A 15 min de la plaza por un paseo por el zoco. Jalid, hablábamos en inglés, nos recibió espectacular, con un té. Llegamos sobre las 22h y nos tenía preparado una cena deliciosa. La comida espectacular, la habitación cómoda, muy limpia. La chica de la limpieza muy agradable. Aire acondicionado. Nos hicieron sentir cómo en casa. Lo recomiendo 100% Luego conocimos a Sharif que hablaba español. Todo eran comodidades. Gracias por todo familia de Marrakech. Ojalá volveros a ver. Mónica, Laia y Rubén.

Un très joli riad, chaleureux, bien placé et bien décoré. Accueil au top, Charif et Khalil sont aux petits soins pour nous, on se sent bien, comme chez soi. Excellent petit déjeuner, petite piscine appréciable pour se rafraîchir soir et matin.

It was very nice stay. Rooms were very clean and had nice Moroccan vibes. All the souks and markets were at waslking distance. Our host Khalid was very good. He made sure that we get everything we need. Also, helped us to explain nearby area. Definitely recommend this stay if you are looking for somewhere near markets.

Très beau riad à l'architecture exceptionnelle et à la décoration soignée. Un accueil de qualité. Toujours présents pour nous aider et régler les petits soucis de leurs hôtes, je remercie chaleureusement le personnel du riad Asrari. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bien situé dans la médina. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Un Riad incroyable, propre, calme, reposant. La chambre est climatisée. L’ensemble du personnel était aux petits soins pour notre famille, ils étaient vraiment adorables, respectueux, pleins de bons conseils pour nos sorties, et nous ont arrangés le dernier jour lorsque nous devions partir tôt de l’hôtel. Merci à vous tous, vous avez rendus ce séjour incroyable dans ce magnifique Riad.

O Riad é espaçoso, ao contrário de todos os outros que já ouvi falar; funcionários sempre prestáveis e amáveis; muito bem limpo, não é novo, mas está muito bem estimado. Pequeno-almoço não é estilo europeu, mas foi sempre diversificado, até pedimos um dia mais cedo e nunca meteram entraves.

Absolument tout ! Le style du riad, vraiment très beau ! On était peu et du coup c’était super calme. On a pu profiter de la terrasse quand on souhaitait se reposer, on nous faisait très volontiers des thés à la menthe incroyable ! Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et bienveillant ! Le petit dej était limité mais vous vous rendrez vite compte que c’est largement suffisant. En plus tous les jours ça changeait donc c’était assez varié ! Petit plus, on a eu pleins de conseil sur ce qu’on pouvait faire à Marrakech, le riad propose aussi de s’occuper de reserver les excursions, ainsi que les transferts A/R à l’aéroport !

Si je devais juste donner un petit conseil ça serait de juste renouveler la douche qui était un peu abimé au niveau du robinet mais c’est qu’un petit détail

Het onwijs aardige personeel, de schone ruimten en de gastvrijheid waarbij vaak thee werd geserveerd.

Ik heb van tevoren gevraagd om glutenvrij ontbijt voor 2 gasten in verband met allergieën. De glutenvrije ontbijtjes waren te weinig. Het enige wat gegeten kon worden was een paar stukjes watermeloen en een gekookt eitje. Soms wat olijven, maar meer niet.

Super séjour, un grand merci à Khalid qui est vraiment attentionné et aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très bien équipé, dans une petite ruelle calme au frais loin de l’agitation de Marrakech . Situé à seulement 10 min du souk et 15 min du centre à pieds.

Het was er lekker cool, ondanks de hoge temperaturen buiten. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers werden elke dag gekuist, wat in andere Riads niet was. Dat vonden we heel fijn.

Het ontbijt was pover. Enkele stukken brood/pannenkoekjes, confituur en fruitsap. Er was een bijenplaag op het terras, waar het ontbijt was. We konden geen enkele ochtend rustig ontbijten en er werd geen actie ondernomen door het verblijf om hier iets aan te doen. Ontbijten was dus alles behalve ontspannend.

Das Zimmer ist schön, das Bad sehr gross. Das Bett ist eher weich. Das Spa ist gut, wir haben Hammam und Massage gebucht. Die beiden Damen haben gute Arbeit geleistet. Leider gab es ein Missverständnis, sodass wir beim Check-out über die Rechnung diskutieren mussten.

Die Dusche hat keinen Vorhang, sodass viel Wasser rausspritzt. Das scheint in Marokko üblich, ist aber nicht nachvollziehbar. Für die Duschbrause hat es nur eine tiefe Halterung auf Hüfthöhe, was das Duschen umständlich macht. Das könnte beides mit wenig Aufwand verbessert werden. Es kommt wenig bis keine Frischluft ins Zimmer. Ich hatte das Gefühl, zu ersticken. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis mager. Es gab auch kein Angebot anderer Speisen, nachdem mein Mann sich am Abend vorher übergeben hatte. Der Service war geheuchelt freundlich. Ich war froh, nach einer Nacht abzureisen.

L'accueil et surtout Khalid qui est resté aux petits soins pour nous faire passer de très bons moments durant ce séjour.

Desde el primer instante sentimos que no llegábamos a un alojamiento, sino a un pequeño refugio en medio de Marrakech. Khalid nos recibió con una calidez inolvidable, con un té de menta delicioso y el tiempo necesario para hacernos sentir en casa y compartir su amor por la ciudad. Junto a Sharif, hacen que este riad tenga algo más que belleza: tiene alma. La habitación, abierta al patio central, estaba cuidada con un gusto exquisito. Cada rincón del riad transmite dedicación y serenidad: la pileta, los naranjos, la calma que envuelve todo. Pero lo que realmente queda en el recuerdo es el espíritu del lugar, que sin duda vive en Khalid. Gracias por una estadía tan especial. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

It was not value for money. I paid a lot for the property and don’t think the service or the property matched the price.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima ai souk e perfetta per visitare la Medina a piedi. Struttura molto pulita, curata nei dettagli e accogliente. Il vero valore aggiunto è il personale: ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Khalid è venuto a prenderci per accompagnarci al riad senza farci perdere nella Medina, ci ha accolti con tè e grande gentilezza ed è stato sempre disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, anticipandoci anche la colazione quando necessario e offrendoci persino il taxi per l’aeroporto. Un’accoglienza davvero speciale.

L’emplacement à deux pas des souks Petit Riad (5 ou 6 chambres) ce qui en fait un lieu très chaleureux et »familial ». La chambre spacieuse La gentillesse du personnel ,particulièrement Khalid qui a fait de notre séjour un moment inoubliable par sa gentillesse , son professionnalisme , nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison grâce à lui !C’est une perle!! Le toit terrasse petit mais appréciable pour les repas et moment de repos. Les repas du soir en demi-pension,un délice.

Secteur calme mais on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le patio du Riad. Manque quelques éléments en chambre (bouilloire et coffre fonctionnel) Le petit déjeuner est à revoir (bon mais quasiment identique pendant 7 jours).

We had incredible 3 days in Marrakesh, with our base in Riad Asrari. The location is perfect to explore the city walking, the road itself is super comfy and the generous staff makes it even more special. Highly recommended!

Tout était parfait mais ce que nous avons apprécié par dessus tout était l’accueil de Khalid. Son hospitalité, sa gentillesse, ses petites attentions avec les photos et vidéos qu’il nous a faite… il a rendu nos premiers jours au Maroc juste incroyables. Vous pouvez choisir ce Riad les yeux fermés.

Peut-être juste le manque d’insonorisation de notre chambre qui était située en bas.

A bit further from the main square than I was expecting but location was overall fine for a few days. Taxi had a bit of difficulty where to drop us off and there was a heated debate on the phone between staff and taxi driver but sorted in the end. Staff were great. It was very cold and raining when we were there and the heating did not work. Staff did everything they could though, including extra duvets and portable heater, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good. Strict ration of one egg per guest was a challenge for my protein focused son but overall it was ok. Coffee was not the best.

I have stayed in a few riads in Marrakesh and this one was ok but not my favourite. A bit too far out for us.

The rooms and the riad itself are nicely decorated and fitted out. The staff were helpful, but their understanding of English was a little challenging for those who don't speak Arabic or French.

The breakfast was very disappointing compared to the many other Riad's we stayed in. The air conditioning didn't work. The room doors had very large, archaic locking bolts which were very noisy. We lost power for a couple of hours, potentially due to the rainfall. While it was a small amount, the Riad was overcharging on the city tax, which was frustrating when trying to explain to the staff. There was only a top sheet provided for the bed. There was an unlined duvet inner in the cupboard, which I used, but it was unlined and was scratchy. Even after the room was cleaned, the duvet inner was not put in a liner.

Tolle Dachterrasse zum entspannen und lesen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich und hat ein sehr grosses Badezimmer mit Haarföhn. Das Personal ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Khalid hat mich an meinem Abreisetag sogar mit dem Schirm zur ATM begleitet, mir ein Taxi gerufen und einen guten Preis ausgehandelt.

Glutenfrei essen kennt man in Marokko allgemein noch nicht so, deshalb hat es auch hier nicht auf Anhieb geklappt trotz Anfrage und Bestätigung im Voraus. Vor Ort hat sich das Personal aber dann sehr Mühe gegeben eine Alternative für mich zu finden beim Frühstück. Dieses Problem hatte ich allerdings in jeder Unterkunft auf meiner Reise.

Die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft von Halid und den anderen war sehr beeindruckend. Wir haben viel über Kultur durch Gespräche erfahren und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und wir können es nur empfehlen einen Aufenthalt zu buchen.

The room was clean and quiet. The Riad offered great breakfast, and Halid and Serif were great hosts.

We wanted to extend our stay for one additional night but unfortunately they were fully booked 🙂🙂🙂!

Very friendly staff

A beautiful riad decorated in a true traditional style, with great attention paid to every detail. While the immediate surroundings are not particularly attractive, it’s located just a few minutes’ walk from all the main attractions. However, once you step inside, you feel like you’ve entered a completely different world. From the peaceful garden with a small pool and lush greenery to the rooms and bathrooms, every detail is handcrafted and authentic. Everything is very clean and well maintained. A truly lovely and unique stay.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans ce riad à Marrakech et notre séjour a été une très belle expérience. L’accueil a été excellent dès notre arrivée : le personnel est particulièrement avenant, attentionné et toujours disponible pour rendre service. On se sent immédiatement bienvenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et impeccablement propres. L’ambiance générale du riad est chaleureuse et authentique, propice à la détente après une journée de visite. Nous avions choisi l’option demi-pension et nous ne l’avons pas regretté : les repas du soir étaient excellents, variés et généreux, avec des saveurs locales très appréciées. L’emplacement est également un vrai atout : il permet d’accéder à l’ensemble des principaux sites de Marrakech en moins de trente minutes à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Прекрасный Риад в центре Медины, но при этом в тихой улочке. Внутри холодно, но батарея грела прекрасно и очень вежливый и добрый мужчина в первую ночь дал нам дополнительно обогреватель. Идеально еще в номера добавить чайник и воду, чтобы можно было греться с чаем. спасибо!

The staff were amazing, they looked after us incredibly well and made sure we had everything we needed. We came back late from several trips and someone was always waiting to let us in. Incredibly kind and wonderful people.

Das Riad liegt sehr zentral und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war super mit tollem Ausblick. Einen Parkplatz haben wir in der Nähe bekommen, etwa 6 Euro pro Nacht, die Autos wurden hierbei platzsparend vom Aufseher verschoben, wir waren zwar etwas überrascht, hat aber gut geklappt.

Leider war das vorgesehene Zimmer wegen defekter Klimaanlage nicht bezugsfähig, das Ersatzzimmer war sehr schön aber deutlich kleiner.

Dieses Riad ist fast im Zentrum in einer ganz engen Gasse. Nettes Personal, typisch marokanisches ausreichendes Frühstück auf der Terasse oben (im Jänner ziemlich kalt..)

Unser 3-Bett Zimmer war extrem klein (wir waren 3 erwachsene Männer), das Doppelbett zu eng und zu kurz.

Riad Asrari is een slaapplaats midden in de Medina. Erg enthousiast waren we over de 1000 en 1 nacht sfeer die er was en het ontbijt. Maar erg enthousiast waren we over het personeel. Wat een toppers!

Le petit déjeuner très quelconque et un peu chiche. Heureusement servi dans la bonne humeur avec Khalil et la dame en cuisine. L’absence d’eau dans les chambres. La qualité médiocre du wifi et l’absence de télé dans les chambres.

Nothing, everything was fine.

Riad Asrari is in the very heart of the Medina, which makes it a special experience. Finding it is an adventure, just like parking your car and tranporting your luggage by pushcart to the Riad is quite an experience. The place is very authentic, well decorated and provides all necessary comfort. When style is your measure of quality, the quality/price ratio is much higher than any of the 5-star hotels in Marrakech. The neighborhood has everything from street food, superb coffee, good restaurants and amazing markets.

Coffee could have been better. The owners would add quality by putting a decent expresso machine on the roof terrace. But that is really the only remark
