πολύ εύκολα με τα πόδια

Posizione eccezionale in centro, appartamento spazioso e confortevole, lo staff eccezionale disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi

Il RUMORE del locale sotto casa, sembrava di essere in discoteca, volume altissimo e per entrare nel portone principale era difficile poichè sommerso da ragazzi che rendevano difficile anche aprire la porta. Il locale è di fronte l'ingresso dell'appartamento, ma i ragazzi bloccano l' intera via, nemmeno iltaxi ci ha potuto lasciare davanti il portone. ASSOLUTAMENTE non adatto ai bambini ma nemmeno per gli adulti, musica altissima in tutta la struttura come essere in discoteca, questa cosa è un problema anche perchè il tutto finisce per le ore 04.00/05.00 della mattina e si svolge dal giovedì al sabato. Se la scelta dell'appartamento è per vivere la movida allora è perfetto, sei in discoteca da casa, puoi aprire il portone o il balcone e ballare! Lo staff gentilissimo, molto disponibile.

Απέναντι μπαράκι όλες τις μέρες ασταμάτητα μέχρι τις 4το πρωί... Είσοδος πολυκατοικίας την νύχτα πολύ δύσκολα

Location close to the shops

The load music every night till 3.30am Owners entering the premises at 1.30am to check the lift whilst I was asleep. Found out about it the next morning from my son. Also finding a kitchen knife in the sink used by the owners to attempt to fix the lift

Very noisey at night. Stayed a Saturday night so could be a weekend thing. Felt like the night club was in my room!

The apartment has all of the amenities including air conditioning comfortable beds. They forgot a crib for the baby the first night but we're happy to bring it the next day. The reason for the low review is the very loud nightclub across the street that plays music until 3:00 a.m.

Not just noisy, it was EXTREMELY noisy, as if the music and people from the bar just across were in our bed! Fortunately we had noise canceler AirPods. Without that, we would not have gone to bed before 4am, every night from Saturday to Tuesday!!!! Simply awful! Location is great to downtown, but not in terms having a restful night.

Bad A/C that didn't work correctly, elevator was narrow, complicated and old but the worst part was the bar opposite, that transforms into a street night club and the music was very loud until 4 o clock in the morning and could not sleep at all.

La posizione.

1) Aria condizionata: nell’appartamento al terzo piano il condizionatore era sporco e mal funzionante, e abbiamo dovuto pulire i filtri noi stessi. 2) Lenzuola: erano lenzuola per letti di una piazza e mezza, e i letti erano matrimoniali, per cui le lenzuola erano piccolissime. 3) Impensabile che togliendo la chiave per la corrente si spegnevano anche i frigoriferi. 4) Il terrazzino presente in foto non pervenuto. 5) Fornelli piccoli impossibili da utilizzare, e nessun prodotto per la pulizia. 6) Non era presente un tavolino per mangiare. 7) non c’era la lavatrice che invece era scritta tra i servizi.

Fantastisk fin lejlighed med nat disko på gaden, lige over for. Bassen rystede mine knogler og det var svært at sove. Udover dette var lejligheden perfekt placeret.

Big rooms, central location

The flat is located in front of a bar that plays music full volume up to 4 am, on Friday and Saturday nights , no chance to get a sleep, there is no eating table or chairs , the owner wouldn't provide it, the kitchen so small and the appliances poor, unfortunately it was a very bad experience

Bring earplugs!! Its very convenient but very very loud at night with a nightclub over the road.

It is clean, close to the attractions

Unbearable loud music from the club just across. they start playing at 8pm and continue till 2am in the morning, we were very tired and could not sleep at all and suffered headaches due to lack of sleep. This issue happens not just on the weekends but also on week nights like on Wed night. The property owner should specify this issue. No shower caddy the in the shower, so no place to put shampoo, soap and shower accessories. Also one of the bathroom windows has no curtains or blinds meaning no privacy at all. A/C in the second room drips condensation water inside the room, we had to place pots to catch the water from the A/C. Also the Karitsi Place road is under construction, meaning our taxi drivers dropped us off outside the area and we have to carry our luggage and walked, the Food delivery also had issues delivering because of the construction.

The place was excellent! Clean, spacious, comfortable beds! The location was amazing, it was very close to the shopping street, bar, and cafe. This place is perfect for friends that plan to enjoy the night life of Athens!

There was a club under the apartment, and there was too loud music at night. It wasn't a problem on Friday because we went out too, but on Sunday we needed to wake up early, and we couldn't sleep until 4.30. Not recommended for Families.

Great location, the apartment is prepared with everything you need for a short stay.

It’s on a small street and there was some road work ongoing when we stayed which was a bit inconvenient

The apartment itself was fantastic—well-presented, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was also great, with easy access to the main sights of Athens and local amenities. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, going out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by the nightclub directly opposite. From 10 PM until 3-5 AM, the extremely loud dance music made it completely impossible to sleep, even with earplugs and extra cushions over our heads. We were exhausted for our entire trip which spoilt our experience. While the apartment is perfect in every other way, it’s simply not a good choice if you're looking for a restful stay or if you are a bomb proof sleeper. If the noise issue were resolved, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night there is a big party downstairs! A lot of noise until 6am. Other days was okay.

The apartment was very spacious with a lovely terrace.

The couch bed had a very thin mattress.

The flat was on top of a nightclub so crowded with people we could not get in. Noise kept going until early morning. Impossible to sleep even with earplugs! Owner did not respond out e-mail when writing with complaints. This should not be a rental place.

Clean and centrally located, but no functioning air conditioning during Athens summer. We barely slept because of the heat, and noise from the club downstairs. We asked the owner about the AC, and they were barely helpful. We also did not receive any check in instructions, making a very stressful first day. The WiFi was also spotty, but the temperature and noise were what made this stay unbearable.

The property was spacious and clean , the beds were comfortable and there were two separate bathrooms.

Whilst we loved the apartment and location , we should have read previous reviews about noise ! You should be warned that from Friday -Sunday inclusive the bar opposite stays open to 3/4am - the music is so loud and people are outside the bar rather than inside - it is impossible to sleep and definitely not suited for anyone with children or even those without children but who would like to sleep before 3am!! This spoiled our stay as we were exhausted everyday !

Advertised as safe and soundproof. It was neither. Scary and had to fight our way through throngs of people in the entryway and crowded street with luggage due to bar party at property location. Location within walking distance to public bus to airport and metro.

Long day of flying the following day. Loud bar rave party directly outside starting at 2100 until after 0230 when we left, hundreds of people singing at the top of their lungs to loud bass music. Requested partial refund, not given.

The power kept turning off on hot days meaning we kept loosing aircon. Night club across the street, noise not too bad but not suitable for family.

Good location, with restaurants nearby. We rented 2 apartments on 2 floors. Both 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Easy access to both units with a small elevator.

Communication was fair, at best. Shame on me for not opening the links in the directions contained in the emails, because they did not work and it was the middle of the night with no contact number, just an email to correspond. 2 of the 4 A/C Remotes did not work. We had 4 guests, wanting to each have their own bedroom. To our surprise, only 3 of the rooms had the beds made up and towels. When asked the Property Owner why all 4 Beds were not made up, we were told we only specified 3 beds would be used - Seriously, thats pathetic. They offered to compensate with a free 2 night stay, during the winter??!!

The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished and had comfortable beds.

The location directly opposite a nightclub was terrible. We stayed over a weekend and people spilled out of the club onto the street directly in front of the apartment singing loudly until 4am. Despite having earplugs I couldn't fall asleep until the noise stopped! So not exactly a restful stay. I regret not being able to recommend this place as the apartment itself is very nice, but maybe it is ok to stay here during weekdays.

Nice large apartment in a great location.

The stairs were steep and the elevator very old and it didn’t feel safe. You also had to open it with a key. I stayed from Saturday to Sunday and although the apartment was on the 4th floor, you could hear people partying in the street very loudly and I had to use noise cancelling headphones to fall asleep.

Centrally located some noise was anticipated, but we were unable to sleep for the entire stay. there were street parties every night until morning hours.

Apartment had two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen. It was clean, well presented. It was a really beautiful apartment. Walking distance to everything I wanted to see and close to the train station to get back to the airport.

I can't overstate the noise at the weekend. I believe the clubs/bars are only open Friday-Sunday so outside of those days definitely book it. I got no sleep and left a day early because it was unbearable. It was like trying to sleep in the bar.

There is a night club below the apartment and people are partying until 5am. it was very loud and impossible to sleep. I couldnt open the windows or the doors to the terrace at all.

The price was very good for the amount of space and it was tidy. If you like to party, this place and area is perfect. A lot of pubs, clubs and restaurant at walking distance. If you don't, read the "dislikes".

The music from right across the street until 3:30 am was extremely loud. Apparently this is every Friday and Saturday and loud everywhere in the building; staircase, bedroom and bathroom. Literally asif you are at the pub. If you like a good night rest, stay somewere else or bring a good pair of earplugs.

In the heart of Athens, everything just next to us. No time needed to be lost in transportation! The room is clean and extra large, service really helpful. Happy that I stayed there!

Plenty of space, a suprising amount of room for the price. 4th floor with large outside area and a lift! Spacious kitchen and modern, obviously recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Surrounded by restaurants, easy walk to the sites of Athens. Train station on direct line from airport ( Monasteraki) is a bit of a walk with luggage, or change lines for a closer one, but we didnt try that. Good communication from host for entry instruction.

Beautiful place and perfect location close to many bars and cafes. Was exceptionally clean and the stuff very helpful with whatever we needed.

Everything was great

The location was good, we could walk to all main areas of Athens. The air conditioning was a saviour in the hot days we visited. The apartment was cleaned to a good standard. The communication between the property owner and us was excellent and allowed us to arrive in the middle of the night. In addition, they offered us a secure location to leave our luggage on check out day although we didn’t need this service in the end. They were prompt with all communication. There was a problem with our payment going through twice by mistake but they responded well and refunded us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

Unfortunately, an alarm across the road went off in the middle of the night throughout the night for 2 nights in a row. This was in no way the property’s fault and I think we were unlucky to experience this. I would stay there again if I had the chance.

It was clean and foot walk from Ermou, and all of the other sites.
